Here and there.
30
00:01:51.719 --> 00:01:55.519
Highs up around ninety one. Welcome back, mo, good to
31
00:01:55.519 --> 00:02:00.000
see you. What you got for Houston's headline?
32
00:02:00.200 --> 00:02:00.719
All right?
33
00:02:00.959 --> 00:02:04.280
Well, last night's Powerball drawling is coming gone with no
34
00:02:04.400 --> 00:02:08.879
winner of the one point one billion dollar jackpot. There
35
00:02:08.919 --> 00:02:14.319
were ten million dollar winners, none in Texas. Matching all
36
00:02:14.319 --> 00:02:17.840
the right numbers in the next drawling tomorrow and taking
37
00:02:17.879 --> 00:02:21.719
the cash option could make a winner almost six hundred
38
00:02:21.919 --> 00:02:23.400
million dollars richer.
39
00:02:23.719 --> 00:02:26.400
It's time for me to get in, is it time?
40
00:02:26.439 --> 00:02:26.639
Okay?
41
00:02:26.639 --> 00:02:29.479
I'll try to remind you this after please. This was
42
00:02:29.520 --> 00:02:33.479
just updated. Charges have been filed in connection with the
43
00:02:33.639 --> 00:02:35.919
deadly shooting of an eleven year old boy who died
44
00:02:35.960 --> 00:02:38.879
while playing Ding Dong Ditch at a family birthday party.
45
00:02:38.599 --> 00:02:39.960
In Houston on Saturday night.
46
00:02:40.240 --> 00:02:42.360
The shooting happened around eleven pm, when the boy and
47
00:02:42.400 --> 00:02:44.639
his friends were ringing doorbells and running away.
48
00:02:44.680 --> 00:02:45.960
It's part of the classic prank.
49
00:02:46.159 --> 00:02:47.960
Well, according to police, someone came out of the house
50
00:02:47.960 --> 00:02:49.800
with a gun opened fire, hitting the child in the
51
00:02:49.800 --> 00:02:52.159
back while he was running away. The suspect in the
52
00:02:52.159 --> 00:02:55.039
case has been charged with murder, according to court records.
53
00:02:55.240 --> 00:02:58.680
Their name and court documents detailing the charges have not
54
00:02:58.759 --> 00:03:01.919
been released at this time. All right, I had not
55
00:03:01.960 --> 00:03:05.319
seen this video until this morning, and it happened so fast.
56
00:03:05.759 --> 00:03:09.520
The CEO of a Polish paving stone company became an
57
00:03:09.520 --> 00:03:12.360
international villain over the weekend when he was caught on
58
00:03:12.439 --> 00:03:14.400
camera stealing a hat from.
59
00:03:14.159 --> 00:03:16.039
A little kid at the US Open.
60
00:03:16.719 --> 00:03:19.599
The athlete had just won, signing autographs for the fans
61
00:03:19.599 --> 00:03:22.840
that were standing in the stands. This ceo guy has
62
00:03:22.840 --> 00:03:26.439
been called every name in the book over the course
63
00:03:26.479 --> 00:03:29.520
of the weekend. It was worsened buy fake statements from
64
00:03:29.560 --> 00:03:32.560
the guy that were made online. In an actual statement,
65
00:03:32.680 --> 00:03:36.199
he apologized. He said in the emotions he was convinced
66
00:03:36.240 --> 00:03:39.759
that the tennis player was handing him the hat because
67
00:03:39.759 --> 00:03:40.960
he had been with his son.
68
00:03:40.840 --> 00:03:42.960
Signing autographs earlier in the day.
69
00:03:42.840 --> 00:03:47.560
The kid, I did.
70
00:03:47.800 --> 00:03:50.520
I imagine you saw the video and all the reactions
71
00:03:50.520 --> 00:03:51.000
and things.
72
00:03:51.080 --> 00:03:53.360
Yeah, the kid's got to be quicker.
73
00:03:55.199 --> 00:03:57.400
Athlete said he didn't notice in the moment, and then
74
00:03:57.400 --> 00:03:59.080
when he heard about it, he arranged to meet the
75
00:03:59.159 --> 00:03:59.960
kidden person and.
76
00:04:00.039 --> 00:04:01.520
People were mad at the athlete, and that's what kind
77
00:04:01.520 --> 00:04:03.360
of upset me. Was like, it's not that guy's fault.
78
00:04:03.000 --> 00:04:05.439
That guy's signing stuff and just moving on to the
79
00:04:05.479 --> 00:04:06.599
next person. He had no clue.
80
00:04:06.639 --> 00:04:08.400
It's it's not the athlete's fault at all.
81
00:04:08.759 --> 00:04:11.520
If you haven't seen the video, Chili's putting it up
82
00:04:11.520 --> 00:04:12.759
on links and guests.
83
00:04:14.120 --> 00:04:15.520
It's all good, all right.
84
00:04:15.599 --> 00:04:18.920
So the hoop of Happy Gilmore too this summer, folks
85
00:04:18.920 --> 00:04:21.160
were checking on the original cast or like, where are
86
00:04:21.160 --> 00:04:21.480
they now?
87
00:04:21.480 --> 00:04:22.120
What are they doing?
88
00:04:22.160 --> 00:04:24.560
Why aren't they In the second movie, a guy named
89
00:04:24.639 --> 00:04:29.120
Jared Van Snellenberg was the fourteen year old kid curly
90
00:04:29.160 --> 00:04:33.639
blonde Haire snagged your role as Adam Sandler's first caddie
91
00:04:33.639 --> 00:04:35.800
and the original Happy Gilmore. If you see his face,
92
00:04:35.800 --> 00:04:37.040
you're gonna be like, oh, yeah, I know that guy.
93
00:04:37.959 --> 00:04:40.959
Why wasn't he in the new edition of the movie. Well,
94
00:04:40.959 --> 00:04:43.040
because he's a neuroscientist in Long Island.
95
00:04:43.639 --> 00:04:45.920
Oh he's too busy for Adam Sandler.
96
00:04:45.959 --> 00:04:48.959
Apparently he gave up acting in his twenties decided to
97
00:04:49.000 --> 00:04:51.000
go into science, so that's what he does.
98
00:04:51.079 --> 00:04:53.040
He also doesn't golf, never did.
99
00:04:53.639 --> 00:04:56.160
He did admit to missing acting a little bit, especially
100
00:04:56.160 --> 00:04:59.120
with Adam Sandler. He said on screen he's the same
101
00:04:59.160 --> 00:05:00.360
person he is off screen.
102
00:05:00.519 --> 00:05:02.319
The set was a riot.
103
00:05:02.800 --> 00:05:04.600
Wonder if Sandler even contacted him.
104
00:05:04.600 --> 00:05:08.720
But Will's alataurus when he did well, he's an actual
105
00:05:08.720 --> 00:05:11.519
PGA golfer. When he was almost winning a tournament, they
106
00:05:11.519 --> 00:05:13.560
were like, that guy looks like the caddy from Happy Gilmore.
107
00:05:13.639 --> 00:05:15.839
So I think that kind of just sucks you armed
108
00:05:15.920 --> 00:05:19.839
him in, gotcha funny? All right?
109
00:05:19.959 --> 00:05:23.879
Colin Moore of Sleep Theory crashed his electric bike into
110
00:05:23.920 --> 00:05:25.680
a fans car after the show.
111
00:05:25.839 --> 00:05:28.480
No In, Isn't it happened.
112
00:05:28.560 --> 00:05:32.480
He'd been interacting the fans after the performance. According to
113
00:05:32.519 --> 00:05:35.680
the report, he learned what happened. He a little too
114
00:05:35.759 --> 00:05:37.680
much throttle on the e Bykes.
115
00:05:39.360 --> 00:05:42.319
So me growing up Judas Priest, they are known to
116
00:05:42.399 --> 00:05:45.160
bring in to Harley out on stage. And then I'm
117
00:05:45.160 --> 00:05:48.920
thinking about Martley Crue the Girls, Girls Girls video. There's
118
00:05:48.959 --> 00:05:51.199
the four guys going down the Hollywood Boulevard on their
119
00:05:51.240 --> 00:05:56.120
Harley's and this guy crashed his bike this is we're
120
00:05:56.120 --> 00:05:57.319
doing a story on an e bike.
121
00:05:57.680 --> 00:05:59.959
We are, buddy.
122
00:06:00.000 --> 00:06:03.319
There are photos of the damage. Everyone seems to be okay.
123
00:06:03.519 --> 00:06:04.839
Those are Houston's headlines.
124
00:06:06.319 --> 00:06:07.600
Take it, alex Well.
125
00:06:07.680 --> 00:06:11.199
The Chapel Bill era at North Carolina got off to
126
00:06:11.279 --> 00:06:14.920
a bad start last night. TCU blew out Bill Belichick
127
00:06:15.000 --> 00:06:16.120
North Carolina forty.
128
00:06:15.879 --> 00:06:16.759
Eight to fourteen.
129
00:06:16.800 --> 00:06:19.279
It's the most points that UNC has allowed and a
130
00:06:19.319 --> 00:06:23.160
season opener in school history. We are also just two
131
00:06:23.160 --> 00:06:25.480
more sleeps away from NFL season.
132
00:06:25.680 --> 00:06:25.920
Like that.
133
00:06:26.000 --> 00:06:26.759
Yeah, Thursday night.
134
00:06:27.000 --> 00:06:30.439
Yeah. In baseball, Astros gotta win. Yesterday they beat the
135
00:06:30.439 --> 00:06:32.839
Angels eight to three. They split their four game series
136
00:06:32.839 --> 00:06:34.959
with La. Tonight they lope up a three game series
137
00:06:34.959 --> 00:06:37.399
with the Yankees at dyk And Park. Frambervaldesi be on
138
00:06:37.399 --> 00:06:39.160
the mount for the Stros, going up against New York's
139
00:06:39.160 --> 00:06:41.279
Max Freed first pitches at seventen. You can listen to
140
00:06:41.360 --> 00:06:43.560

00:06:51.319 --> 00:06:54.560
ready to do this? Let's get back, Let's get back

00:06:54.560 --> 00:06:57.399
into the groove. Open up these fold lines, Chile, please

