OM DENNE EPISODE
In this episode of the Men Need Love Too podcast, Kat Anna sits down with Dan Roth, a TEDx speaker, Amazon bestselling author and advocate, to discuss body dysmorphia in men, male
eating disorders and men's body image.
Through Dan's personal experiences and research, we explore muscle dysmorphia, neurodivergence, the influence of social media and culture, and practical ways families can start these conversations early.
Dan has lived with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia since childhood, and it was years before he even had a name for it. He shares his experience with honesty and care, including
how he now talks about body image with his own daughters.
Dan helps us understand that body dysmorphia isn't about how someone looks to others, and that it often shows up differently in men. His biggest hope is that families start these
conversations early, at home.
