OM DENNE EPISODE
God allowed time and space for the pagan city of Nineveh to repent. When they did, God accepted their repentance and stayed His judgment. But revival among the Assyrians did not last for long. The book of Nahum details what happens when revival turns to ruin and God's mercy turns to judgment. In this first lesson, we set the stage for the time and place of Nahum's prophecy.

ANDRE EPISODE I DENNE PODKAST
One of the most dangerous places to be is convinced you’re safe when you’re not. In Jude 5–7, God gives three sobering reminders that expose the difference between genuine assurance and deadly presumption. Is your confidence resting on God’s promises—or your own assumptions?
Nineveh had experienced God’s mercy before, but they mistook His patience for weakness. Nahum reminds us that the God who is a refuge to those who trust Him is also a consuming Judge who will not forever overlook rebellion.
In tonight's lesson we get a vivid vision of Nineveh’s coming destruction as the seemingly invincible Assyrian capital is surrounded, breached, and brought to ruin. God would use the armies of the Medes and Babylonians to bring judgment upon a nation that had once been used to discipline His people…
Not everything that sounds spiritual comes from God. Jude exposes a kind of deception that doesn't announce itself with obvious error—it imitates the truth closely enough to fool the unprepared. In a world where counterfeits keep getting more convincing, how do you know what's real?