00:06:57.720 --> 00:06:59.639
seven one, three, two.
146
00:07:00.639 --> 00:07:05.720
Oh, Chili had six picks this weekend. Oh boy, oh boy.
147
00:07:05.759 --> 00:07:08.000
All right, the most interactive show on the radio starts
148
00:07:08.079 --> 00:07:08.399
right now.
149
00:07:08.439 --> 00:07:11.759
Give us a call, okay, ninety four or five the buzz.
150
00:07:11.800 --> 00:07:15.879
Good morning, rod Ryan Show, Welcome back from the long weekend.
151
00:07:16.000 --> 00:07:17.879
Welcome to September.
152
00:07:18.839 --> 00:07:22.800
It is Tattooesday. That'll be our Instagram feature today. Of course,
153
00:07:22.959 --> 00:07:25.160
just because we weren't here yesterday does not mean we
154
00:07:25.639 --> 00:07:26.920
forgot the about Milf Monday.
155
00:07:27.000 --> 00:07:29.720
Don't worry. Chili had that schedule to go. That went
156
00:07:29.800 --> 00:07:32.079
up yesterday morning, and thank you guys.
157
00:07:32.360 --> 00:07:36.199
I saw I was getting some emails yesterday just kind
158
00:07:36.240 --> 00:07:38.279
of reacting to some of the discussions that we had
159
00:07:38.360 --> 00:07:38.959
on the air.
160
00:07:39.040 --> 00:07:41.240
I was we were playing some best of bits I'm show.
161
00:07:41.279 --> 00:07:42.839
You were probably sleeping. Don't worry about it.
162
00:07:43.399 --> 00:07:46.120
Don't worry about it, Okay, But I appreciate some of
163
00:07:46.160 --> 00:07:48.319
you getting up early yesterday and listening to the best
164
00:07:48.319 --> 00:07:49.920
of The Rod Ryan Show.
165
00:07:49.959 --> 00:07:52.120
But yeah, we are back on board. This is us,
166
00:07:52.160 --> 00:07:53.800
We're here, we're live. It's September.
167
00:07:53.959 --> 00:07:56.759
We have three games left in the suburb of Summer Sizzler.
168
00:07:57.360 --> 00:08:00.680
The Heights takes on Humble Canataz guy from Humble that's
169
00:08:00.720 --> 00:08:03.120
just been kind of rumbling stumbling.
170
00:08:03.360 --> 00:08:05.279
I would never forget brumbling.
171
00:08:05.120 --> 00:08:06.240
Through the tournament.
172
00:08:08.800 --> 00:08:12.199
Robie's been getting the songs correct, He's been getting them
173
00:08:12.240 --> 00:08:15.519
right the Heights versus Humble.
174
00:08:15.720 --> 00:08:17.600
I am here for it. I cannot wait at a
175
00:08:17.759 --> 00:08:18.360
twenty today.
176
00:08:18.399 --> 00:08:22.199
The winner is invited back to play on Thursday's final
177
00:08:22.240 --> 00:08:26.160
game of the summer. Thank you Sheell Federal Credit Union.
178
00:08:26.199 --> 00:08:27.439
These games have been so amazing.
179
00:08:27.720 --> 00:08:29.720
I'm looking for some fresh fish though. Let's back up.
180
00:08:29.839 --> 00:08:32.440
We're in homeroom right, so fresh fish for the fresh
181
00:08:32.480 --> 00:08:34.879
out of bad head to head challenge. We had another
182
00:08:34.919 --> 00:08:37.720
Hall of Fame situation on Friday before the long weekend,
183
00:08:37.960 --> 00:08:40.759
so that means we need some brand new players. Although boy,
184
00:08:40.799 --> 00:08:42.480
we flushed out a couple of guys that haven't been
185
00:08:42.519 --> 00:08:44.879
on in a while. Some of the all time greats
186
00:08:44.879 --> 00:08:46.840
got in last week finally.
187
00:08:46.679 --> 00:08:47.879
Because it was a slower week.
188
00:08:48.240 --> 00:08:51.399
Every time there's a long weekend, somehow people managed to
189
00:08:51.440 --> 00:08:55.559
shoehorn that whole week off. So some people that hadn't
190
00:08:55.559 --> 00:08:58.240
gotten on the show, hadn't played the game, got on
191
00:08:58.320 --> 00:09:00.679
last week, and now I don't know who's going to
192
00:09:00.679 --> 00:09:04.039
play today. Sold out nine inch Nails tickets at seven
193
00:09:04.120 --> 00:09:08.559
twenty and a whole lot more.
194
00:09:09.679 --> 00:09:11.759
It's not time for the first phone call of the day.
195
00:09:12.519 --> 00:09:13.840
Just made myself nervous.
196
00:09:13.919 --> 00:09:15.720
We're busy today, guys. We've got a lot of things
197
00:09:15.759 --> 00:09:18.000
to do in this four hours plus. We gotta get
198
00:09:18.039 --> 00:09:19.840
the first phone call out of the way. It looks
199
00:09:19.879 --> 00:09:23.919
like Travis got through. Hey Travis, Hey, good morning, brother Rob.
200
00:09:23.919 --> 00:09:25.120
How are you doing this morning, dude?
201
00:09:25.159 --> 00:09:26.840
I'm doing so great. I'm ready to go.
202
00:09:26.960 --> 00:09:29.399
I'm I'm all full of meat, like from the grill,
203
00:09:30.159 --> 00:09:32.399
like meat, just so I feel like I got a.
204
00:09:32.600 --> 00:09:35.480
Little extra protein. I'm ready for you. Travis. What are
205
00:09:35.519 --> 00:09:35.879
you doing.
206
00:09:37.320 --> 00:09:39.879
I'm on my way to the airport, heading out for
207
00:09:40.000 --> 00:09:42.679
Seattle to go see my girls. They start school tomorrow.
208
00:09:42.960 --> 00:09:45.159
Got one in sixth grade, one in eighth grade.
209
00:09:45.240 --> 00:09:46.799
They live in Seattle.
210
00:09:47.799 --> 00:09:49.679
They live in Seattle, Yes, sir, And you're.
211
00:09:49.559 --> 00:09:51.080
Making the trip so that you could be there for
212
00:09:51.120 --> 00:09:52.840
their first day of school. That's unbelievable.
213
00:09:53.080 --> 00:09:54.639
Absolutely, I do it every year.
214
00:09:54.759 --> 00:09:56.960
That's Dad of the year kind of stuff, when you're
215
00:09:56.960 --> 00:09:59.200
traveling far just to be there for the first day.
216
00:10:00.519 --> 00:10:02.000
Yeah, they're worth it.
217
00:10:02.600 --> 00:10:04.759
Well, of course they're worth it. How old are the girls?
218
00:10:06.039 --> 00:10:07.440
They are eleven and thirteen.
219
00:10:07.720 --> 00:10:09.799
Okay, and this has been going on for a while.
220
00:10:09.879 --> 00:10:11.440
You're traveling for that first day of school.
221
00:10:12.679 --> 00:10:14.480
This has been going on for the last four years.
222
00:10:14.559 --> 00:10:17.360
Yes, sir, Mmm, now did you get them for a
223
00:10:17.399 --> 00:10:18.440
spell over the summer.
224
00:10:20.279 --> 00:10:22.000
I got to see him a little bit over the summer,
225
00:10:22.039 --> 00:10:24.080
but not as long as i'd like to. You know
226
00:10:24.120 --> 00:10:24.639
how it goes.
227
00:10:24.759 --> 00:10:25.600
It's tough, man.
228
00:10:25.759 --> 00:10:30.159
It is tough, dude, scheduling those trips like that, especially
229
00:10:30.200 --> 00:10:31.240
for them being so far away.
230
00:10:31.279 --> 00:10:33.679
Travis, it's got to be brutal on you, but it
231
00:10:33.720 --> 00:10:34.399
sounds it is.
232
00:10:34.519 --> 00:10:36.919
But I gotta keep grinding and keep ustling, you know.
233
00:10:37.159 --> 00:10:39.639
Way to go, Wait to go, Travis. We'll send us
234
00:10:39.679 --> 00:10:40.159
some picks, bro.
235
00:10:40.360 --> 00:10:42.679
Yeah, I can't wait to see first day picks.
236
00:10:43.120 --> 00:10:45.440
Okay, we'll do. And I'd just like to give a
237
00:10:45.440 --> 00:10:48.360
shut up to all my IBBW brothers and sisters up
238
00:10:48.399 --> 00:10:51.159
there who are coming back from the weekend, and I
239
00:10:51.240 --> 00:10:54.080
just wanted to wish them good luck and be safe
240
00:10:54.080 --> 00:10:54.440
out there.
241
00:10:54.639 --> 00:10:58.279
That's awesome. Thank you, Travis. I appreciate you, man. That's
242
00:10:58.320 --> 00:11:00.720
a lot of work, work man.
243
00:11:02.639 --> 00:11:08.159
Okay, kids up in Seattle, are they dressing all grungey?
244
00:11:09.399 --> 00:11:16.679
You know, combat boots, torn jeans, camera flannels, flannels, lannels
245
00:11:16.720 --> 00:11:18.320
come on flannels for sure.
246
00:11:18.799 --> 00:11:20.200
All right, on the flip that a w REC check.
247
00:11:20.360 --> 00:11:22.679
My kid's not even in school today, Yeah, I know,
248
00:11:23.000 --> 00:11:23.840
you got a next day.
249
00:11:24.080 --> 00:11:29.840
Yeah. On a second, we back up my kids in
250
00:11:29.879 --> 00:11:33.360
her bed sleeping right now, like what Yeah, it's pretty awesome,
251
00:11:33.360 --> 00:11:36.799
like everybody back to back to work, back to school. Everybody.
252
00:11:36.840 --> 00:11:39.759
Not my kid, not my school, not my kid's school. Nope,
253
00:11:40.159 --> 00:11:41.799
all right, on the flip that a w REC check
254
00:11:41.840 --> 00:11:42.080
for you.
255
00:11:42.080 --> 00:11:44.039
We'll find out what's trending and then we'll get set
256
00:11:44.120 --> 00:11:44.960
up for our game.
257
00:11:45.080 --> 00:11:47.720
Here, Rock and all, te.
258
00:11:49.200 --> 00:11:51.519
Ryan Morning Show, six to ten am.
259
00:11:51.639 --> 00:11:52.600
Okay, welcome back.
260
00:11:52.639 --> 00:11:56.039
Everybody is ten Tuesday, September second.
261
00:11:56.960 --> 00:11:59.519
I got six twenty one thirty.
262
00:11:59.279 --> 00:12:04.840
Percent chance of a few showers today, partly cloudy skies
263
00:12:05.000 --> 00:12:09.559
hies today of around ninety one. Okay, some are technically
264
00:12:09.600 --> 00:12:12.799
still here, I know, the unofficial, official, official, unofficial, you know,
265
00:12:12.919 --> 00:12:15.639
with Labor Day weekend, but some are still here till
266
00:12:15.639 --> 00:12:16.440
like the middle of the month.
267
00:12:18.039 --> 00:12:22.000
High mom, what's up? You have ug boots on? I do.
268
00:12:22.240 --> 00:12:27.039
It's ninety one today, to be high warm, ninety one today.
269
00:12:27.080 --> 00:12:30.240
It's not wearing white though it's September Labor day, ug boots.
270
00:12:30.519 --> 00:12:33.200
All right, Alex, what's trending? Sorry, they peel myself away
271
00:12:33.200 --> 00:12:37.679
from Chilly's six picks right now? Piece of man meat.
272
00:12:37.840 --> 00:12:41.000
Trying to peel yourself away from the Yeah, hopefully his
273
00:12:41.080 --> 00:12:42.039
man meat turned up out.
274
00:12:41.960 --> 00:12:44.559
Of the mine.
275
00:12:44.879 --> 00:12:48.519
It's not it's not my thing. Power Ball is trending.
276
00:12:48.600 --> 00:12:52.679
The jackpot is now one point three billion dollars after
277
00:12:53.120 --> 00:12:55.480
nobody hate it last night. But like most said earlier,
278
00:12:55.480 --> 00:12:58.879
there were ten one million dollar winners, just non Texas.
279
00:12:58.919 --> 00:13:00.559
We have to be in record tarots or the biggest
280
00:13:00.559 --> 00:13:02.720
one of all time. Right, he's got a top five
281
00:13:03.080 --> 00:13:04.039
tarbor open up there.
282
00:13:04.360 --> 00:13:06.080
Bill Belichick is trending.
283
00:13:06.559 --> 00:13:11.799
He might not be as good as God. See they
284
00:13:11.840 --> 00:13:13.799
got blown out forty eight to fourteen in his North
285
00:13:13.799 --> 00:13:17.840
Carolina coaching debut. And then Graham Green is trending. If
286
00:13:17.879 --> 00:13:22.000
you watched Dances with Wolvestride, yeah, well he was the
287
00:13:22.039 --> 00:13:24.720
star and he passed away at seventy three. Yep, I
288
00:13:24.879 --> 00:13:26.879
saw that, So that is what's trending on ninety for
289
00:13:26.960 --> 00:13:31.720
five the bus.
290
00:13:31.720 --> 00:13:33.440
Oh, I knew there was a reason that we were
291
00:13:33.440 --> 00:13:34.799
looking for fresh fish today.
292
00:13:35.879 --> 00:13:38.440
You had a Hall of Famer, go back or go
293
00:13:38.480 --> 00:13:40.080
in the hall. Yeah, go back in the hall.
294
00:13:40.240 --> 00:13:43.600
Good morning, everybody. This is three times Hall of Famer canvas,
295
00:13:44.360 --> 00:13:46.240
fresh out of bed, head to head.
296
00:13:46.200 --> 00:13:47.840
And you guys make it easy.
297
00:13:49.240 --> 00:13:51.200
In my run, I had to take on some of
298
00:13:51.240 --> 00:13:51.919
the best.
299
00:13:51.679 --> 00:13:52.879
Players of all times.
300
00:13:52.960 --> 00:13:56.200
Yeah, so let that be a warning to everyone.
301
00:13:55.879 --> 00:13:56.120
In this.
302
00:13:57.679 --> 00:14:01.759
Well, that's cool. That's just where it ended. Oh no,
303
00:14:01.799 --> 00:14:03.919
I have the full one on my computer. I could play, baby,
304
00:14:04.039 --> 00:14:07.519
that's all right, that's all right. I think he said
305
00:14:07.519 --> 00:14:09.039
something about us see at the end of the year
306
00:14:09.080 --> 00:14:10.279
and I'm gonna win it all.
307
00:14:10.200 --> 00:14:14.000
Bitches, that type of thing. Yeah, that's cool, just send it.
308
00:14:16.480 --> 00:14:21.279
It's probably off days, dude. Are you telling me I
309
00:14:21.320 --> 00:14:23.600
need some fresh fish? Alex, I'm missaying. This is a
310
00:14:23.600 --> 00:14:26.000
good day if you were fresh fish fresh fish. Have
311
00:14:26.080 --> 00:14:28.480
you never ever, ever, ever ever played before?
312
00:14:28.600 --> 00:14:32.559
Have you been waiting your thirty days? This is the
313
00:14:32.639 --> 00:14:36.080
day to get in seven one, three, two, four five
314
00:14:36.120 --> 00:14:37.039
If you want to play.
315
00:14:38.759 --> 00:14:40.919
The rod Ryan Show on ninety four, five.
316
00:14:40.840 --> 00:14:47.000
The bus ninety four or five the buzz, Good morning.
317
00:14:47.120 --> 00:14:49.039
Rod Ryan's Show on this tat Tuesday.
318
00:14:49.279 --> 00:14:52.519
I hope you're off to a wonderful start to your day,
319
00:14:52.919 --> 00:14:55.120
not a washout, about a thirty percent chance of rain.
320
00:14:55.440 --> 00:14:55.759
I don't know.
321
00:14:55.799 --> 00:15:00.120
It was a pretty rainy weekend, pretty rainy weekend, and
322
00:15:00.720 --> 00:15:02.559
first you know, I have it made it a little lazy,
323
00:15:02.600 --> 00:15:04.440
and it forced you to kind of sit around and
324
00:15:04.480 --> 00:15:06.000
relax and do a little less.
325
00:15:06.320 --> 00:15:07.320
And maybe it was okay.
326
00:15:07.879 --> 00:15:10.840
But thirty percent chance today with partly Claudi's guys highs
327
00:15:10.879 --> 00:15:11.919
up around ninety one.
328
00:15:12.559 --> 00:15:13.960
We've got a game to play here. I need some
329
00:15:13.960 --> 00:15:15.120
fresh fish and.
330
00:15:15.279 --> 00:15:18.240
Now it's time for the fresh out of bed head
331
00:15:18.240 --> 00:15:26.720
to head challenge. Listeners to your corners, all.
332
00:15:26.679 --> 00:15:28.080
Right, who we got on today?
333
00:15:28.480 --> 00:15:37.320
Oh, welcome back, Welcome, welcome back, Tommy the Gun Morris,
334
00:15:37.679 --> 00:15:40.559
Tommy Curve for Curve for the road.
335
00:15:40.679 --> 00:15:40.799
Oro.
336
00:15:40.879 --> 00:15:41.399
Where you been?
337
00:15:43.039 --> 00:15:44.240
Oh man, I've been calling.
338
00:15:44.320 --> 00:15:50.200
Chili loves to tell me I'm caller one through nine Chilli, Well,
339
00:15:50.279 --> 00:15:51.519
jeth okay, he let me in today.
340
00:15:52.320 --> 00:15:53.799
How many times in the Hall of Fame for you?
341
00:15:55.440 --> 00:15:59.639
Two time Hall of Famer Tommy the Gun Morris, Welcome back?
342
00:16:00.519 --> 00:16:05.159
You are playing? Oh well, well, well, Christian, We've got
343
00:16:05.159 --> 00:16:12.399
a fresh fish. Christian. You're Christian or Christian? Christian? Christian? Christian?
344
00:16:12.840 --> 00:16:15.840
Mak it? Why do that to yourself because I don't
345
00:16:15.840 --> 00:16:18.000
trust myself. I'm always wrong.
346
00:16:18.320 --> 00:16:30.360
Stop Okay, Christian, Christian, Christians or or the loser Christian.
347
00:16:30.639 --> 00:16:33.320
You've never played this game before. Now you're realizing why,
348
00:16:33.919 --> 00:16:36.720
uh like, why would anybody call that guy that hosts
349
00:16:36.720 --> 00:16:37.320
this show.
350
00:16:39.279 --> 00:16:40.279
To get in my whole life?
351
00:16:40.279 --> 00:16:40.440
Were?
352
00:16:41.879 --> 00:16:45.600
Okay? You just all you have to do is beat
353
00:16:45.600 --> 00:16:47.000
this two time Hall of Famer Christian.
354
00:16:47.080 --> 00:16:50.480
Okay, that's all I'm asking of you. You're two questions
355
00:16:50.519 --> 00:16:51.919
away from winning this.
356
00:16:52.159 --> 00:16:54.360
A Rod Ryan showty shirt.
357
00:16:54.960 --> 00:16:58.200
Okay, So Christian, you've sounds like you've heard the game before.
358
00:16:59.399 --> 00:17:01.440
Here, sir, shout out your name when you think you
359
00:17:01.519 --> 00:17:05.839
know the answer, right, yes, sir. Now what happens after
360
00:17:06.079 --> 00:17:08.240
a Hall of Fame game? This is where I flush
361
00:17:08.279 --> 00:17:09.559
out all the crappy questions that.
362
00:17:09.720 --> 00:17:10.480
Keeps handing me.
363
00:17:10.680 --> 00:17:11.519
Yeah, get rid of.
364
00:17:11.759 --> 00:17:13.440
Some of these have been on here since she's been here.
365
00:17:13.880 --> 00:17:14.799
I got to get rid of them.
366
00:17:14.799 --> 00:17:15.279
Bring them on.
367
00:17:15.480 --> 00:17:20.240
So Christian, sorry, Tommy, you deserve better to here goes
368
00:17:20.359 --> 00:17:25.160
Here Here comes the questions.
369
00:17:25.400 --> 00:17:28.559
It's Tommy and Christian. Okay. I don't know why you
370
00:17:28.559 --> 00:17:34.039
would try Christian on this guy. Question number one, that's rude.
371
00:17:34.680 --> 00:17:36.599
We're going to find out how young or old you are.
372
00:17:37.440 --> 00:17:47.920
The song Summer Nights is from which nineteen seventy Christian Christian, Greece. Yeah,
373
00:17:48.160 --> 00:17:52.039
that's the correct answer for the fresh fish the song,
374
00:17:52.240 --> 00:17:55.880
I mean, Tommy, the gun's like what. I probably wasn't
375
00:17:55.880 --> 00:17:59.240
even born in seventy game, all right. The song summer
376
00:17:59.319 --> 00:18:05.240
Nights is from which nineteen seventy eight movie musical Summer
377
00:18:05.319 --> 00:18:07.920
Nights comes from the movie Grease More.
378
00:18:08.000 --> 00:18:14.359
Does you saw that movie? Next question? Yes, I did.
379
00:18:15.000 --> 00:18:17.799
Well, I don't know, Tommy, you had any idea about
380
00:18:17.799 --> 00:18:19.160
that song Summer Nights?
381
00:18:19.480 --> 00:18:20.279
Absolutely not.
382
00:18:21.720 --> 00:18:21.880
Right.
383
00:18:22.079 --> 00:18:23.519
What were you doing in seventy.
384
00:18:23.160 --> 00:18:27.319
Eight, Tommy, Absolutely nothing?
385
00:18:27.480 --> 00:18:30.519
Yeah, swimming around in your dad's ball bag. Oh wow,
386
00:18:31.359 --> 00:18:32.279
hang out down there.
387
00:18:34.640 --> 00:18:36.359
I'm only twenty nine, man, But I'm.
388
00:18:38.599 --> 00:18:43.000
All right, Kristen Christian Christian. All right, here we go.
389
00:18:43.480 --> 00:18:47.000
Next question that I need to get rid of. I'm
390
00:18:47.000 --> 00:18:50.559
sick of looking at it. All right, hear me out.
391
00:18:51.920 --> 00:18:55.880
M and M's fruit shoes would eventually be rebranded and
392
00:18:55.920 --> 00:19:03.880
become what popular candy? Tommy going for it, Skittles. That's
393
00:19:03.920 --> 00:19:06.559
a good answer, but it's a wrong answer.
394
00:19:08.440 --> 00:19:09.559
Christian can win the game.
395
00:19:09.759 --> 00:19:13.720
They were They were originally called Eminem's fruit Choose. They
396
00:19:13.759 --> 00:19:17.440
eventually were rebranded and became what popular candy Christian take
397
00:19:17.440 --> 00:19:18.039
a shot at it?
398
00:19:19.920 --> 00:19:23.400
Life savers? Life Savers not very chewy.
399
00:19:25.519 --> 00:19:29.519
Starburst. Starburst is the answer there. It's like a real
400
00:19:30.640 --> 00:19:32.240
You see why I was staring at that for so long.
401
00:19:32.559 --> 00:19:35.920
Nobody's gonna it's too early.
402
00:19:36.559 --> 00:19:37.240
It's too early.
403
00:19:37.319 --> 00:19:45.079
Ball bags Christian? Question Christian Christian, Jesus. It's got a
404
00:19:45.119 --> 00:19:50.440
Monday feel to it, doesn't it. Here we go, uh, next.
405
00:19:50.240 --> 00:19:59.119
Question, which fall fruit is historically given to teachers? Tommy
406
00:20:00.079 --> 00:20:03.519
Apple to correct the answer and good timing from a
407
00:20:03.559 --> 00:20:11.640
two time Hall of Famer there, Tommy Christian Christian knew
408
00:20:11.839 --> 00:20:17.759
immediately that he had failed himself in his good one.
409
00:20:18.400 --> 00:20:21.279
The question was which fall fruit historically given to teachers
410
00:20:21.680 --> 00:20:24.799
from there? Is historically given to teachers from their students.
411
00:20:25.079 --> 00:20:27.960
Now we got a game here and this this is
412
00:20:28.000 --> 00:20:28.720
the question for.
413
00:20:28.720 --> 00:20:32.119
The win here. Oh God, I hope you're.
414
00:20:32.000 --> 00:20:41.039
Right, yes, Kristin Christian Tommy the gun? How many days
415
00:20:41.400 --> 00:20:45.240
did the month of September have Tommy the gun?
416
00:20:46.599 --> 00:20:46.960
Thirty?
417
00:20:48.039 --> 00:20:48.240
Yes?
418
00:20:50.519 --> 00:20:54.119
Sure, it's ready to be wrong about I don't know
419
00:20:54.519 --> 00:20:58.839
a couple of months and thirty one days have September, April, June,
420
00:20:58.920 --> 00:20:59.759
and November.
421
00:21:00.000 --> 00:21:02.039
Okay, listen, Tommy the Gun is a two time Hall
422
00:21:02.039 --> 00:21:07.640

423
00:21:07.680 --> 00:21:09.960

425
00:21:12.440 --> 00:21:14.079

426
00:21:14.319 --> 00:21:17.480
Damn it, I feel like close.
427
00:21:17.519 --> 00:21:19.039
I have to go back and listen to the take.
428
00:21:19.440 --> 00:21:23.160
Oh I waited his whole life to come on the
429
00:21:23.160 --> 00:21:27.319

To head one day champion.
447
00:22:18.559 --> 00:22:21.200
I know it was a rocky first game, but I'm
448
00:22:21.240 --> 00:22:22.640
just knocking off a little bit of rush.
449
00:22:23.559 --> 00:22:24.400
Don't worry about me.
450
00:22:24.960 --> 00:22:27.039
Join me on Wednesday when I making win Number two

