84. Here We Go

In this episode, Mitch explores the ancient story of how Consciousness came to experience separation—and what that reveals about our own human lives.

Beginning with the mantra Om Namah Shivaya, he shares the timeless teachings of the three malas, the veils that create the experience of individuality, separation, and the complex web of cause and effect we navigate every day. From there, he introduces The Wanter as a natural movement within us designed for survival, helping us understand why we so often perceive life as a series of problems to solve.

Yet beneath the striving is something unchanged: the quiet awareness that animates every moment of our experience. As we learn to rest in that deeper presence, life is no longer a problem to overcome, but an extraordinary adventure to be lived. A beautiful invitation to remember our true nature in this wild and wonderful land of forgetting.
