OVER DEZE AFLEVERING
The podcast episode features a discussion between Daniel, Daina, and Emily about the concept of disconnection. They explore different perspectives on disconnection: Daina views it as intentionally stepping away from overwhelming connections (particularly technology) to reconnect with oneself; Emily initially thought of disconnection as an unintentional feeling of separation; and Daniel sees disconnection as the beginning of a journey toward reconnection. The conversation delves into how technology impacts our sense of connection, with Daniel noting that the issue isn't the tools themselves but how we use them and what content we consume. They discuss the generational differences in relationship to technology, the importance of recognizing when we need to disconnect to hear ourselves again, and how disconnection often signals a need to reconnect with something deeper, whether it's our true selves or something higher.