00:22:30.559 --> 00:22:31.640
Nobody's gonna worry about him.
454
00:22:31.640 --> 00:22:33.400
He's gonna worry about I'm not worried about him. The
455
00:22:33.440 --> 00:22:36.119
two time Hall of Famer. Uh you know what happened
456
00:22:36.160 --> 00:22:38.440
to another two time Hall of Famer? He became a
457
00:22:38.440 --> 00:22:41.079
three time Hall of Famer's right, we can go.
458
00:22:41.039 --> 00:22:43.839
Back to back here. Crazier things have happened on this show.
459
00:22:45.000 --> 00:22:47.559
Sold out nine inch Nails tickets coming your way at
460
00:22:47.680 --> 00:22:49.839
seven twenty.
461
00:22:50.200 --> 00:22:52.680
I mean I double check on Friday. I'm like the
462
00:22:52.680 --> 00:22:53.319
show sold.
463
00:22:53.160 --> 00:22:56.480
Out, sold of course, of course it's sold out, But
464
00:22:56.519 --> 00:22:58.160
I do have tickets to the Hives coming up. I
465
00:22:58.160 --> 00:23:00.880
know Alex likes this one, but he's on baby Watch
466
00:23:00.960 --> 00:23:03.680
right now. It's probably not going to too many shows. Like, dude,
467
00:23:03.799 --> 00:23:08.640
I could see you at that Hive show, not this one. Okay,
468
00:23:09.640 --> 00:23:11.920
but that's gonna be on the flashback. I got some
469
00:23:11.960 --> 00:23:12.599
new stuff for you.
470
00:23:12.799 --> 00:23:14.920
It's got funk that to the day.
471
00:23:15.839 --> 00:23:18.440
We make you look smart in front of your buddy's
472
00:23:18.480 --> 00:23:23.039
this the fuck that to the day.
473
00:23:23.079 --> 00:23:23.400
All right.
474
00:23:23.400 --> 00:23:27.359
If you're gonna ask about a movie from the seventies Greece, yeah,
475
00:23:27.720 --> 00:23:30.480
I can talk about The Golden Girls, sure, because you
476
00:23:30.480 --> 00:23:33.640
guys probably saw it on repeats classic hell saw on
477
00:23:33.759 --> 00:23:35.759
first run. You know what fun fact about how he's
478
00:23:35.759 --> 00:23:37.480
never missed an episode of The Golden Girls.
479
00:23:38.240 --> 00:23:40.440
He always talks about it. He's like your office.
480
00:23:40.759 --> 00:23:43.480
He's watched The Golden Girls probably, I don't know, three
481
00:23:43.559 --> 00:23:44.960
or four times the whole series.
482
00:23:45.079 --> 00:23:47.480
Oh yeah, at least you've seen a couple of episodes.
483
00:23:47.519 --> 00:23:49.160
How all of them? Okay?
484
00:23:49.519 --> 00:23:52.359
Who was the one that had the most sex out
485
00:23:52.359 --> 00:23:53.359
of the Golden Girls?
486
00:23:54.359 --> 00:23:56.839
Do you remember the names? It was Sex in the City,
487
00:23:56.920 --> 00:24:02.160
thank you, Betty White. Probably that was Rose Rose, a
488
00:24:02.160 --> 00:24:02.839
little brutish.
489
00:24:03.039 --> 00:24:07.200
Yeah. Someone actually calculated how much sex the Golden Girls had.
490
00:24:07.799 --> 00:24:09.000
The totals were based on.
491
00:24:08.960 --> 00:24:12.279
How many men were they were with on the show
492
00:24:13.240 --> 00:24:18.079
and talked about in various scenes. Blanch's total was the highest,
493
00:24:18.759 --> 00:24:20.119
with one hundred.
494
00:24:19.799 --> 00:24:20.839
And sixty five.
495
00:24:21.079 --> 00:24:27.160
Dude bllanch Blanch was a hooker.
496
00:24:27.519 --> 00:24:31.960
Yeah, blanch Blanch.
497
00:24:33.440 --> 00:24:37.279
Tom Brady was drafted by the Montreal Exposed in the
498
00:24:37.359 --> 00:24:40.759
eighteenth round of the Major League Baseball Draft in nineteen
499
00:24:40.880 --> 00:24:41.680
ninety five.
500
00:24:41.920 --> 00:24:42.720
That is fu.
501
00:24:44.920 --> 00:24:47.720
Who he decided to stick with his plan to go
502
00:24:47.720 --> 00:24:49.960
to the University of Michigan to play football, and then
503
00:24:50.000 --> 00:24:50.680
the rest.
504
00:24:50.519 --> 00:24:54.559
Is, you know whatever. I don't know that. I knew
505
00:24:54.559 --> 00:24:56.799
that he was a baseball guy. He played baseball. I
506
00:24:56.799 --> 00:24:59.400
didn't know he had drafted the drafted. Oh you learned
507
00:24:59.440 --> 00:25:02.759
that today I did. It's a fun, fun fact.
508
00:25:04.240 --> 00:25:06.240
I'll stay with this one just because I know it's
509
00:25:06.279 --> 00:25:11.680
been discussed before. It's no longer called Twitter, but I
510
00:25:11.720 --> 00:25:14.359
think we all still call it Twitter. Right.
511
00:25:15.119 --> 00:25:23.799
Uh, what's Twitter's logo? Mo dove? That like blue bird? Right? Yeah,
512
00:25:23.839 --> 00:25:25.440
it might be a dove. You're right, I don't know.
513
00:25:25.480 --> 00:25:29.279
It's got a name. Really, the bird has a name tweety. No,
514
00:25:29.400 --> 00:25:36.000
that was taken Larry Larry Bird. Larry Bird the co
515
00:25:36.079 --> 00:25:40.599
founder of Twitter. Biz Stone. What a cool name. Biz Stone.
516
00:25:41.000 --> 00:25:42.880
I grew up in Massachusetts and he was a huge
517
00:25:42.920 --> 00:25:43.920
Boston Celtics fan.
518
00:25:44.359 --> 00:25:45.240
The bird from Twitter.
519

Yeah.
527
00:26:08.200 --> 00:26:10.200
Now, I wrote on my piece of paper here, I said,
528
00:26:10.359 --> 00:26:14.079
why don't you try this one Tuesday, back after Labor Day. Okay,
529
00:26:14.160 --> 00:26:16.519
let's see where my head was at on Friday. We
530
00:26:17.680 --> 00:26:22.599
hadn't started drinking yet right at that point. Okay, who
531
00:26:22.720 --> 00:26:27.440
was offered the part of Mia in pulp fiction? But
532
00:26:27.559 --> 00:26:29.960
she turned it down because of her commitments to her
533
00:26:30.359 --> 00:26:33.200
role that we all know her for. She was way
534
00:26:33.279 --> 00:26:37.160
too busy for this. Okay, who was offered the part
535
00:26:37.200 --> 00:26:40.119
of Mea in pulp fiction? First seven one three, two,
536
00:26:40.200 --> 00:26:44.160
one two five nine four five. Now time for rockout
537
00:26:44.160 --> 00:26:46.079
with your stock out with Captain Cash.
538
00:26:46.200 --> 00:26:48.880
I mean, no markets open yesterday. What was the last
539
00:26:48.880 --> 00:26:50.079
time you even worked over there?
540
00:26:50.200 --> 00:26:50.400
Yeah?
541
00:26:50.839 --> 00:26:51.279
Friday?
542
00:26:51.319 --> 00:26:52.680
Oh you were here Friday.
543
00:26:52.279 --> 00:26:52.640
That's right?
544
00:26:52.720 --> 00:26:52.880
Hi?
545
00:26:52.960 --> 00:26:55.680
Hell okay, so the markets we got to look back
546
00:26:55.720 --> 00:26:59.000
at what happened Friday, and then some future action.
547
00:26:59.160 --> 00:26:59.519
That's good.
548
00:26:59.559 --> 00:27:02.319
That's good. Friday not so great. The Dallas down ninety
549

558
00:27:29.319 --> 00:27:31.079
they are on the downside. Come on, let's turn this
559
00:27:31.160 --> 00:27:32.880

00:28:18.720 --> 00:28:20.039
Hi, good morning, Hi, good morning.
578
00:28:20.359 --> 00:28:24.319
All right, who's this mister Tony Tony, welcome to the show.

00:28:24.319 --> 00:28:26.559
How are you doing well?
580
00:28:28.880 --> 00:28:33.799
The one of my favorites pulp fiction, the part of
581
00:28:34.000 --> 00:28:37.640
Mia that obviously went to Uma. Thurman should have said
582
00:28:37.640 --> 00:28:40.680
that in the beginning she wasn't the first choice, though,
583
00:28:40.680 --> 00:28:42.680
who turned it down because of her commitments to her
584
00:28:43.480 --> 00:28:43.960
day job.
585
00:28:45.160 --> 00:28:49.880
Juliet Richard dreyf Can I please just after? Can I mo?
586
00:28:50.200 --> 00:28:50.480
Sweart?
587
00:28:50.599 --> 00:28:53.400
Can I? Yes? Alex? You okay with that? All right?
588
00:28:53.880 --> 00:28:56.200
The middle name is wrong, Julia.
589
00:28:56.400 --> 00:29:01.319
It's Julia Louis Dreyfus rich It's fine.
590
00:29:01.359 --> 00:29:08.880
I don't know, Tony. I'm not doing this all Tony.
591
00:29:08.960 --> 00:29:13.880
You're going to see the Hives. House of Blue September ninth. Congratulations,
592
00:29:14.480 --> 00:29:14.960
Thank you.
593
00:29:15.559 --> 00:29:20.440
Julia Louis Dreyfus, who comes from a billionairet she's loaded.
594
00:29:20.519 --> 00:29:21.240
She doesn't need to worry.
595
00:29:21.240 --> 00:29:25.000
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah, she's got billionaires money from her family.
596
00:29:25.880 --> 00:29:29.079
She was too busy working on Seinfeldt to do so.
597
00:29:29.119 --> 00:29:30.799
She turned Quentin Tarantino down.
598
00:29:31.640 --> 00:29:33.480
Tony. Thanks for being on the show today. You're awesome.
599
00:29:34.319 --> 00:29:34.480
Hey.
600
00:29:34.519 --> 00:29:37.759

