OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
Welcome back to Coffee Convos with Your Spiritual Mama—I’m Hailey Smith, your cosmic guide and fellow wanderer through life’s mysteries. Today, we’re embracing the flow, grounding into the present moment, and tuning into the ever-shifting energy around us. Recorded straight from my backyard, this episode is an open-hearted conversation about embracing freedom, grounding in nature, diving into my Akashic Records, and anticipating the upcoming eclipse, and evolving with these potent energies!
We’ll explore the beauty of slowing down, reconnecting with our true selves, and why grounding is more than just a wellness buzzword (spoiler: there’s actual science behind it). Plus, I’ll share personal insights on Human Design and how understanding my energy has helped me navigate life with more ease and trust.
So, grab your favorite beverage (mine today is a mineral-packed “Crazy Water”) and settle in for a soul-nourishing chat. Let’s realign, recharge, and remember—we’re meant to flow, not force.
