OM DENNE EPISODE
In this powerful episode of Q&A with Koloff, Nikita sits down with Erin Hitch of Douglasville, Georgia, for an honest and inspiring conversation about marriage, faith, health, forgiveness, and overcoming the wounds of the past. Erin shares the noticeable transformation she witnessed in her husband, Matthew, after attending Man Camp—including how he became more intentional about prayer, making God-centered decisions, and leading his family. She also opens up about their family's health journey and the changes they've experienced along the way. But the heart of this episode comes when Erin asks a deeply personal question: How do you change your mindset when you've grown up surrounded by negativity and trauma? Nikita offers encouragement about choosing a positive perspective, intentionally renewing your mindset, and seeking genuine healing from past hurts rather than simply learning to live with them. Together, they discuss forgiveness, childhood wounds, faith, and the importance of allowing God to bring healing to the heart. If you've ever struggled with negative thinking, past trauma, fear, unforgiveness, or automatically expecting the worst, this episode will encourage you to take the next step toward healing.