605
00:29:50.720 --> 00:29:53.519
Rod Ryan's Show. A little over a week ago, Jimmy
606
00:29:53.599 --> 00:29:56.799
World opened up for offspring. Let me tell you, is
607
00:29:56.839 --> 00:30:00.839
it Jim Atkins. He looks great, He looks great, he
608
00:30:00.880 --> 00:30:02.640
sounds great. That son of a bitch has all his hair.
609
00:30:04.640 --> 00:30:05.759
Did I say he sounded great?
610
00:30:06.039 --> 00:30:07.240
I think he looked great.
611
00:30:08.119 --> 00:30:11.240
Quit drinking a couple of years back, still has his voice.
612
00:30:11.240 --> 00:30:15.400
And be careful, kids, Your emo heroes are dangerously close
613
00:30:15.440 --> 00:30:16.440
to turning fifty as.
614
00:30:16.359 --> 00:30:19.319
Leave noticing it.
615
00:30:21.440 --> 00:30:24.680
Your emo heroes are getting into that area now. He
616
00:30:24.759 --> 00:30:28.359
turns fifty in November. But they were great, they were awesome.
617
00:30:28.480 --> 00:30:31.400
Tons of hits, Alex Jimmy, We're all the hits, dude,
618
00:30:31.680 --> 00:30:36.400
tons of hits before the offspring went on stage. It's
619
00:30:36.440 --> 00:30:39.119
a great show. Maybe the show the summer. Sorry, oh sorry,
620
00:30:39.160 --> 00:30:43.559
not sorry. Thirty chance of some showers today. Highs up
621
00:30:43.559 --> 00:30:46.200
around ninety one. I got sold out nine inch nails
622
00:30:46.200 --> 00:30:47.440
tickets for you at seven twenty.
623
00:30:47.480 --> 00:30:49.720
I got mo right now with Houston's headlines, good.
624
00:30:49.559 --> 00:30:50.559
Morning, thank you.
625
00:30:50.960 --> 00:30:53.400
Last night's Powerball drawling has come and gone with no
626
00:30:53.559 --> 00:30:56.880
winner of the one point one billion dollar jackpot.
627
00:30:57.000 --> 00:31:00.000
Your husband's just wasting money every three days on these tickets.
628
00:31:00.039 --> 00:31:03.160
We actually forgot from the last night, okay because of
629
00:31:03.200 --> 00:31:03.680
the holiday.
630
00:31:03.720 --> 00:31:06.400
You know, we're just so Tonight's our night.
631
00:31:07.359 --> 00:31:08.880
Are you going to play the drawings tonight?
632
00:31:09.160 --> 00:31:09.640
It'll be.
633
00:31:11.400 --> 00:31:15.000
I think, I don't know Tomorrow Wednesday wednes.
634
00:31:15.480 --> 00:31:19.039
Matching all the right numbers, tomorrow's drawing cash option, the
635
00:31:19.039 --> 00:31:21.640
winner could take almost six hundred million dollars.
636
00:31:21.720 --> 00:31:24.400
A funny guess, maybe I've become a million billionaire.
637
00:31:24.440 --> 00:31:26.279
Will remind you, okay, you're atrying.
638
00:31:26.400 --> 00:31:29.960
As of yesterday, more than eight hundred new laws had
639
00:31:30.000 --> 00:31:34.640
gone into a fact in Texas, some impacting crimes schools, drivers, homeowners.
640
00:31:35.319 --> 00:31:37.440
The ten Commandments in the classroom, I know is one
641
00:31:37.440 --> 00:31:39.759
that we've talked about, prayer in schools. One that I
642
00:31:39.799 --> 00:31:45.359
found very fascinating. HOA green lawn rules?
643
00:31:45.880 --> 00:31:46.400
What is that?
644
00:31:46.920 --> 00:31:53.160
Hos can no longer require green lawns because that is
645
00:31:53.200 --> 00:31:54.559
not attainable.
646
00:31:54.640 --> 00:31:55.319
Because of the wall.
647
00:31:55.960 --> 00:31:56.119
Use it?
648
00:31:56.640 --> 00:31:58.319
Yes, the full.
649
00:31:58.119 --> 00:32:03.000
List available online. Eight d A new laws. Today's telephone Tuesday.
650
00:32:03.720 --> 00:32:04.720
We should be celebrating.
651
00:32:04.880 --> 00:32:07.000
I remember talking about this once before. This is one.
652
00:32:07.119 --> 00:32:09.319
This is one of the sillier holidays.
653
00:32:09.319 --> 00:32:12.799
Interesting apparently, today, the day after Labor Day, is when
654
00:32:13.079 --> 00:32:17.480
businesses supposedly get the most phone calls all year. It's
655
00:32:17.559 --> 00:32:21.240
because everything's open again after long weekend. Most kids are
656
00:32:21.279 --> 00:32:23.960
back in school. I know, not you rot. And also
657
00:32:24.000 --> 00:32:26.039
people start planning for the holidays today.
658
00:32:26.480 --> 00:32:27.960
Oh no, pressure, did.
659
00:32:27.880 --> 00:32:32.440
We say today was Halloween? Basically Halloween tomorrow is Thanksgiving.
660
00:32:32.599 --> 00:32:34.160
You wake up and you're like, maybe I should call
661
00:32:34.200 --> 00:32:36.000
about that thing I've been putting off since June.
662
00:32:36.039 --> 00:32:39.240
Today's your day. Telephone Tuesday.
663
00:32:39.400 --> 00:32:42.759
All right, all right, hurry up, get home after work
664
00:32:42.799 --> 00:32:46.599
today and turn on MTV because they're playing music videos again.
665
00:32:46.799 --> 00:32:48.519
No way, I know, it's no wild.
666
00:32:48.680 --> 00:32:50.720
The network is giving us a taste of the good
667
00:32:50.720 --> 00:32:51.480
old days.
668
00:32:51.240 --> 00:32:52.920
Twenty four to seven music videos.
669
00:32:53.000 --> 00:32:55.799
It started yesterday and it's going to run until Sunday,
670
00:32:55.799 --> 00:32:58.240
which is the MTV Video Music Awards.
671
00:32:59.000 --> 00:33:01.200
It's not on the main MTV channel. I looked.
672
00:33:01.240 --> 00:33:04.400
You have to watch one of their MTV two Situations
673
00:33:04.440 --> 00:33:07.200
or MTV Live or stream it. They have over seven
674
00:33:07.279 --> 00:33:11.119
hundred music videos. They've categorized them in different fun ways.
675
00:33:11.400 --> 00:33:13.839
But I also found it interesting. The artist with the
676
00:33:13.960 --> 00:33:20.200
most music videos on MTV Madonna, Britney Spears. Really, Britney
677
00:33:20.200 --> 00:33:24.000
Spears has twenty one, Beyonce has eighteen. Madonna came in
678
00:33:24.079 --> 00:33:28.839
third with seventeen. Wow, I know, so VMAs. Let's celebrate
679
00:33:30.400 --> 00:33:35.559
a man was ejected from a corn show in Jersey.
680
00:33:35.839 --> 00:33:37.640
Let's sweet, like you don't want to sit down for this?
681
00:33:38.759 --> 00:33:40.519
I sent this to Mode this morning at about five
682
00:33:40.519 --> 00:33:43.519
point thirty. Yeah, and I had been waiting ever since
683
00:33:43.599 --> 00:33:45.799
for her to cover this story. Bye, I'm gonna see
684
00:33:45.799 --> 00:33:47.000
how delicate you handle it.
685
00:33:47.200 --> 00:33:48.519
I am a delicate flower.
686
00:33:48.720 --> 00:33:53.319
Why Why did a gentleman get ejected from a Corn show?
687
00:33:53.400 --> 00:33:55.200
Well, you can watch the video. It's on TikTok.
688
00:33:55.359 --> 00:33:56.920
You have a video of it. Good.
689
00:33:57.079 --> 00:33:59.400
Of course, somebody recorded it and posted it on TikTok.
690
00:34:00.079 --> 00:34:03.880
It was pleasuring himself, sitting in his excuse me, excuse me,
691
00:34:03.960 --> 00:34:05.000
pleasuring himself.
692
00:34:05.359 --> 00:34:07.119
The man was doing what sitting in.
693
00:34:07.160 --> 00:34:12.519
A seat at the concert, going at himself in view.
694
00:34:12.559 --> 00:34:16.480
Full view of everyone else. Everyone else can see.
695
00:34:18.079 --> 00:34:18.360
Corn.
696
00:34:18.920 --> 00:34:19.480
What's doing?
697
00:34:19.760 --> 00:34:23.639
Someone jumped down to the row, punched him in the head.
698
00:34:24.199 --> 00:34:26.400
Security showed up, dragged the guy out, but by the
699
00:34:26.400 --> 00:34:31.199
look on his face, he wasn't all there, So some
700
00:34:31.239 --> 00:34:33.880
sort of substance must have been involved.
701
00:34:34.440 --> 00:34:38.440
Butter in his cop am, I rightil, I didn't say.
702
00:34:38.639 --> 00:34:43.119
Video shows profanity and contains profanity, but you could say
703
00:34:43.119 --> 00:34:44.400
it because Houston sublimes.
704
00:34:45.760 --> 00:34:51.320
Excuse me while I WoT my corn? All right? What
705
00:34:51.480 --> 00:34:53.960
you got? Well? The Chapel Bill era North.
706
00:34:53.800 --> 00:34:56.079
Carolina got off to a pretty bad start last night.
707
00:34:56.119 --> 00:34:59.840
He blew out Bill Belichick's North Carolina forty eight to fourteen.
708
00:35:00.039 --> 00:35:01.880
It's the most points that North Caroline has allowed in
709
00:35:01.920 --> 00:35:05.119
a season opener in school history. We're also only two
710
00:35:05.159 --> 00:35:09.320
more sleeps away from the start of the NFL regular season. Everybody, Yeah,
711
00:35:09.360 --> 00:35:12.119
we almost made it and baseball Astro's got to win.
712
00:35:12.199 --> 00:35:14.239
Yesterday they beat the Angels eight to three. They split
713
00:35:14.280 --> 00:35:16.239
their four game series of LA. Tonight they're gonna open
714
00:35:16.320 --> 00:35:17.920
up a three game series with the Yankees at dyke
715
00:35:17.960 --> 00:35:19.599
In Park. Framber Valdez have been on the matter for
716
00:35:19.639 --> 00:35:21.760
the shows going up against New York's Max Freed. First
717
00:35:21.760 --> 00:35:23.599
pitches at seven ten and you can listen to that
718
00:35:23.599 --> 00:35:25.840
game on our sister stations, Sports Talk seven ninety and
719
00:35:25.880 --> 00:35:27.679
News Radio seven forty KTAH.
720
00:35:28.119 --> 00:35:30.920
That is what's going on in sports. Thanks guys.
721
00:35:31.400 --> 00:35:34.960
Houston's Rock and Alternatives, The Rod Rast the Morning Show
722
00:35:35.119 --> 00:35:38.760
from six to ten AM ninety four or five buzz.
723
00:35:40.119 --> 00:35:45.480
Okay ninety four to five, The buzz Ravana's Heart Shaped Box.
724
00:35:45.559 --> 00:35:48.760
Welcome to the seventh spot. If you're carrying over from
725
00:35:48.760 --> 00:35:50.559
home room, thank you. If you're just joining us, wake
726
00:35:50.599 --> 00:35:51.239
you waking.
727
00:35:51.360 --> 00:35:57.400
Hands off, Snakey Umbrella Matt thirty percent chance. So that's
728
00:35:57.440 --> 00:35:59.519
just a few pesky showers throughout the bay. Partly Quaudi
729
00:35:59.519 --> 00:36:01.400
Skuys can keep a little cooler out there. Highs of
730
00:36:01.519 --> 00:36:03.800
around ninety one. Want to rain this weekend.
731
00:36:05.119 --> 00:36:06.199
Moe, you had a good weekend.
732
00:36:06.320 --> 00:36:06.639
I did.
733
00:36:06.679 --> 00:36:09.360
I hosted, you hosted? Oh you were on the hook.
734
00:36:09.400 --> 00:36:12.039
You have people over, you have the pool, Yes see,
735
00:36:12.000 --> 00:36:13.079
you have people over. How many?
736
00:36:13.960 --> 00:36:15.039
I would say about thirty?
737
00:36:15.639 --> 00:36:15.719
What?
738
00:36:17.000 --> 00:36:17.280
Yes?
739
00:36:17.360 --> 00:36:20.400
Who cooked me? You didn't cook for thirty people?
740
00:36:20.480 --> 00:36:20.800
I did?
741
00:36:20.960 --> 00:36:23.360
Is everybody cool about bringing stuff to pass around?
742
00:36:23.480 --> 00:36:27.119
Like like my company was coming from out of town. Okay,
743
00:36:27.119 --> 00:36:28.960
people staying at our house? So I was really on the.
744
00:36:28.920 --> 00:36:30.960
Hook for many people are staying in your home?
745
00:36:31.519 --> 00:36:31.920
A lot?
746
00:36:32.519 --> 00:36:37.760
Not thirty, no, but a lot. Okay, they're cowning.
747
00:36:38.079 --> 00:36:39.920
Probably eight on top of my family.
748
00:36:40.079 --> 00:36:41.840
Holy craps, we're all.
749
00:36:41.679 --> 00:36:42.320
Over the places.
750
00:36:42.519 --> 00:36:43.800
Okay, what did you cook?
751
00:36:45.119 --> 00:36:45.480
I was?
752
00:36:45.599 --> 00:36:47.280
I like to plan out the menu, so I was
753
00:36:47.320 --> 00:36:49.920
doing like three things that I could do ahead, cast roles,
754
00:36:49.960 --> 00:36:51.920
I could take out, put in for breakfast, you know that.
755
00:36:51.920 --> 00:36:52.440
Kind of stuff.
756
00:36:52.599 --> 00:36:54.519
Crock Pots were going, all of them.
757
00:36:54.760 --> 00:36:56.280
Yeah, what's in the crockpot?
758
00:36:56.840 --> 00:36:59.920
The first night we did Big Texas SiZ baked potato
759
00:37:00.239 --> 00:37:02.320
with like pulled pork.
760
00:37:02.760 --> 00:37:04.079
Okay, that sounds delicious.
761
00:37:04.119 --> 00:37:07.320
It was good. We did the grill, I had all
762
00:37:07.360 --> 00:37:07.960
that stuff.
763
00:37:08.239 --> 00:37:12.360
Who grills my husband's Austin does the grilling. Yes, good.
764
00:37:13.199 --> 00:37:20.599
What did you cook? I had burgers Sunday night. Yeah, okay, chili.
765
00:37:20.679 --> 00:37:22.920
I didn't see chili. I'm gonna get to him on
766
00:37:22.960 --> 00:37:24.840
his six picks. He's got his six picks.
767
00:37:24.840 --> 00:37:28.760
I don't know. It's like you're shooting horses, shooting? Can
768
00:37:28.800 --> 00:37:32.559
you shoot horses? I don't think it was a shoot horses.
769
00:37:33.159 --> 00:37:34.639
You didn't you shooting that.
770
00:37:34.679 --> 00:37:36.400
There's a horse, there's you shooting, and then there's a
771
00:37:36.400 --> 00:37:39.119
picture of a horse. You're shooting at horses?
772
00:37:39.119 --> 00:37:41.360
All right now, I do not shoot animals.
773
00:37:41.440 --> 00:37:42.880
Okay, about to have some people.
774
00:37:43.039 --> 00:37:46.599
Yeah, he's gonna come over here right now.
775
00:37:46.800 --> 00:37:48.760
The hr is right next to you. I'm talking to them.
776
00:37:48.840 --> 00:37:54.280
No, that's why I went to a friend's property to
777
00:37:54.320 --> 00:37:57.000
shoot some guns. But when we pulled up, there was
778
00:37:57.039 --> 00:37:59.360
a horse taking the poop. Oh okay, great, And I
779
00:37:59.400 --> 00:38:01.599
know how to show. Oh loves to talk about poop,
780
00:38:01.639 --> 00:38:03.519
So I try to get a picture of a horse pooping.
781
00:38:03.960 --> 00:38:05.079
You know, I didn't get.
782
00:38:04.960 --> 00:38:05.440
Up the show.
783
00:38:05.679 --> 00:38:07.639
I feel weird that this show is branded with we
784
00:38:07.719 --> 00:38:10.400
love talking about poop. I'm just saying that it's something
785
00:38:10.440 --> 00:38:14.039
that naturally happens. I mean, MO likes delivery life.
786
00:38:15.079 --> 00:38:16.599
Stop. I don't stop with you.
787
00:38:17.920 --> 00:38:18.880
I love the bathroom.
788
00:38:19.079 --> 00:38:20.960
Surely got a big bar in his pictures. I want
789
00:38:20.960 --> 00:38:27.400
to get into those. I I did some cooking. I
790
00:38:27.440 --> 00:38:29.079
never one. I'm just not a man.
791
00:38:30.519 --> 00:38:31.159
Stop it.
792
00:38:32.039 --> 00:38:35.400
For most things, I'm not so when it comes to
793
00:38:35.480 --> 00:38:39.920
like fixing things and like working and like tinkering. You know,
794
00:38:39.960 --> 00:38:41.960
I have friends that like can do like you know, Oh,
795
00:38:42.039 --> 00:38:45.079
I'll do the whole hardwood floors your house. It's like,
796
00:38:45.159 --> 00:38:46.840
how do you know how to do that? When did
797
00:38:46.880 --> 00:38:50.119
you learn that? When when did you learn to hang
798
00:38:50.320 --> 00:38:54.760
dry wall? And when I was around, I didn't learn
799
00:38:54.800 --> 00:38:55.480
to do any of that.
800
00:38:57.360 --> 00:38:58.320
I'm late to the game.
801
00:38:58.360 --> 00:39:02.159
On the smoking meats, you know, there's just regular rant
802
00:39:02.239 --> 00:39:04.960
like run of the mill grills up north, you know,
803
00:39:05.559 --> 00:39:06.320
just grills.
804
00:39:06.719 --> 00:39:08.679
It's you know, I'm a hot dog hammer.
805
00:39:08.679 --> 00:39:10.960
I'm a hamm andagger. I'm a hot dog hamburger guy
806
00:39:11.000 --> 00:39:12.800
on the grill. I'm pretty good at that. I can
807
00:39:12.840 --> 00:39:15.400
do I can do a steak. The smoking thing, I'm
808
00:39:15.440 --> 00:39:18.480
just not good at it. But I don't have the
809
00:39:18.559 --> 00:39:21.440
patience either. Okay, God rest his soul.
810
00:39:21.719 --> 00:39:25.360
Throw the rock. Mitch used to work here, our Mitch rip.
811
00:39:26.119 --> 00:39:26.639
He was a guy.
812
00:39:26.679 --> 00:39:29.360
If you're looking yang cooking, you know, and he would
813
00:39:29.400 --> 00:39:31.639
give me all the tips and he loved it. He'd
814
00:39:31.639 --> 00:39:34.239
get his beers, he'd get his wood ready and his
815
00:39:34.280 --> 00:39:37.320
little fire box on the side, and he would stay
816
00:39:37.440 --> 00:39:39.800
up all night and tend to the wood and drink
817
00:39:40.119 --> 00:39:41.039
and just sit there.
818
00:39:41.599 --> 00:39:42.360
It's a process.
819
00:39:42.440 --> 00:39:43.559
He would just sit there.
820
00:39:43.400 --> 00:39:46.480
And look at his grill and drink PBRs all night
821
00:39:46.800 --> 00:39:47.360
like a man.
822
00:39:47.480 --> 00:39:51.639
Like a man. I can't. I like to sleep, okay,
823
00:39:52.239 --> 00:39:55.039
I I don't have the patience to do the things
824
00:39:55.079 --> 00:39:56.280
that need to be done.
825
00:39:57.159 --> 00:40:01.920
Resting the meat and rapping things. Just put it on
826
00:40:01.920 --> 00:40:04.519
the grill and cook it. You gotta wrap and then
827
00:40:04.519 --> 00:40:07.920
put it on for another couple of hours. And there's marinating,
828
00:40:08.000 --> 00:40:10.719
and there's there's injecting, and.
829
00:40:11.519 --> 00:40:14.239
I'm not good what you eat.
830
00:40:14.719 --> 00:40:17.800
Like I was told that it's almost impossible to screw
831
00:40:17.880 --> 00:40:23.360
up a brisket. Way, I was told that there was
832
00:40:23.360 --> 00:40:25.679
almost like ribs. There's a thing with ribs.
833
00:40:25.719 --> 00:40:26.199
I get it.
834
00:40:26.639 --> 00:40:32.920
The brisket. It's almost impossible. And my brisket sucked. Did
835
00:40:32.960 --> 00:40:34.719
you say that or other people that tried it?
836
00:40:35.039 --> 00:40:36.480
I think the rest of my house is pretty nice.
837
00:40:36.519 --> 00:40:40.239
Like they were brutal on that chicken. Crust pizza the
838
00:40:40.239 --> 00:40:42.039
rest of the house. They knew that I put in
839
00:40:42.119 --> 00:40:46.480
ten hours. They knew, so they were saying, you open it.
840
00:40:46.480 --> 00:40:47.519
It's like Christmas morning.
841
00:40:47.679 --> 00:40:49.440
I'm like, this son of a bitch hasn't even done yet.
842
00:40:49.480 --> 00:40:52.400
It's five. I'm like, we're not gonna eat until seven thirty.
843
00:40:52.480 --> 00:40:57.800
They're like, that's okay. I got it wrapped. It's rusty.
844
00:40:58.280 --> 00:41:02.920
You try up with your rest meaty. What do you
845
00:41:02.920 --> 00:41:06.079
guys out? They're talking to it. You could buy it.
846
00:41:06.079 --> 00:41:08.039
It was a little tough. It just wasn't nice. It
847
00:41:08.159 --> 00:41:10.679
just wasn't good. There's all right. I took a picture.
848
00:41:11.320 --> 00:41:13.280
It was on stories. It's going forever. I want to
849
00:41:13.280 --> 00:41:16.519
talk about that beef. What you're saying you needed teeth?
850
00:41:17.039 --> 00:41:20.199
You needed teeth for my beef this weekend? For sure,
851
00:41:20.440 --> 00:41:23.000
you did you need that with some beef. I'm a
852
00:41:23.039 --> 00:41:25.760
teeth guy. It's fine.
853
00:41:26.599 --> 00:41:29.360
It's a patience thing, I guess I don't have. I
854
00:41:29.360 --> 00:41:31.000
don't have patience, and I don't like doing all the
855
00:41:31.039 --> 00:41:32.440
little trickery that needs to be done.
856
00:41:32.519 --> 00:41:33.400
I'm done. I'm done.
857
00:41:33.480 --> 00:41:36.320
I'm not smoking meat anymore, just cooking hot dogs and
858
00:41:36.360 --> 00:41:38.760
burgers on a grill. You guys can do that. I'll
859
00:41:38.760 --> 00:41:43.079
come over to your place in Eatri Smoked Meats.
860
00:41:42.199 --> 00:41:43.360
Rock and Alternative.
861
00:41:44.920 --> 00:41:48.639
D Ryan Morning Show, six am, The Buzz.
862
00:41:50.400 --> 00:41:55.199
All right, welcome back everybody, Rob Ryan Show. It's test Tuesday.
863
00:41:56.119 --> 00:42:00.440
I know that most sitting on some nine inch nails tickets.
864
00:42:01.039 --> 00:42:02.679
We should probably get off of those. We're gonna give
865
00:42:02.679 --> 00:42:06.679
those away soon. They're sold out. They're sold out next Friday,
866
00:42:06.719 --> 00:42:09.400
so we're gonna get to those. Nothing over a thirty
867
00:42:09.440 --> 00:42:13.880
percent chance of some showers today, Hive around ninety one.
868
00:42:14.599 --> 00:42:16.320
It was out. He made some burgers this weekend and
869
00:42:16.360 --> 00:42:18.719
they did. Burgers were good. They were pretty good cooked,
870
00:42:18.760 --> 00:42:20.760
just ry, yeah, pretty putting.
871
00:42:20.760 --> 00:42:21.280
The burgers.
872
00:42:22.320 --> 00:42:24.800
Just just the burgers. They're like seasoning.
873
00:42:25.079 --> 00:42:27.719
Oh h no, they just bought it.
874
00:42:27.880 --> 00:42:31.559
That makes you be the preseason oh preseason yeah, okay,
875
00:42:31.599 --> 00:42:33.519
gotcha made it easy.
876
00:42:34.360 --> 00:42:39.639
Millennials, am are right? I need someone to season this
877
00:42:39.719 --> 00:42:43.360
for me. What's trending well, North Carolina is trending.
878
00:42:43.400 --> 00:42:46.440
People still talking about Bill Belichick's tar heels getting blown
879
00:42:46.440 --> 00:42:49.599
out by TCU last night forty eight to fourteen. A
880
00:42:49.639 --> 00:42:51.880
lot of people making fun of him. I'm sure you're
881
00:42:51.920 --> 00:42:54.440
pretty happy. They're's not starting great for him. I don't
882
00:42:54.760 --> 00:42:59.199
love Bill Belichick. So I wasn't unhappy that he got
883
00:42:59.199 --> 00:43:01.880
blown out. Yeah, yeah, he kind.
884
00:43:01.719 --> 00:43:04.800
Of wasn't good for my life happy for about twenty
885
00:43:04.800 --> 00:43:07.679
two years. Twenty two years. He may be pretty miserable. Yeah,
886
00:43:07.880 --> 00:43:09.119
Craft Hines is trending.
887
00:43:09.559 --> 00:43:14.039
The two are splitting up after their Megafood merger a
888
00:43:14.119 --> 00:43:18.519
decade after it. So wow, that seems a tricky Who
889
00:43:18.519 --> 00:43:20.119
you got in the divorced Craft or Hines.
890
00:43:20.840 --> 00:43:21.639
I'm gonna go Craft.
891
00:43:21.679 --> 00:43:23.039
I think they're both gonna do Okay.
892
00:43:23.199 --> 00:43:25.840
Craft probably has more products, That's what I was thinking
893
00:43:25.920 --> 00:43:27.320
over Hines, so I'd take Craft.
894
00:43:27.400 --> 00:43:29.679
I'm sure Heines has more than Ketchup, but Craft has
895
00:43:29.719 --> 00:43:31.079
gotta have just a ton more.
896
00:43:31.519 --> 00:43:34.159
Yeah, I'd go with Craft. Can I live with Craft? Fleece?
897
00:43:34.480 --> 00:43:34.719
Yeah?
898
00:43:35.280 --> 00:43:36.960
The two Christmas is gonna be great though.
899
00:43:37.639 --> 00:43:40.320
US Open is trending as well.
900
00:43:40.360 --> 00:43:42.199
They're talking about the hat guy.
901
00:43:42.360 --> 00:43:45.480
Then you can talk about name ame Osaka beating Cocoa
902
00:43:45.480 --> 00:43:48.639
golf over the weekend as well. But the US Open
903
00:43:49.159 --> 00:43:50.920
going strong right now up in New York. That's what
904
00:43:50.960 --> 00:43:52.480
people are talking about. And that's just training and nine
905
00:43:52.519 --> 00:43:54.199
pify the buzz. Yeah, guy stole a hat from a
906
00:43:54.199 --> 00:43:57.960
little kid. In a like a quick like autograph session.
907
00:43:58.360 --> 00:44:00.360
You know, like the guy comes over to the bands
908
00:44:00.400 --> 00:44:01.360
and signing autograph.
909
00:44:01.960 --> 00:44:03.639
This guy who's the CEO.
910
00:44:03.400 --> 00:44:05.519
Of something grabbed a hat out of a kid and
911
00:44:05.559 --> 00:44:07.280
threw it in the wife's bag and just said he
912
00:44:07.320 --> 00:44:10.079
got caught up in the moment. Most said she didn't. Well,
913
00:44:09.920 --> 00:44:12.599
we had fifty people at her house this weekend. Of
914
00:44:12.599 --> 00:44:14.760
course you didn't see any of the pop culture things
915
00:44:14.800 --> 00:44:16.079
that were going on, but I didn't.
916
00:44:16.119 --> 00:44:16.960
Have you watched the videos.
917
00:44:17.000 --> 00:44:19.400
I've watched the video. It happened very fast.
918
00:44:19.599 --> 00:44:23.039
But everything's on camera now. Yeah, and that little kid
919
00:44:23.039 --> 00:44:24.840
got the shaft, but he ultimately met.
920
00:44:24.639 --> 00:44:26.559
The player he did any long run one of the
921
00:44:26.599 --> 00:44:30.800
autograph of So okay, another ceo just cad you guess
922
00:44:32.840 --> 00:44:36.599
another ceo Goodness is doing jerky things on camera.
923
00:44:36.679 --> 00:44:37.079
What do you have?
924
00:44:37.920 --> 00:44:42.000

