OM DENNE EPISODE
In this episode of Founders Future, with host Milan Kohut, we are joined by Dr. Emily Kiberd, a chiropractor and the founder behind Thyroid Strong. Dr. Kiberd shares her journey from building a successful multi-disciplinary, 7-figure brick-and-mortar clinic in New York City to discovering her own Hashimoto's diagnosis after the birth of her first child. This personal health crisis became a professional turning point, leading her to fuse her expertise in functional medicine with strength training to create a unique, holistic program designed to help women with autoimmune conditions reclaim their energy and strength.
Dr. Kiberd details her current business, which centers on a high-touch, 6-month, one-on-one coaching program priced at $6,600. She explains how she provides a deeply personalized experience, acting as a combined functional medicine doctor, nutritionist, and trainer to address root causes like gut health, hormones, and environmental factors. She also discusses her marketing mix of organic content, paid ads for lead magnets, and her strategic approach to scaling while intentionally maintaining a lean operation that allows her to focus on her clients and family, sharing her vision for refining her messaging and hiring a closer to systematize growth.
