OM DENNE EPISODE
On this episode of the Bob Ryan and Jeff Goodman NBA Podcast, Bob Ryan and Gary Tanguay are joined by SI’s Chris Mannix.
The guys discuss the Celtics early start to the season and what to make of it. Bob asks Chris if the Celtics potential got a future star on Hugo Gonzalez after he had a big game last night.
The guys also discuss the drama between Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown and Mannix explains why the beef between this two is real.
“I think there's genuine beef there between Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum…Jayson kind of making that video where he said like, I didn't know what was happening…I think that Jaylen Brown A doesn't really believe that, obviously, and B believes that Tatum could have put himself in front of it. If Tatum wanted this team kept together, a star, the caliber of Tatum could have done that. And I think that's, well, at least specifically when it comes to Tatum, I think that's what bugs Jalen Brown the most.”
They also take a look at the latest happening around the NBA from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the 76ers and even the Knicks who have fallen to an 0-3 start.
