OM DENNE EPISODE
Jack interviews Caleb Nelson, the Emerson G. Goldsmith and Nelson close by discussing the Court’s unexplained Fed carve-out, with Nelson lamenting the Court’s selective willingness to consider consequences in crafting the unitary executive.