940
00:45:29.159 --> 00:45:29.440
Fall?
941
00:45:29.840 --> 00:45:32.920
Oh my goodness? Still technically summer?
942
00:45:33.079 --> 00:45:34.679
Okay, when do I get to celebrate fall?
943
00:45:34.960 --> 00:45:36.719
You got a couple of weeks left. We'll get into that.
944
00:45:36.760 --> 00:45:39.519
We'll get into the things to look forward to summer.
945
00:45:41.119 --> 00:45:42.079
I believe.
946
00:45:43.440 --> 00:45:46.800
Monday, September twenty second. If you really wanted to walk
947
00:45:46.880 --> 00:45:48.599
the date on that, I did. Didn't make a note
948
00:45:48.599 --> 00:45:49.159
on that today.
949
00:45:49.199 --> 00:45:49.519
Thank you.
950
00:45:50.079 --> 00:45:52.719
Over to the phones here, Hey, good morning rod Ryan's Show.
951
00:45:57.320 --> 00:46:02.320
Good morning. Hello, Hi you on you on the phone? Yes, Hi?
952
00:46:02.639 --> 00:46:04.599
Who's this?
953
00:46:04.599 --> 00:46:05.760
This is Josh?
954
00:46:05.599 --> 00:46:07.119
Okay, you call him make fun of me because I
955
00:46:07.119 --> 00:46:08.239
don't know how to smoke a brisket.
956
00:46:08.519 --> 00:46:10.719
Okay, because every phone I was ringing, all these guys like,
957
00:46:10.760 --> 00:46:11.840
I'll tell that half of a man.
958
00:46:11.880 --> 00:46:14.480
I'll tell him how to smoke a brisket? You got something?
959
00:46:15.559 --> 00:46:18.679
You got some advice for me, Josh, smoking advice because
960
00:46:18.679 --> 00:46:20.039
I don't want it. Okay, you're done.
961
00:46:20.079 --> 00:46:21.599
I'm on your looking and you're not cooking.
962
00:46:21.719 --> 00:46:23.840
Okay, I did do that.
963
00:46:23.960 --> 00:46:24.440
I've heard that.
964
00:46:24.639 --> 00:46:26.280
Okay, but you know what happened. And I know you
965
00:46:26.320 --> 00:46:27.719
guys are gonna make fun of me because I got
966
00:46:27.719 --> 00:46:29.960
a trigger grill. I'm not like a real I'm half
967
00:46:30.000 --> 00:46:31.800
a man, like I've already stated.
968
00:46:31.960 --> 00:46:35.280
I thought if I wasn't but if you're looking, you're
969
00:46:35.280 --> 00:46:37.280
not cooking. So I didn't look at it. The thing
970
00:46:37.360 --> 00:46:40.360
ran out of pellets, some of them happened. I'm sitting
971
00:46:40.360 --> 00:46:42.480
on there for two hours, but eighty degrees.
972
00:46:42.599 --> 00:46:44.960
Really it ran out.
973
00:46:45.079 --> 00:46:47.239
I'm done, Rod, What were.
974
00:46:47.039 --> 00:46:47.679
You doing.
975
00:46:50.239 --> 00:46:50.719
Myself?
976
00:46:50.840 --> 00:46:52.960
Josh just told me, if you're looking, you ain't cooking.
977
00:46:52.960 --> 00:46:54.760
The thing was out of pellets for probably an hour
978
00:46:54.760 --> 00:46:58.079
and a half. No, Ali, Josh, Hi, Josh, thanks for
979
00:46:58.119 --> 00:47:01.000
the advice, bro Hi, And you gotta sit around and
980
00:47:01.039 --> 00:47:02.960
just like spank the meat for an hour, just like
981
00:47:03.039 --> 00:47:05.519
pat it and talk to it and just rub it
982
00:47:05.679 --> 00:47:06.199
s sweet.
983
00:47:06.239 --> 00:47:06.440
Nothing.
984
00:47:06.480 --> 00:47:10.039
We're not doing any of that, Josh. You got tickets, uch,
985
00:47:10.159 --> 00:47:11.679
Nails are sold out.
986
00:47:11.960 --> 00:47:16.920
Josh, Okay, and the wife brings up so much fun
987
00:47:16.920 --> 00:47:17.079
at that.
988
00:47:17.880 --> 00:47:20.400
Well, you and the wife are gonna have a good time. Yeah,
989
00:47:20.400 --> 00:47:22.280
it's a sold out show. You're in next Friday?
990
00:47:22.280 --> 00:47:24.559
Okay, yes, sir, yes, sir.
991
00:47:24.639 --> 00:47:25.119
I appreciate it.
992
00:47:25.440 --> 00:47:27.239
Have you ever seen niney Snails before?
993
00:47:28.079 --> 00:47:28.760
I had one?
994
00:47:30.400 --> 00:47:33.639
It's it is okay, Okay.
995
00:47:34.320 --> 00:47:36.639
Was it at the when they played the Woodlands?
996
00:47:37.119 --> 00:47:37.320
Yeah?
997
00:47:37.360 --> 00:47:40.440
At the Woodlands?
998
00:47:38.320 --> 00:47:42.119
Did Sound Garden opened up?
999
00:47:43.880 --> 00:47:43.960
No?
1000
00:47:45.760 --> 00:47:47.559
Was it? What's happening? Yeah?
1001
00:47:47.719 --> 00:47:51.400
Yeah, I think Yeah. I've seen so many shows up there.
1002
00:47:51.400 --> 00:47:52.719
I mixed them up.
1003
00:47:52.960 --> 00:47:55.000
I get you all right, Josh, thank you, man, have
1004
00:47:55.079 --> 00:47:58.840
a great time at that show. Nine Nails next Friday,
1005
00:47:58.880 --> 00:48:01.679

1006
00:48:01.719 --> 00:48:02.159
is now.
1007
00:48:02.559 --> 00:48:05.360
Now that's a man. You want to talk to a man?
1008
00:48:05.480 --> 00:48:07.559
I want to talk to a man sitting around drinking beer,
1009
00:48:08.480 --> 00:48:11.239
wife beaters shirt, shooting.
1010
00:48:10.840 --> 00:48:17.519
Guns on a ranch, on a ranch, chili, my man, picture.
1011
00:48:17.159 --> 00:48:19.639
Of a bear.
1012
00:48:20.119 --> 00:48:22.800
Yeah, I'm about to go repo that uh that uh
1013
00:48:23.119 --> 00:48:23.920
trigger from you.
1014
00:48:24.039 --> 00:48:25.320
Show you what a real man.
1015
00:48:25.239 --> 00:48:27.840
Does with that, right dude? It ran out of palettes.
1016
00:48:28.440 --> 00:48:30.039
That's like the first thing you do is.
1017
00:48:32.320 --> 00:48:35.039
The one with the small hopper. I guess I don't know.
1018
00:48:35.519 --> 00:48:36.000
I don't know.
1019
00:48:36.199 --> 00:48:39.480
I was told not to look. That's your problem. Shut up,
1020
00:48:40.280 --> 00:48:42.559
six picks chili. You had a good weekend, now you
1021
00:48:42.559 --> 00:48:45.760

