OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Creativity has a powerful way of revealing what is no longer aligned in our lives.
Host Aimee Carlson sits down with Zila Moosa, poet, author, and owner of Strech-eze®, to explore her journey from a 25-year career as a cybersecurity lawyer to building a mindful wellness business centered on nervous system regulation. Through poetry, yoga, breathwork, and creative exploration, Zila discovered that creativity was not separate from her life path but a doorway into deeper authenticity and purpose. Their conversation weaves together themes of creativity, mindfulness, life transitions, and the courage it takes to release identities tied to status and stability.
The discussion also highlights the importance of creating space, listening to intuition, and trusting the unfolding of life even when the next step is unclear. Creativity becomes both a guide and a support system for navigating change and building a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