1022
00:48:47.280 --> 00:48:49.480
This looks like the most active weekend of your life.
1023
00:48:49.559 --> 00:48:53.800
Oh yeah, okay, like he felt the pressure normally.
1024
00:48:53.840 --> 00:48:55.960
He's good for like, oh, I went out Friday and
1025
00:48:56.000 --> 00:48:59.000
then I was down for the whole weekend. It looked
1026
00:48:59.039 --> 00:49:00.840
like he made it a couple of days. There's a
1027
00:49:00.840 --> 00:49:03.119
couple of days of activities here that you're sharing with us.
1028
00:49:03.320 --> 00:49:05.400
That's why we need to have four day work weeks.
1029
00:49:05.880 --> 00:49:08.960
Okay, yeah, I don't disagree with you. Friday, you met
1030
00:49:09.039 --> 00:49:12.599
up with Mariso. You had a couple of beers, right, yeah,
1031
00:49:12.679 --> 00:49:13.519
we met.
1032
00:49:13.440 --> 00:49:17.280
Up for lunch and just stay there watch the couple
1033
00:49:17.320 --> 00:49:20.480
of games, you know, college, And then the askers were playing.
1034
00:49:20.679 --> 00:49:22.639
Who's this little guy you met over here with the
1035
00:49:22.639 --> 00:49:23.159
braces and.
1036
00:49:23.159 --> 00:49:28.159
Say Caleb, Caleb or Klem. The young man came up
1037
00:49:28.199 --> 00:49:30.000
to me and said, hey, are you cheated from the
1038
00:49:30.000 --> 00:49:32.119
bus And I was like yeah, and he's.
1039
00:49:31.960 --> 00:49:33.559
Like, oh my god, can I get a picture with you?
1040
00:49:33.880 --> 00:49:36.440
And then you know, me being careful. First, I said,
1041
00:49:36.440 --> 00:49:37.880
all right, where are your parents?
1042
00:49:37.880 --> 00:49:40.639
First? So I went up to the parents.
1043
00:49:40.679 --> 00:49:43.159
Because I was like because I went and I was like, well,
1044
00:49:43.239 --> 00:49:45.199
I gotta take a picture too for six pigs.
1045
00:49:45.800 --> 00:49:47.880
So I went and asked the parents permission.
1046
00:49:48.000 --> 00:49:50.519
Okay, Hey, I got to do six pigs.
1047
00:49:50.559 --> 00:49:52.159
Is okay? If I take a picture, it's going to
1048
00:49:52.199 --> 00:49:53.079
be posted on the web.
1049
00:49:53.159 --> 00:49:55.800
And then you had to explain the training order that
1050
00:49:55.880 --> 00:49:56.519
you have to.
1051
00:49:56.480 --> 00:50:00.199
The to the parents and stuff sign here.
1052
00:50:01.440 --> 00:50:04.079
So I asked that to take the picture in case
1053
00:50:04.119 --> 00:50:06.239
there was trouble with chili.
1054
00:50:06.239 --> 00:50:09.599
There's waivers and stuff. You know, you gotta be careful nowadays.
1055
00:50:09.719 --> 00:50:11.679
You know, all right, let's get into the guns, bro,
1056
00:50:12.519 --> 00:50:14.280
let's get into the club.
1057
00:50:14.519 --> 00:50:18.039
Also, you went to a club like the club that
1058
00:50:18.119 --> 00:50:19.719
you work at. You went to the club on your
1059
00:50:19.719 --> 00:50:20.159
own time.
1060
00:50:20.239 --> 00:50:21.519
Yeah, I had to go pick up the chick.
1061
00:50:21.679 --> 00:50:24.079
Okay, so so you go get some ammo.
1062
00:50:24.519 --> 00:50:27.519
Yeah, listen, I don't know much about Like, I'm not
1063
00:50:27.559 --> 00:50:29.840
an equestrian guy. That that looks that appears to be
1064
00:50:29.880 --> 00:50:32.480
the fattest horse I've ever seen in my fat horse.
1065
00:50:32.559 --> 00:50:34.800
That's a fat horse, right, that's not a that's not
1066
00:50:34.840 --> 00:50:35.760
a thorough bread.
1067
00:50:36.000 --> 00:50:38.840
No, I mean that he eats.
1068
00:50:38.920 --> 00:50:42.400
That's not a racer, right, No, that's a that's a
1069
00:50:42.000 --> 00:50:44.119
what does that horse do all day?
1070
00:50:44.400 --> 00:50:44.599
Eat?
1071
00:50:44.920 --> 00:50:45.599
Poops eat?
1072
00:50:45.960 --> 00:50:52.760
Okay, yeah, that's a very healthy horse. Yeah is it?
1073
00:50:52.960 --> 00:50:55.039
Okay, let's just say he's not missing a meal.
1074
00:50:55.960 --> 00:50:57.519
The blood pressure on that horse.
1075
00:50:57.440 --> 00:50:59.920
He's ready for those for that Texas drought.
1076
00:51:00.559 --> 00:51:02.920
You can see how hard the rain is coming down
1077
00:51:02.920 --> 00:51:03.480
in that parture.
1078
00:51:03.559 --> 00:51:07.119
Yeah, it was coming down hard, and we were we
1079
00:51:07.159 --> 00:51:10.480
were sitting in the truck for like thirty minutes. All right,
1080
00:51:10.519 --> 00:51:12.960
he says on the radar that is going to pass by,
1081
00:51:13.239 --> 00:51:16.199
so we can start shooting because they got a range there,
1082
00:51:16.400 --> 00:51:18.159
you know, because.
1083
00:51:18.039 --> 00:51:19.559
The gun ranges are expensive.
1084
00:51:20.119 --> 00:51:23.599
Okay, well you look like again half a man.
1085
00:51:23.960 --> 00:51:26.039
We're like, man, you look like you got something from
1086
00:51:26.159 --> 00:51:28.920
Navy Sealed Team six over here in your hands.
1087
00:51:29.159 --> 00:51:30.760
Yeah, that you're shooting. What is that?
1088
00:51:31.559 --> 00:51:34.000
It's an AR fifteen pistol.
1089
00:51:33.840 --> 00:51:36.199
That uh you got some kind of scope on there.
1090
00:51:36.440 --> 00:51:41.039
He's got a scope and a suppressor. Yeah pressure not that. Yeah.
1091
00:51:41.119 --> 00:51:45.119
So the guy that owns the property we were at, Yeah,
1092
00:51:45.320 --> 00:51:48.599
former military guy, thank you for his service. Okay, like, uh,
1093
00:51:49.000 --> 00:51:51.440
he he built it.
1094
00:51:51.519 --> 00:51:52.000
He built it.
1095
00:51:52.079 --> 00:51:54.440
Himself and got it souped up to the way his
1096
00:51:54.559 --> 00:51:55.320
standards are.
1097
00:51:55.519 --> 00:51:58.199
That is a that is an awesome looking gun that
1098
00:51:58.360 --> 00:51:59.960
looks like it fits well. And then you got a
1099
00:52:00.079 --> 00:52:02.000
pistol has had a new one. I think you just
1100
00:52:02.039 --> 00:52:03.639
said you came into some new weaponry.
1101
00:52:04.199 --> 00:52:04.719
That was my.
1102
00:52:06.440 --> 00:52:09.159
That's my nineteen eleven that I usually have. Yeah, it's
1103
00:52:09.199 --> 00:52:12.360
a regular Charles Bronson special over here. Yeah, you know,
1104
00:52:12.480 --> 00:52:15.360
So we went out shooting. You know, I'm trying to
1105
00:52:15.400 --> 00:52:18.800
perfect it, trying to get better at shooting, because I mean,
1106
00:52:18.840 --> 00:52:19.920
there's just guns everywhere.
1107
00:52:19.920 --> 00:52:23.119
It's like Chili's arms are out. There's actual gun there's
1108
00:52:23.239 --> 00:52:26.360
guns everywhere. This is the most manly six picks of
1109
00:52:26.400 --> 00:52:26.880
all time.
1110
00:52:27.079 --> 00:52:30.239
We had about it, close to twenty five thousand dollars
1111
00:52:30.239 --> 00:52:32.199
worth of guns on all the time.
1112
00:52:32.519 --> 00:52:34.519
Looks. Yeah, it's a hobby.
1113
00:52:34.559 --> 00:52:36.079
That's expensive hobby.
1114
00:52:36.119 --> 00:52:37.519
So happy I don't have it. I'm so happy I
1115
00:52:37.519 --> 00:52:39.320
don't have some of those things that you guys do.
1116
00:52:39.320 --> 00:52:40.639
Do you want to pick up a hobby?
1117
00:52:40.760 --> 00:52:43.440
No, I don't. That's money.
1118
00:52:43.440 --> 00:52:45.159
I'm gonna tell you. I didn't want to come back
1119
00:52:45.199 --> 00:52:48.320
from that property though. Man, that they're in the country,
1120
00:52:48.400 --> 00:52:51.559
You're just like, man, I could just sit here and
1121
00:52:52.519 --> 00:52:55.000
drink you like that an a Donpe beverage.
1122
00:52:55.000 --> 00:52:56.239
Watch the sun go down.
1123
00:52:56.440 --> 00:52:58.599
That's that lifestyle that you have, that slower like on
1124
00:52:58.639 --> 00:52:59.159
a rocker.
1125
00:52:59.639 --> 00:53:03.679
Yeah, just watching your chewing tobacco and spitting it just right.
1126
00:53:03.519 --> 00:53:05.199
There, just whittling up.
1127
00:53:06.679 --> 00:53:12.039
It's hot today. It was hot yesterday, it was hot today.
1128
00:53:12.079 --> 00:53:17.239
Before he is he is on an old country farmhouse schedule.
1129
00:53:17.320 --> 00:53:20.159
Is it was fun?
1130
00:53:20.199 --> 00:53:20.400
Man?
1131
00:53:20.440 --> 00:53:23.079
I had to fight guns everywhere.
1132
00:53:23.159 --> 00:53:26.199
Yes, guns, man, It's just all guns.
1133
00:53:26.199 --> 00:53:27.239
It's all guns all the time.
1134
00:53:27.320 --> 00:53:29.760
Chili six picks, I'm happy for you, weekend.
1135
00:53:30.480 --> 00:53:32.199
It's safe to say these are the best six picks
1136
00:53:32.239 --> 00:53:32.840
you've ever taken it.
1137
00:53:33.320 --> 00:53:37.440
Wow, Okay, whoa, you're forgetting about the time I went
1138
00:53:37.440 --> 00:53:38.360
to the strip.
1139
00:53:38.079 --> 00:53:41.400
Clib No, the pictures of the sidewalks that you walked on.
1140
00:53:41.719 --> 00:53:43.199
The strip, cl was a good one.
1141
00:53:43.519 --> 00:53:45.159
Those were good. But I think this is the best
1142
00:53:45.239 --> 00:53:47.239
you've ever done. Way to produce, dude.
1143
00:53:47.000 --> 00:53:49.559
Thank you. This was the most PG pictures I've ever had.
1144
00:53:49.639 --> 00:53:51.800
All Right, Chili six picks on the world famous rod
1145
00:53:51.840 --> 00:53:56.159
Ryan Show page at the buzz dot com.
1146
00:53:56.239 --> 00:53:58.519
We got the suburb Summer Siszler. We only have three
1147
00:53:58.599 --> 00:54:04.199
games left. Three yas and I can't wait.
1148
00:54:04.440 --> 00:54:07.440
I absolutely cannot wait for this game. It's The Heights
1149
00:54:07.440 --> 00:54:09.920
taking on Humble. And now these guys are.
1150
00:54:09.840 --> 00:54:10.480
Kind of famous.
1151
00:54:10.519 --> 00:54:13.639
Now, so you got rafae Al Raffi, and nobody's more
1152
00:54:13.639 --> 00:54:17.800
famous than Kenneth, who is just because he's so in
1153
00:54:17.880 --> 00:54:22.840
the face of everybody. He hasn't guessed a single song.
1154
00:54:24.320 --> 00:54:26.320
Raffi has done nothing but what we's asked of him.
1155
00:54:26.320 --> 00:54:29.000
He's come in, he's hit the poet, he's hit the song,
1156
00:54:29.280 --> 00:54:31.199
he's given me the song titled, he's given me the.
1157
00:54:31.519 --> 00:54:34.800
Band, and he's been winning his way through. The Heights
1158
00:54:34.840 --> 00:54:36.360
has been earning their way through.
1159
00:54:36.400 --> 00:54:39.119
And then Kenneth is like, hey, I figured this game out,
1160
00:54:39.199 --> 00:54:40.800
rad I'm better than everyone.
1161
00:54:40.880 --> 00:54:41.599
You don't even know.
1162
00:54:42.000 --> 00:54:44.039
And then we don't even know if he's saving something like,
1163
00:54:44.280 --> 00:54:46.280
we don't know what's in the chamber nothing, I'm a
1164
00:54:46.320 --> 00:54:48.480
gun guy. We don't know what's in the chamber with
1165
00:54:48.559 --> 00:54:50.760
this guy. We don't know when he's ready to pull
1166
00:54:50.800 --> 00:54:51.239
the trigger.
1167
00:54:51.280 --> 00:54:55.400
It might be today. So The Heights taken on Umble.
1168
00:54:55.880 --> 00:54:59.199
The winner plays Thursday for five thousand dollars from Shell
1169
00:54:59.239 --> 00:55:04.159
Federal Credit Union. I cannot eight twenty cannot get here.
1170
00:55:04.559 --> 00:55:07.400
Quick enough to have this game go down live on
1171
00:55:07.440 --> 00:55:08.800
the air. I hope you join.
1172
00:55:08.679 --> 00:55:14.800
Us The Rod Ryan Morning Show, The Buzz, the Buzz,
1173
00:55:14.880 --> 00:55:16.599
Good morning, Rot Ryan Show.
1174
00:55:16.679 --> 00:55:21.199
On this tattooesday. That's the Instagram feature today.
1175
00:55:21.440 --> 00:55:22.719
Chili six picks.
1176
00:55:22.480 --> 00:55:25.760
Guns everywhere, guns, A blazing.
1177
00:55:27.000 --> 00:55:33.119
Fat horse, a fat horse, A fat horse, yes, just a.
1178
00:55:33.119 --> 00:55:39.480
Little freshley evacuated their system.
1179
00:55:39.679 --> 00:55:41.480
I did thank you, Chilie for not getting that. A
1180
00:55:41.639 --> 00:55:43.760
mid horse. Yes, the horse.
1181
00:55:43.800 --> 00:55:47.239
Oh yeah, not Chili, No, Chili got the guns out,
1182
00:55:47.719 --> 00:55:49.000
all kinds of guns everywhere.
1183
00:55:49.239 --> 00:55:53.440
Fat horse, a fat horse. It's a very chubby horse
1184
00:55:53.480 --> 00:55:54.320
that he took a picture of.
1185
00:55:55.039 --> 00:55:59.239
Thirty chance of some showers today, partly Claudi skies pies
1186
00:55:59.280 --> 00:56:00.800
of around ninety one. You want to make fun of
1187
00:56:00.800 --> 00:56:04.199
my brisket? Somehow I wound up back on Facebook.
1188
00:56:04.400 --> 00:56:07.800
Poopsie, here they come, here go.
1189
00:56:08.000 --> 00:56:09.400
I think it's a class you can take for that.
1190
00:56:09.519 --> 00:56:13.159
Last we're going at smok ring. It's not there. There
1191
00:56:13.159 --> 00:56:17.119
really isn't even a smoke ring. All right, Hey, good morning.
1192
00:56:17.159 --> 00:56:18.280
What do you got for Houston's headlines?
1193
00:56:18.360 --> 00:56:21.000
Hey, last night's Powerball drawlling is coming gone with no
1194
00:56:21.159 --> 00:56:25.800
winner of the one point one billion dollar Jackie yatz billion.
1195
00:56:26.280 --> 00:56:30.400
There were ten million dollar winners noun in Texas. Matching
1196
00:56:30.440 --> 00:56:34.440
all the right numbers in the next drawling tomorrow and
1197
00:56:34.519 --> 00:56:37.840
taking the cash option could make the winner almost six
1198
00:56:37.920 --> 00:56:40.519
hundred million dollars richer.
1199
00:56:40.719 --> 00:56:41.639
Nice.
1200
00:56:41.719 --> 00:56:42.920
I'll remind you to buy a ticket.
1201
00:56:42.960 --> 00:56:43.239
Thank you.
1202
00:56:44.079 --> 00:56:44.760
Just updated.
1203
00:56:44.920 --> 00:56:47.440
Charges had been filed in connection with the deadly shooting
1204
00:56:47.480 --> 00:56:49.400
of an eleven year old boy who died while playing
1205
00:56:49.519 --> 00:56:52.519
Ding Dong ditch at a family birthday party. It happened
1206
00:56:52.519 --> 00:56:54.920
Saturday night around eleven pm when the boy and his
1207
00:56:54.920 --> 00:56:57.360
friends were ringing doorbells and running away part of the
1208
00:56:57.360 --> 00:57:00.400
classic prank. According to police, someone cam out of a
1209
00:57:00.440 --> 00:57:03.440
house with a gun, opened fire hit the child in
1210
00:57:03.480 --> 00:57:06.199
the back while he was running away. The suspect in
1211
00:57:06.239 --> 00:57:08.800
the case has been charged with murder, according to court records,
1212
00:57:08.840 --> 00:57:11.599
Their name and court documents detailing the charges have not
1213
00:57:11.679 --> 00:57:13.320
been released at this current time.
1214
00:57:14.639 --> 00:57:16.880
All Right, the video that I had not seen until
1215
00:57:16.880 --> 00:57:17.440
this morning.
1216
00:57:18.360 --> 00:57:22.840
The CEO of a Polish paving stone company became an
1217
00:57:22.920 --> 00:57:26.039
international villain this weekend. He was caught on camera stealing
1218
00:57:26.039 --> 00:57:28.480
a hat from a little kid at.
1219
00:57:28.400 --> 00:57:29.159
The US Open.
1220
00:57:29.280 --> 00:57:30.480
So this is the equivalent.
1221
00:57:30.559 --> 00:57:32.920
We've seen this before at baseball games, right.
1222
00:57:32.880 --> 00:57:36.480
Yeah, where there's a guy and he but this is
1223
00:57:36.519 --> 00:57:37.159
like snatching.
1224
00:57:37.280 --> 00:57:38.400
Can you imagine like an.
1225
00:57:38.320 --> 00:57:41.840
Adult getting caught on the Major League Baseball cameras well.
1226
00:57:41.840 --> 00:57:44.000
We've seen it before where they've grabbed a ball out
1227
00:57:44.039 --> 00:57:46.480
of a kid's hand, like it's intended for that kid.
1228
00:57:46.840 --> 00:57:51.079
This guy did this with an autographed a hat. Yeah,
1229
00:57:51.119 --> 00:57:51.960
at the tennis.
1230
00:57:51.719 --> 00:57:54.760
Tournament the athlete had just won, signing autographs for fans,
1231
00:57:54.800 --> 00:57:56.559
Like up in the stands.
1232
00:57:56.639 --> 00:57:59.440
Nothing's on the athlete, Alex back in your play on this.
1233
00:57:59.599 --> 00:58:02.320
Right initially there you should have seen it like he
1234
00:58:02.320 --> 00:58:04.559
has no no no, no, no, no, you're just signing stuff.
1235
00:58:07.280 --> 00:58:08.400
It was really fast.
1236
00:58:09.639 --> 00:58:11.519
The guy has been called every name in the book.
1237
00:58:12.679 --> 00:58:15.119
It was made worse because there are some fake statements
1238
00:58:15.159 --> 00:58:17.280
from this guy claiming that the kid he was the
1239
00:58:17.360 --> 00:58:19.119
kid's fault for not being faster.
1240
00:58:20.239 --> 00:58:22.360
Actual statement. He apologized.
1241
00:58:22.400 --> 00:58:25.239
He said in the emotions he was convinced that the
1242
00:58:25.239 --> 00:58:28.199
tennis player was handing the hat to him because he
1243
00:58:28.320 --> 00:58:30.559
had some interaction with him earlier as his sons were
1244
00:58:30.559 --> 00:58:33.320
asking for autographs. He said it was a lesson in
1245
00:58:33.400 --> 00:58:34.119
humility for me.
1246
00:58:34.320 --> 00:58:36.440
Oh, he's got kids and he took this hat out
1247
00:58:36.480 --> 00:58:39.920
of a kid's hand. I can see. Okay, you don't
1248
00:58:39.960 --> 00:58:40.679
have kids.
1249
00:58:40.440 --> 00:58:43.400
You don't that the kid in question did get to
1250
00:58:43.440 --> 00:58:46.039
meet the athlete later on and made it all good.
1251
00:58:46.119 --> 00:58:48.119
You want to see this video that most most of
1252
00:58:48.159 --> 00:58:48.719
us have seen.
1253
00:58:50.039 --> 00:58:50.519
Check it out.
1254
00:58:50.679 --> 00:58:52.480
Yeah, has a link up, thank you.
1255
00:58:52.559 --> 00:58:53.320
It's very fast.
1256
00:58:53.639 --> 00:58:53.960
Okay.
1257
00:58:54.000 --> 00:58:56.239
There's a lot of hoopla around the Happy Gilmore Too
1258
00:58:56.480 --> 00:58:59.880
movie over the summer, right, and folks were like checking
1259
00:58:59.880 --> 00:59:03.480
in on the original cast and they're wondering why the
1260
00:59:03.679 --> 00:59:07.320
curly blonde haired kid from the original movie wasn't in
1261
00:59:07.360 --> 00:59:11.280
the new one. His name's Jared Van Snellenberg.
1262
00:59:11.480 --> 00:59:11.960
I nailed that.
1263
00:59:12.800 --> 00:59:14.320
Had to kind of look up a bunch of things
1264
00:59:14.320 --> 00:59:17.159
for him because he's not on social media and things.
1265
00:59:18.880 --> 00:59:21.800
Le fourteen when he snagged the role of Adam Sandler's
1266
00:59:21.840 --> 00:59:24.559
first caddie in the original Happy Gilmer Okay.
1267
00:59:24.239 --> 00:59:25.920
That's just a part of the movie. You know, he's
1268
00:59:25.920 --> 00:59:26.599
not the star of it.
1269
00:59:26.880 --> 00:59:28.559
No, But like if you go back, you're like, oh,
1270
00:59:28.599 --> 00:59:32.360
I remember that kid. He's a neuroscientist in Long Island.
1271
00:59:32.480 --> 00:59:33.400
That's why he wasn't in.
1272
00:59:33.360 --> 00:59:34.360
The new movie.
1273
00:59:34.960 --> 00:59:37.719
A little busy. We don't even know if Sandler asked him,
1274
00:59:37.920 --> 00:59:42.920
I don't know already, kind of got shoehorned into banding anyone. Yeah,
1275
00:59:43.199 --> 00:59:45.960
because he looks like him. He looked like him. He's
1276
00:59:45.960 --> 00:59:49.239
an actual PGA golfer. In the movie, they're like, see,
1277
00:59:49.280 --> 00:59:52.599
I made it so they didn't have somebody play him.
1278
00:59:53.119 --> 00:59:55.239
Man, he had a different caddy in this movie, but
1279
00:59:55.599 --> 00:59:59.480
the character Wills Alatur has played what was supposed to be.
1280
00:59:59.440 --> 01:00:03.079
His caddy for the first move. Okay, so cast got it.
1281
01:00:03.920 --> 01:00:08.360
Let's talk about Colin Moore reform sleep theory. Manly Man
1282
01:00:09.840 --> 01:00:14.800
after a concerted Piers he's out interacting with fans following performance,
1283
01:00:14.960 --> 01:00:17.840
crashed his electronic bicycle into a fans car.
1284
01:00:19.440 --> 01:00:22.199
It's all right. I'm sure he's got it on the
1285
01:00:22.280 --> 01:00:23.840
road with him, so it's all right.
1286
01:00:23.880 --> 01:00:27.440
Bebopping around. Gave it a little too much throttle, found
1287
01:00:27.440 --> 01:00:29.320
out the hard way. That's not what you're supposed to do.
1288
01:00:30.039 --> 01:00:33.679
There is some pictures, no video pictures of the damage,
1289
01:00:33.800 --> 01:00:35.199
no injuries, damage to the car.
1290
01:00:35.239 --> 01:00:38.119
It's fine. Everything's fine. Scooting around on his e bike.
1291
01:00:38.119 --> 01:00:39.519
Every time I see when I still want one, I
1292
01:00:39.519 --> 01:00:40.840
haven't pulled the trigger on one yet.
1293
01:00:40.920 --> 01:00:42.880
Don't make that your hobby that you decide this morning,
1294
01:00:43.079 --> 01:00:44.599
I wanted an e bike.
1295
01:00:44.800 --> 01:00:47.199
I need to really pedal. I need needs to pedal
1296
01:00:47.239 --> 01:00:49.119
about it, not just around.
1297
01:00:49.280 --> 01:00:50.559
Those are Houston sublines.
1298
01:00:51.559 --> 01:00:54.360
Remember Signmon Cable gotten a really bad accident on one.
1299
01:00:54.280 --> 01:00:55.159
That was an e bike?
1300
01:00:55.639 --> 01:00:59.840
Yes, really remember that story. It's super bad accident that
1301
01:00:59.880 --> 01:01:00.480
he got.
1302
01:01:00.280 --> 01:01:03.679
Into an e bike. Yes, not safe.
1303
01:01:05.199 --> 01:01:08.519
Taking alex Well. In college football, the Chapel Bill era
1304
01:01:08.719 --> 01:01:11.840
at North Carolina got off to a bad start last night.
1305
01:01:11.920 --> 01:01:14.800
TCU blew out Bill Belichick's North Carolina team forty eight
1306
01:01:14.840 --> 01:01:17.519
to fourteen. It's the most points that UNC is allowed
1307
01:01:17.519 --> 01:01:21.320
and a season opener in their school's history. We are
1308
01:01:21.360 --> 01:01:23.960
only two more sleeps away from the start of the
1309
01:01:24.079 --> 01:01:25.119
NFL regular season.
1310
01:01:25.159 --> 01:01:27.880
Everybody already made it. It's a terrible matchup.
1311
01:01:27.920 --> 01:01:29.719
They're giving us the first game of the season, but
1312
01:01:29.840 --> 01:01:31.239
it's still football, right.
1313
01:01:31.559 --> 01:01:33.880
Well, wait a minute, it's the Super Bowl champions coming back.
1314
01:01:33.880 --> 01:01:36.119
It sounds like if Alcada played Isis to start the
1315
01:01:36.239 --> 01:01:39.920
NFL season, so literally, any other game would have been better.
1316
01:01:40.079 --> 01:01:43.199
A little bit of bias over here. Maybe maybe.
1317
01:01:43.880 --> 01:01:46.920
In baseball, though, Astro's gotta win. Yesterday they meet the
1318
01:01:46.960 --> 01:01:49.920
Angels eight to three. They split their four game series
1319
01:01:49.960 --> 01:01:51.800
with La Tonight they're gonna open up a three game
1320
01:01:51.880 --> 01:01:54.199
series with the Yankees at Dyking Park for Amber Valdez
1321
01:01:54.199 --> 01:01:55.559
will be on the mound for this Drugs going up
1322
01:01:55.559 --> 01:01:57.920
against New York's Max Freed. First pitches at seventeen. You
1323
01:01:57.920 --> 01:02:00.000
could listen to it on our sister stations, Sports Talk
1324
01:02:00.079 --> 01:02:03.880
seven ninety News Radio seven KRH. That is what's going
1325
01:02:03.880 --> 01:02:04.960
on in sports, The.
1326
01:02:05.039 --> 01:02:08.920
Rod Ryan Morning Show six to Tay, The Buzz ninety
1327
01:02:09.000 --> 01:02:11.880
four five The Buzz, Good Morning, Rod Ryan Show.
1328
01:02:13.199 --> 01:02:16.280
Half point of the show, peep up, eight oh four.
1329
01:02:17.679 --> 01:02:18.800
Let's see where we're at here.
1330
01:02:19.960 --> 01:02:24.320
Nothing over a thirty percent chance of some showers. Hartley
1331
01:02:24.360 --> 01:02:29.719
Claudy Sky's high today of around ninety one. Did get
1332
01:02:29.719 --> 01:02:31.880
an email ask me if the golf tournament was sold out.
1333
01:02:32.079 --> 01:02:32.679
It wasn't.
1334
01:02:32.719 --> 01:02:36.159
When we left on Friday, they were like eight teams remaining.
1335
01:02:36.199 --> 01:02:38.000
I don't know what happened over the weekend. I'm still
1336
01:02:38.000 --> 01:02:39.440
waiting to get an update from Roger.
1337
01:02:40.280 --> 01:02:43.199
There might be a couple of teams that are remaining
1338
01:02:43.920 --> 01:02:46.679
in the boob Rock Golf tournament. So Chiley, maybe pump
1339
01:02:46.800 --> 01:02:49.480
up that link up top. Don't put them in front
1340
01:02:49.519 --> 01:02:50.880
of your six picks at all.
1341
01:02:51.000 --> 01:02:51.280
Please.
1342
01:02:51.519 --> 01:02:54.760
Yeah, but yeah, the Boobs Rock Golf tournament, there may
1343
01:02:54.800 --> 01:02:57.360
be an opportunity to still buy a foursome one or
1344
01:02:57.400 --> 01:03:00.760
two maybe guessing.
1345
01:03:01.400 --> 01:03:02.400
Chili six picks.
1346
01:03:02.519 --> 01:03:05.280
Just mention them Chili six picks on the world famous
1347
01:03:05.320 --> 01:03:08.880
Rod Ryan Show page at the buzz dot com suburb
1348
01:03:08.920 --> 01:03:11.079
Summer Sitzler all that information. We're going to talk about
1349
01:03:11.119 --> 01:03:14.039
that coming up in just a little bit. I cannot
1350
01:03:14.079 --> 01:03:15.119
wait for today's game.
1351
01:03:16.360 --> 01:03:18.400
Now? Should I be nervous?
1352
01:03:18.639 --> 01:03:20.679
Because that Fresh out of Bed Head to Head was
1353
01:03:20.719 --> 01:03:26.639
a disaster today, not a disaster, but it was Monday E.
1354
01:03:27.679 --> 01:03:29.760
Right, Yeah, you'll agree to that.
1355
01:03:30.039 --> 01:03:33.079
Yes, it was Monday E with those fresh fish on there.
1356
01:03:33.119 --> 01:03:35.840
Not everybody was fresh. Uh, some people have been around
1357
01:03:35.840 --> 01:03:38.360
for a little bit, and uh we got an all
1358
01:03:38.400 --> 01:03:39.760
familiar face back on top.
1359
01:03:39.880 --> 01:03:41.000
So I'm gonna leave it at that.
1360
01:03:41.760 --> 01:03:44.599
Now he's does podcast that Fresh out of Bed Head
1361
01:03:44.599 --> 01:03:45.920
to Head and the fun facts.
1362
01:03:45.639 --> 01:03:48.639
And all of that stuff. Chili mentioned it.
1363
01:03:48.719 --> 01:03:52.360
He said, Hey, four day workweek, let's do this, Let's
1364
01:03:52.400 --> 01:03:52.880
do this.
1365
01:03:55.119 --> 01:03:59.159
They say that companies are testing.
1366
01:03:58.760 --> 01:04:01.480
These things out, but it's still not It's still an
1367
01:04:01.519 --> 01:04:05.079
idea that's been around for a long time. And then
1368
01:04:05.119 --> 01:04:09.000
it really ramped up during the pandemic about a four
1369
01:04:09.079 --> 01:04:09.920
day work week.
1370
01:04:10.440 --> 01:04:12.039
Do I think it's ever going to happen?
1371
01:04:13.440 --> 01:04:17.320
What will happened first, Alex, the four day work week
1372
01:04:17.400 --> 01:04:21.480
becomes the norm.
1373
01:04:19.960 --> 01:04:20.119
Or.
1374
01:04:22.760 --> 01:04:25.840
Either one they moved the super Bowl to Saturday, or
1375
01:04:25.880 --> 01:04:27.880
we get the day off, or we get the day
1376
01:04:27.880 --> 01:04:28.960
off after the super Bowl.
1377
01:04:29.119 --> 01:04:32.960
These two things are constantly talked about, where I don't want.
1378
01:04:33.039 --> 01:04:34.599
I don't know that either one of them are ever
1379
01:04:34.639 --> 01:04:36.840
going to happen. I don't think we're ever going to
1380
01:04:36.880 --> 01:04:39.440
a four day work week. Probably you don't think so.
1381
01:04:39.519 --> 01:04:41.880
I still think companies are going to do it. I
1382
01:04:41.920 --> 01:04:43.960
think they would try and taby the less if you
1383
01:04:44.079 --> 01:04:46.280
did try and do it. I know our company definitely would.
1384
01:04:48.039 --> 01:04:49.559
But yeah, I think people aren't gonna want to take
1385
01:04:49.559 --> 01:04:52.039
pay cuts to do it one last day.
1386
01:04:53.599 --> 01:04:57.159
Millennials are most likely to think that they can make
1387
01:04:57.199 --> 01:05:02.119
it work. You guys, seventy five percent millennials say they
1388
01:05:02.239 --> 01:05:06.159
want it, They're working at it, They're they're pushing for
1389
01:05:06.239 --> 01:05:09.159
it to make a four day work week happen. They're
1390
01:05:09.199 --> 01:05:11.719
the ones that are most excited about it, followed closely
1391
01:05:11.760 --> 01:05:13.400
by gen Z and gen X. Believe it or not,
1392
01:05:13.480 --> 01:05:17.440
we're both just underneath you guys. Baby boomers are far
1393
01:05:17.519 --> 01:05:21.840
less convinced. And why wouldn't boomers be be into it. Well,
1394
01:05:21.880 --> 01:05:23.559
they've been doing a five day work week a lot
1395
01:05:23.599 --> 01:05:29.320
longer than all of us. And maybe just sit back
1396
01:05:29.360 --> 01:05:34.280
and just before you react, maybe baby boomers are the
1397
01:05:34.320 --> 01:05:40.039
most realistic about it. Okay, Boomer, I'm not a boomer.
1398
01:05:40.320 --> 01:05:42.360
I'm just saying that maybe they're the most realistic about it.
1399
01:05:42.400 --> 01:05:45.239
They know that there's been a ton of talk about
1400
01:05:45.239 --> 01:05:46.440
these four day work weeks.
1401
01:05:46.239 --> 01:05:46.800
Over the years.
1402
01:05:47.519 --> 01:05:50.239
Not only has it not happened, but it seems like
1403
01:05:50.239 --> 01:05:53.519
everybody's working harder and longer right now. Yeah, so in
1404
01:05:53.599 --> 01:05:56.960
six days of works Yeah, And it seems like boomers
1405
01:05:57.000 --> 01:05:59.360
are the ones that say, yeah, it's fun to talk about, but.
1406
01:05:59.320 --> 01:06:00.920
I don't really think it's going to happen.
1407
01:06:01.360 --> 01:06:04.000
And I think maybe with millennials it's wishful thinking that
1408
01:06:04.079 --> 01:06:08.119
maybe you know, before I get into those glory years
1409
01:06:08.159 --> 01:06:11.440
of my career, you know, because you're still in it.
1410
01:06:11.519 --> 01:06:12.159
You're still in it.
1411
01:06:12.519 --> 01:06:14.079
You want to have a four day work week more
1412
01:06:14.079 --> 01:06:16.800
than any other generation out there. Most people love the
1413
01:06:16.800 --> 01:06:20.679
concept of it. MO, is it ever going to happen?
1414
01:06:21.239 --> 01:06:22.320
Is become normal?
1415
01:06:22.400 --> 01:06:24.559
I don't see the lights at the end of a tunnel.
1416
01:06:24.559 --> 01:06:26.039
Now, I'm going to get an email, Rod, I work
1417
01:06:26.079 --> 01:06:27.760
a four day work week. I'm not saying that it
1418
01:06:27.800 --> 01:06:31.239
doesn't exist. We all know it exists. From the day
1419
01:06:31.280 --> 01:06:34.360
I got off the bus. Okay, I had those oil
1420
01:06:34.400 --> 01:06:37.239
and gas guys telling me every other week they had
1421
01:06:37.239 --> 01:06:38.159
that Friday off.
1422
01:06:38.360 --> 01:06:39.960
Every other week was a four day work week.
1423
01:06:40.159 --> 01:06:42.559
That really was the standard on so many of the
1424
01:06:42.559 --> 01:06:44.159
people that we know that we're working.
1425
01:06:43.920 --> 01:06:45.199
Oil and gas.
1426
01:06:45.320 --> 01:06:49.960
Oh good for you, wasn't it every other week something
1427
01:06:50.039 --> 01:06:53.119
like that? And I just had a hard time wrapping
1428
01:06:53.159 --> 01:06:56.519
my head around that concept. Not that I wasn't thinking
1429
01:06:56.559 --> 01:06:57.239
that it was awesome.
1430
01:06:57.280 --> 01:06:58.239
I was just hard jealous.
1431
01:06:58.320 --> 01:07:04.639
I think anything a lot of professions that have different schedules.
1432
01:07:06.239 --> 01:07:09.360
I'll leave it at this. I'm convinced that most people
1433
01:07:09.400 --> 01:07:09.800
are lazy.
1434
01:07:11.320 --> 01:07:15.039
Fair, I'm convinced that most people are lazy, Okay, And
1435
01:07:15.119 --> 01:07:18.239
I'm convinced that this whole working from home and this
1436
01:07:18.280 --> 01:07:19.440
whole extra day off.
1437
01:07:20.719 --> 01:07:23.400
I just don't think you guys can behave.
1438
01:07:24.519 --> 01:07:26.000
Because I can't have nice things.
1439
01:07:26.320 --> 01:07:27.840
I just don't think you can behave. I just don't.
1440
01:07:27.920 --> 01:07:30.159
I don't believe you that you're getting more done.
1441
01:07:31.079 --> 01:07:34.840
Everyone talks about I get so much more done when
1442
01:07:34.880 --> 01:07:38.679
I'm left to myself, with nobody hovering over my shoulder
1443
01:07:38.719 --> 01:07:41.480
and nobody cracking the whip. I get so much more done.
1444
01:07:42.719 --> 01:07:48.000
One or two of you. Yeah, No, I don't believe.
1445
01:07:47.679 --> 01:07:50.199
That there are people that do.
1446
01:07:51.039 --> 01:07:54.039
There are, yes, I believe sure a lot of people
1447
01:07:54.079 --> 01:07:56.239
that are working out and doing a bunch of other things.
1448
01:07:56.239 --> 01:07:59.000
While they're most people act in a fool which is
1449
01:07:59.000 --> 01:08:00.880
like cool, if you can do that that. I can't
1450
01:08:00.880 --> 01:08:01.599
make it jealous.
1451
01:08:02.519 --> 01:08:04.320
We're just jealous.
1452
01:08:03.760 --> 01:08:08.400
This comes from people that have to be here, but
1453
01:08:08.519 --> 01:08:10.239
also being here.
1454
01:08:10.480 --> 01:08:14.239
I want to be yes, you know, I don't know.
1455
01:08:14.440 --> 01:08:17.960
I don't know that we didn't go great. The remote
1456
01:08:17.960 --> 01:08:21.840
thing didn't work, you know, at least for us.
1457
01:08:22.439 --> 01:08:25.159
Howard Stern I think does like two live shows a
1458
01:08:25.239 --> 01:08:29.760
year now, you know, I mean it doesn't work all summer.
1459
01:08:30.640 --> 01:08:32.479
He I don't know.
1460
01:08:32.560 --> 01:08:34.239
I hope they have him going away. That it didn't
1461
01:08:34.279 --> 01:08:36.880
turn out to be true, right that it did. Oh,
1462
01:08:37.079 --> 01:08:37.760
I don't even know.
1463
01:08:38.600 --> 01:08:40.000
I don't know. I don't know.
1464
01:08:39.600 --> 01:08:42.359
I don't really pay attention to iHeartMedia. He's I'm a
1465
01:08:42.359 --> 01:08:42.880
company guy.
1466
01:08:44.520 --> 01:08:45.199
Thanks, Alex.
1467
01:08:46.319 --> 01:08:48.079
I want to be here live for the suburb of Summer.
1468
01:08:48.520 --> 01:08:50.920
We're about to be guys.
1469
01:08:52.359 --> 01:08:54.439
Is this the most exciting game? This one coming up?
1470
01:08:54.479 --> 01:08:56.439
Right here? Is this the one?
1471
01:08:56.680 --> 01:08:59.920
Is this the marquee matchup that we know the players?
1472
01:09:00.520 --> 01:09:01.840
And it's because of Kenneth?
1473
01:09:02.000 --> 01:09:05.119
Is either you love to hate him or you love
1474
01:09:05.199 --> 01:09:08.319
to love them, or you're undecided?
1475
01:09:08.479 --> 01:09:10.640
You know if I'm excited about it, I'm on edge
1476
01:09:10.680 --> 01:09:11.119
about it.
1477
01:09:11.239 --> 01:09:14.600
He's the most infamous player in the tournament, right, Yes, infamous,
1478
01:09:14.720 --> 01:09:15.920
most definitely.
1479
01:09:15.600 --> 01:09:18.960
Kenneth from Humbole. Are you ready? Do you need to
1480
01:09:18.960 --> 01:09:19.840
be ready? I don't know.
1481
01:09:20.000 --> 01:09:21.399
No, he's born ready.
1482
01:09:21.880 --> 01:09:23.920
I want to just send in an AI chatbot to
1483
01:09:23.920 --> 01:09:26.279
play for you today, just to sit there and not
1484
01:09:26.319 --> 01:09:26.840
do anything.
1485
01:09:26.960 --> 01:09:29.720
Definitely works a three day work week from home.
1486
01:09:30.000 --> 01:09:32.359
Rapiel from the Heights, I know he's going to be
1487
01:09:32.399 --> 01:09:34.960
ready to go. We're gonna get these fellows on. The
1488
01:09:35.000 --> 01:09:38.359
winner today is invited to the last game of the
1489
01:09:38.439 --> 01:09:43.560
year on Thursday, and they will play for five thousand dollars.
1490
01:09:45.319 --> 01:09:48.079
I just made myself super nervous for some reason. That's
1491
01:09:48.119 --> 01:09:51.800
all coming up. Don't Go Anywhere, Houston's Rock, Houston's Alternative,
1492
01:09:52.039 --> 01:09:57.159
and The Rod Ryan Morning Show. Lat's do It Good
1493
01:09:57.199 --> 01:09:59.720
morning everybody, Rod Ryan's show on this tat Tuesday.
1494
01:10:00.039 --> 01:10:02.119
I hope you're off to a great start to your day.
1495
01:10:02.319 --> 01:10:05.399
I am. I think it's about to get even better.
1496
01:10:05.640 --> 01:10:07.760
And uh, I.
1497
01:10:07.760 --> 01:10:09.880
Don't want to waste any time, Alex, can you just
1498
01:10:09.920 --> 01:10:11.840
tell us what's trending we get through so that I
1499
01:10:11.840 --> 01:10:12.760
can get into this game.
1500
01:10:13.239 --> 01:10:16.439
The Rock is trending. Does he look real skinny? Yeah?
1501
01:10:16.520 --> 01:10:20.119
So he had a movie called The Smashing Machine where
1502
01:10:20.159 --> 01:10:23.159
he plays MMA legend Mark Kerr. Yeah, lost a bunch
1503
01:10:23.159 --> 01:10:25.560
of weight and it received a fifteen minute standing ovation
1504
01:10:25.640 --> 01:10:28.880
at the Venus Film Festival over the weekends. So I'm
1505
01:10:28.880 --> 01:10:31.479
standing tearing up, crying latch and he said it had
1506
01:10:31.560 --> 01:10:33.560
been about the box office. This is him trying to
1507
01:10:33.560 --> 01:10:36.920
do his own like personal project. Yes, and it looks
1508
01:10:36.960 --> 01:10:39.640
like people are loving it. So The Rock is trending.
1509
01:10:39.680 --> 01:10:42.479
Power Ball continues to trend. Nobody hit the jackpot. The
1510
01:10:42.600 --> 01:10:45.760
jackpot is now one point three billion dollars and then
1511
01:10:45.840 --> 01:10:49.119
next drawing will be tomorrow, and then Tattooesday is trending.
1512
01:10:49.680 --> 01:10:53.119
Eva black Hell was submitted to us by listener Rick
1513
01:10:53.159 --> 01:10:54.840
and people are checking her out this morning at the
1514
01:10:54.880 --> 01:10:57.199
web finished Ride Ryan showpage at the buzz dot com
1515
01:10:57.279 --> 01:10:58.880
at this is trending on ninety professors.
1516
01:11:00.000 --> 01:11:00.840
How can we play a game?
1517
01:11:01.159 --> 01:11:01.920
I think we should.
1518
01:11:02.199 --> 01:11:07.760
Let's play a game. Let's say hi to Rafael, good morning, Hey,
1519
01:11:07.760 --> 01:11:09.760
good morning guys, Raffi from.
1520
01:11:09.560 --> 01:11:12.319
The highest Who's just done what we've asked him to do.
1521
01:11:12.960 --> 01:11:15.520
He's done everything that we've asked him to do, Rufiel.
1522
01:11:15.680 --> 01:11:17.640
When we play a song, what we do is we
1523
01:11:17.680 --> 01:11:19.600
ask you to give us a song title, and we
1524
01:11:20.039 --> 01:11:21.239
and the name of the song.
1525
01:11:21.359 --> 01:11:24.600
And that's what you do, right, I got it. Yeah,
1526
01:11:24.640 --> 01:11:29.640
that's what you do. He's gotten song after song. Your dude,
1527
01:11:29.760 --> 01:11:30.840
you're one game away.
1528
01:11:31.319 --> 01:11:33.039
You're one game away from playing in the last game
1529
01:11:33.079 --> 01:11:34.560
of the year for five thousand dollars.
1530
01:11:34.920 --> 01:11:39.600
You got this, yeah, man, One one game at a time. Kenneth.
1531
01:11:40.000 --> 01:11:49.880
On the other hand, Kenneth Man.
1532
01:11:46.399 --> 01:11:50.479
Kenneth, I'm having a good time with you in this tournament.
1533
01:11:51.279 --> 01:11:53.079
I'm having a great time with you in this tournament.
1534
01:11:53.079 --> 01:11:53.279
Bro.
1535
01:11:54.279 --> 01:11:56.840
You have not guessed one song yet.
1536
01:12:00.199 --> 01:12:03.119
Different people play the game different ways, and you know,
1537
01:12:03.439 --> 01:12:04.600
I love certain people.
1538
01:12:05.159 --> 01:12:08.199
Alix is like, what how are you letting this? I'm
1539
01:12:08.239 --> 01:12:11.439
not doing anything. Kenneth is doing all of it. Kenneth,
1540
01:12:12.640 --> 01:12:14.119
are you going to make a move on a song?
1541
01:12:15.800 --> 01:12:19.680
Dude, I'm prepared, Like as they hit my song, expect
1542
01:12:19.720 --> 01:12:22.680
my name and this. I can have modes finally, you know,
1543
01:12:22.800 --> 01:12:24.000
get my corner for one.
1544
01:12:24.800 --> 01:12:26.760
He's waiting for like six day.
1545
01:12:26.840 --> 01:12:27.960
He's waiting for like one song.
1546
01:12:29.439 --> 01:12:29.560
Right.
1547
01:12:30.039 --> 01:12:33.800
Listen, the backstories are there, the two different players, the
1548
01:12:33.840 --> 01:12:38.239
tale of two completely different players. Here, Alex, I'm ready
1549
01:12:38.239 --> 01:12:39.920
to go. I want the song clip in there. I
1550
01:12:39.960 --> 01:12:40.600
just want to get.
1551
01:12:40.520 --> 01:12:41.039
Right into it.
1552
01:12:41.439 --> 01:12:41.680
Do it.
1553
01:12:41.720 --> 01:12:43.600
I've been waiting all weekend, Kenneth.
1554
01:12:43.640 --> 01:12:47.359
You realize if you win today, you play Thursday and
1555
01:12:47.399 --> 01:12:50.000
that person plays for five thousand dollars.
1556
01:12:50.039 --> 01:12:52.119
You know that that's what's on the line here.
1557
01:12:53.399 --> 01:12:55.760
Oh yeah, I'm ready. I'm prepared. This this is my.
1558
01:12:55.760 --> 01:12:59.239
Day, this is this is humble, this is what you
1559
01:12:59.319 --> 01:13:00.319
sent me both.
1560
01:13:00.319 --> 01:13:03.399
Hey, he got here just like everybody else, but your
1561
01:13:03.479 --> 01:13:07.760
representations who you sent as the best of the best,
1562
01:13:09.920 --> 01:13:10.960
Raffie in the heights.
1563
01:13:11.920 --> 01:13:16.600
Okay, I'm sure this is the twenty ninth game in
1564
01:13:16.640 --> 01:13:22.600
the tournament. Shout out your name when you think you
1565
01:13:22.640 --> 01:13:27.319
know the song title and the name of the band, Kenneth,
1566
01:13:27.319 --> 01:13:33.439
are you ready ready? Raphael in the Heights. You ready
1567
01:13:33.479 --> 01:13:33.880
to do this?
1568
01:13:35.239 --> 01:13:37.399
Ready?
1569
01:13:38.600 --> 01:13:39.840
You want to talk to a few people that have
1570
01:13:39.880 --> 01:13:41.720
lost to Kenneth. You want to see how they feel, Raphael,
1571
01:13:42.079 --> 01:13:43.960
let me get them on real quick. We know how
1572
01:13:44.039 --> 01:13:47.000
a fel Okay, all right, here we go. This is
1573
01:13:47.039 --> 01:13:57.119
game twenty nine. Good luck boys. Shout out your name, Hetneth.
1574
01:13:57.800 --> 01:14:01.600
Kenneth, Kenneth, shine down Second Town.
1575
01:14:02.560 --> 01:14:21.199
Yes you're kidding, man. I said that we don't know
1576
01:14:21.199 --> 01:14:23.199
what's in the chamber. We said, we don't know what's
1577
01:14:23.199 --> 01:14:27.199
in the didn't believe. I believe, I knew, I did
1578
01:14:27.279 --> 01:14:30.000
not believe. What did your ammo just show up? Were
1579
01:14:30.000 --> 01:14:31.760
you waiting? Dude?
1580
01:14:32.439 --> 01:14:32.800
He was.
1581
01:14:35.000 --> 01:14:35.520
In the vein.
1582
01:14:35.720 --> 01:14:37.199
I was ready, Gray.
1583
01:14:38.800 --> 01:14:42.960
Unter what I knew you had the whole time.
1584
01:14:43.000 --> 01:14:47.000
Buddy, Rael, You've done everything that I've asked of a
1585
01:14:47.039 --> 01:14:50.279
great player, and you are just exactly that you are
1586
01:14:50.359 --> 01:14:51.239
a great player.
1587
01:14:51.399 --> 01:14:51.880
Rael.
1588
01:14:52.079 --> 01:14:53.760
I gotta say that the Heights is out of it though,
1589
01:14:53.800 --> 01:14:56.479
all right, where were you?
1590
01:14:57.319 --> 01:14:58.640
Thank you for hanging out?
1591
01:14:59.359 --> 01:14:59.640
Is out?
1592
01:15:00.800 --> 01:15:04.840
Kenneth is playing little Thing of the Year.
1593
01:15:07.079 --> 01:15:10.399
Kenneth, you're busy on Wednesday?
1594
01:15:10.960 --> 01:15:11.479
Not anymore?
1595
01:15:12.960 --> 01:15:20.000
Change of plans, Kenneth, great job, He's two songs, He's
1596
01:15:20.000 --> 01:15:21.880
one song away from five thousand dollars.
1597
01:15:22.119 --> 01:15:23.680
So Thursday though week.
1598
01:15:23.800 --> 01:15:27.199
Thursday Day, Thursday, Yeah, we got Monday, I got you,
1599
01:15:27.479 --> 01:15:29.079
Today's Tuesday.
1600
01:15:29.119 --> 01:15:31.479
Today, Tuesday, he is available.
1601
01:15:31.520 --> 01:15:33.880
We got one more matchup tomorrow to determine who you're
1602
01:15:33.920 --> 01:15:35.640
going to play, and then Thursday is the last game
1603
01:15:35.680 --> 01:15:37.399
of the year for five thousand dollars.
1604
01:15:37.399 --> 01:15:41.520
Oh man, I'm not wait too much, Kenneth, Great.
1605
01:15:41.359 --> 01:15:50.239
Job, thanks sir, rod Ryan show Adam up.
1606
01:15:50.199 --> 01:15:55.479
On the Buzz.
1607
01:15:56.000 --> 01:15:58.800
Ninety four five The Buzz, Good Morning, Rot Ryan Show
1608
01:15:59.520 --> 01:16:07.119
Shine Down Second Chance. Kenneth in Umble comes through and
1609
01:16:07.199 --> 01:16:10.880
for the first time in this tournament, it says fourth game.
1610
01:16:11.840 --> 01:16:14.159
The first time in this tournament. He chimed in. Didn't
1611
01:16:14.159 --> 01:16:18.399
have to till now. For some reason, Alex loves them all.
1612
01:16:18.399 --> 01:16:22.680
He wasn't burning songs right, he was just patient, waiting.
1613
01:16:22.960 --> 01:16:25.279
Didn't he had to pound. He didn't throw one punch.
1614
01:16:25.439 --> 01:16:31.119
The whole tournament got right away wanted him. Would everybody
1615
01:16:31.159 --> 01:16:32.159
have gotten Shine Down?
1616
01:16:32.239 --> 01:16:34.760
I thought I should, I thought as soon as the
1617
01:16:34.760 --> 01:16:36.119
song hit, I thought it was difficult.
1618
01:16:36.640 --> 01:16:38.840
Really, I was shocked it took so long.
1619
01:16:38.920 --> 01:16:39.960
I knew it was Shiningdown.
1620
01:16:40.119 --> 01:16:43.119
It's just it's spitting out that song title would have
1621
01:16:43.159 --> 01:16:48.439
got me. So we know that Kenneth in large fashion umble.
1622
01:16:49.760 --> 01:16:51.720
Maybe you did send me the best you have to offer.
1623
01:16:52.000 --> 01:16:53.720
Maybe you did send me the best of the best.
1624
01:16:54.039 --> 01:16:56.239
He's in He's in the last game of the year. Hey, Chili,
1625
01:16:57.359 --> 01:16:58.840
would you have gotten that Shinedown song?
1626
01:16:59.600 --> 01:17:02.079
I'm knew it was shined Down, but I said, uh,
1627
01:17:02.239 --> 01:17:05.239
for some reason, I had Hayley's comic because he says it.
1628
01:17:05.199 --> 01:17:05.800
On the lyrics.
1629
01:17:06.119 --> 01:17:08.199
Yeah, somebody may have done that in the tournament in
1630
01:17:08.279 --> 01:17:11.000
years past. Yeah, you could have That's the Haley's comic song,
1631
01:17:11.119 --> 01:17:11.359
you know.
1632
01:17:13.119 --> 01:17:14.920
So, I mean I said this. I heard the first
1633
01:17:15.359 --> 01:17:16.960
like two seconds of it.
1634
01:17:17.000 --> 01:17:19.079
I was like, oh, he shine Down, and then I
1635
01:17:19.119 --> 01:17:21.359
was like, oh, Hayley's comedy.
1636
01:17:21.439 --> 01:17:22.279
That's all I take.
1637
01:17:22.399 --> 01:17:24.760
And then that's when I was like, dank song names
1638
01:17:24.800 --> 01:17:27.680
harder than the band. Yeah, anyways, and all of them,
1639
01:17:27.880 --> 01:17:31.239
all of them, I agree on that. Who do you?
1640
01:17:31.279 --> 01:17:33.920
Who are you bringing tomorrow? All right? So your little
1641
01:17:33.920 --> 01:17:36.239
game over here, We got Eric.
1642
01:17:36.199 --> 01:17:38.000
From Swingertown, Kingwood.
1643
01:17:38.239 --> 01:17:38.680
Yeah.
1644
01:17:39.159 --> 01:17:42.439
Uh, he'll be facing on against Leslie from Lamart.
1645
01:17:42.680 --> 01:17:47.000
These are lights out players. Yeah, these two are lights
1646
01:17:47.000 --> 01:17:47.600
out players.
1647
01:17:49.680 --> 01:17:51.199
I thought RAFFI was l likes I know, I thought
1648
01:17:51.199 --> 01:17:52.319
so too. He really let me.
1649
01:17:52.399 --> 01:17:56.920
Do you know what, I think everybody counted Kenneth out. Yeah,
1650
01:17:57.319 --> 01:18:01.000
so I think he took a series. So he said,
1651
01:18:01.039 --> 01:18:03.359
you know what, I can't let humble down like that, man,
1652
01:18:03.359 --> 01:18:05.159
I got aka.
1653
01:18:05.319 --> 01:18:07.680
I can't let humble or humble. However, y'all want to
1654
01:18:07.720 --> 01:18:07.960
say it?
1655
01:18:08.279 --> 01:18:08.439
Yeah?
1656
01:18:08.479 --> 01:18:11.239
Yeah again? Who's in it? Who's in it? Tomorrow?
1657
01:18:11.359 --> 01:18:12.000
Leslie?
1658
01:18:12.319 --> 01:18:15.399
Yeah, and Eric Eric Kingwood versus Lamark.
1659
01:18:15.479 --> 01:18:15.640
Yeah.
1660
01:18:15.680 --> 01:18:17.159
Leslie gets all the songs correct.
1661
01:18:17.239 --> 01:18:18.359
Yeah, she's pretty brutal.
1662
01:18:18.439 --> 01:18:23.439
She gets all the songs. Kingwood Eric's done well too.
1663
01:18:23.760 --> 01:18:25.000
Yeah, it's gonna be a good game.
1664
01:18:25.079 --> 01:18:28.359
Man. He guessed bring me to life.
1665
01:18:29.399 --> 01:18:31.439
Oh he was in that well, okay, sorry.
1666
01:18:31.520 --> 01:18:34.239
Let's don't bring it up.
1667
01:18:34.520 --> 01:18:37.199
He was in that now infamous Bush come Down game.
1668
01:18:37.800 --> 01:18:41.600
Oh that nobody came up with that, but that first
1669
01:18:41.720 --> 01:18:44.640
bracket jitters all of that.
1670
01:18:45.039 --> 01:18:48.800
Okay, but you can't say anything but Kenny as your guy. Now,
1671
01:18:49.199 --> 01:18:51.479
you can't, I can may have, you can't.
1672
01:18:52.520 --> 01:18:59.479

1674
01:19:02.760 --> 01:19:04.800
It's been fun, guys. It's not over yet.
1675
01:19:04.800 --> 01:19:07.960
Though, it's not over yet, thank you to our friends

1682
01:19:26.840 --> 01:19:29.159

1685
01:19:34.760 --> 01:19:37.439
I live here and I want to play in the tournament.
1686
01:19:37.640 --> 01:19:40.520
I think it was Laporte.
1687
01:19:41.279 --> 01:19:47.079
Yeah, I mean, I'm gonna ask. I'm gonna ask. My
1688
01:19:47.199 --> 01:19:49.039
thing is on The rod Ryan Show. We've done this
1689
01:19:49.119 --> 01:19:51.319
in years for a long time now. You know, when
1690
01:19:51.319 --> 01:19:52.760
we do something, we don't have to do it every
1691
01:19:52.760 --> 01:19:55.000
single year. This is the one I do like playing though.
1692
01:19:55.520 --> 01:19:57.800
I think it's the fourth year. I think it's the
1693
01:19:57.840 --> 01:20:00.479
fourth year that we've done it, and I really enjoy it.
1694
01:20:00.520 --> 01:20:01.359
I have a good time with it.
1695
01:20:01.399 --> 01:20:03.359
I hope you guys like it, and I like that
1696
01:20:03.399 --> 01:20:05.760
we're giving away cash locally.
1697
01:20:06.199 --> 01:20:06.560
Okay.
1698
01:20:06.680 --> 01:20:10.039
I never never try to, you know, sugarcoat anything when
1699
01:20:10.039 --> 01:20:12.880
we're doing these national contests. You're calling one eight hundred
1700
01:20:12.920 --> 01:20:15.319
blah blah blah, or you're texting to win and going to.
1701
01:20:15.279 --> 01:20:17.039
The website and getting words and doing all that.
1702
01:20:17.039 --> 01:20:21.520
You're competing against the whole country. When we give away cash,
1703
01:20:22.000 --> 01:20:23.760
I go to Sheol Federal Credit Union and it's like,
1704
01:20:23.800 --> 01:20:25.319
can I have six thousand dollars please?
1705
01:20:25.640 --> 01:20:29.479
And I'm like, yeah, I'm a need to see some mindy. Yeah.
1706
01:20:29.520 --> 01:20:31.439
And then they ultimately say yeah, and it's like, boy,
1707
01:20:31.520 --> 01:20:33.680
did we get to give away give you guys cash.
1708
01:20:34.359 --> 01:20:35.760
That's awesome. That's awesome.
1709
01:20:35.880 --> 01:20:37.920
It doesn't happen as much as it used to, you know,
1710
01:20:38.039 --> 01:20:41.760
giving away money locally. So I'm excited about the game
1711
01:20:43.039 --> 01:20:44.359
Tomorrow and Thursday.
1712
01:20:45.359 --> 01:20:45.760
I'm just in.
1713
01:20:45.800 --> 01:20:47.399
I'm enjoying the games while they're happening. I know I'm
1714
01:20:47.399 --> 01:20:48.880
gonna miss it when it's gone, for sure. But then
1715
01:20:48.880 --> 01:20:50.720
we can play some other things though, and it'll free
1716
01:20:50.800 --> 01:20:52.439
us up and we'll bring in some of these other things,
1717
01:20:52.439 --> 01:20:56.960
and then I know that we're the unofficial official official unofficial.
1718
01:20:56.560 --> 01:20:58.199
End of summer was this past weekend.
1719
01:20:58.319 --> 01:21:01.439
Anybody wearing white today, yeah, okay.
1720
01:21:02.079 --> 01:21:05.079
Sick chili on you. If you're wearing white. But we
1721
01:21:05.119 --> 01:21:06.920
still have some summer left, but we're start getting it
1722
01:21:06.960 --> 01:21:07.279
the fall.
1723
01:21:07.319 --> 01:21:10.000
Things are starting to happen. I've already saw some preview
1724
01:21:10.039 --> 01:21:12.479
for a scary movie. Yes, they always get in right
1725
01:21:12.479 --> 01:21:15.680
after right around Labor Day. It's the first scary movie thing.
1726
01:21:16.640 --> 01:21:17.239
Ug boots.
1727
01:21:17.319 --> 01:21:17.720
I'm wearing.
1728
01:21:17.720 --> 01:21:19.279
The ug boots is ridiculous.
1729
01:21:19.319 --> 01:21:23.960
Today it's world. It's World Coconut Day, real quick. It's
1730
01:21:23.960 --> 01:21:27.640
on the food blog page today. I feel like coconut
1731
01:21:27.720 --> 01:21:31.800
is a little polarizing. It's weird when I meet somebody
1732
01:21:31.800 --> 01:21:33.479
that goes out of the way to tell me they
1733
01:21:33.479 --> 01:21:36.640
don't like coconut. It's like when I fight people about raisins.
1734
01:21:37.199 --> 01:21:41.159
It's like, what don't like? They're awesome coconut, Like I
1735
01:21:41.199 --> 01:21:44.239
would trade. I lived in a house that people didn't
1736
01:21:44.279 --> 01:21:47.960
like coconut. And the trading wars that I hope kids
1737
01:21:47.960 --> 01:21:50.319
still do to this day is when you get back
1738
01:21:50.319 --> 01:21:53.760
from trick or treating and then the whole system starts
1739
01:21:53.800 --> 01:21:56.039
where you go into school and you trade with your buddies.
1740
01:21:55.800 --> 01:21:57.880
And that maybe not at school, but definitely at home.
1741
01:21:57.960 --> 01:22:02.640
The almond joys and the mound You like this coconut? Yeah,
1742
01:22:02.760 --> 01:22:04.439
I think that I thought they were some of the best.
1743
01:22:04.520 --> 01:22:07.159
Yeah, and you could trade out for like one for
1744
01:22:07.239 --> 01:22:09.279
two because people just wanted to get rid of them,
1745
01:22:09.279 --> 01:22:10.600
and you would just flaze people.
1746
01:22:10.680 --> 01:22:12.720
The people that don't like coconut would go out of
1747
01:22:12.760 --> 01:22:15.800
their way, like you said, I will, I will take
1748
01:22:16.119 --> 01:22:18.279
Smarties for this, you know, like.
1749
01:22:18.239 --> 01:22:19.960
Take all my stupid Sarti idiots.
1750
01:22:20.039 --> 01:22:21.920
You wouldn't even have to go chocolate for chocolate on
1751
01:22:22.039 --> 01:22:23.840
getting those off of people. Then I would get so
1752
01:22:23.920 --> 01:22:27.000
many almond joys and mounds. People in my family didn't
1753
01:22:27.079 --> 01:22:30.560
like them. Yeah, Like, is coconut am I the only
1754
01:22:30.720 --> 01:22:31.800
things coconut is awesome?
1755
01:22:31.840 --> 01:22:34.239
I like coconut. It's awesome. Right, It's not like my
1756
01:22:34.239 --> 01:22:36.640
favorite thing ever, but I do like coconut. Yeah. Do
1757
01:22:36.680 --> 01:22:39.680
you like actual coconut? Yeah? I don't really eat it
1758
01:22:39.680 --> 01:22:42.039
a lot, but I like it. Coconut water is great
1759
01:22:42.039 --> 01:22:44.920
for hydration. Go to a Mexican farmer's market. You can
1760
01:22:44.920 --> 01:22:47.199
get some coconut. Let me tell you. You walk around. It's
1761
01:22:47.279 --> 01:22:49.720
nice and moist. I think they gotta keep it moist,
1762
01:22:49.880 --> 01:22:51.600
you know, it'll dry out.
1763
01:22:51.800 --> 01:22:53.600
I got some on a street vendor once I don't
1764
01:22:53.640 --> 01:22:56.279
where I was somewhere, and they have this like little
1765
01:22:56.279 --> 01:22:58.640
trickling fountain and the coconut was there.
1766
01:22:58.680 --> 01:23:01.159
It was keeping it moisty street vendor.
1767
01:23:01.199 --> 01:23:01.399
Wow.
1768
01:23:01.800 --> 01:23:04.920
Yeah, I don't figure out coconuts the way to go,
1769
01:23:05.039 --> 01:23:05.359
you like.
1770
01:23:05.319 --> 01:23:05.640
It or not?
1771
01:23:05.960 --> 01:23:08.239
I drink malibu rum like it's a food creat.
1772
01:23:08.840 --> 01:23:12.680
That's coconut flavored malibu. Rump me. Now you make a
1773
01:23:12.720 --> 01:23:13.760
penis colossus.
1774
01:23:13.840 --> 01:23:16.640
Yes, the better, the better, Okay, the.
1775
01:23:18.479 --> 01:23:18.760
Better.
1776
01:23:19.600 --> 01:23:22.359
All right, we'll crack one open today. You figure out
1777
01:23:22.359 --> 01:23:25.560
how to open one. Let me know. Houston's Rock, Houston's.
1778
01:23:25.119 --> 01:23:27.720
Alternative and the rod Ryan Morning.
1779
01:23:27.439 --> 01:23:34.039
Show ninety four or five buzz Reiky, Benjamin and Awaken,
1780
01:23:34.159 --> 01:23:41.159
Good Morning, rod Ryan's Show, Coheed taking back Sunday tickets
1781
01:23:41.199 --> 01:23:43.039
early in the nine o'clock hour, will hook you up,
1782
01:23:43.239 --> 01:23:46.600
Pixies Spoon tickets, much different show going down to the
1783
01:23:46.600 --> 01:23:47.319
White Oak Music Hall.
1784
01:23:47.399 --> 01:23:49.319
Left those tickets for you on know the show.
1785
01:23:49.520 --> 01:23:54.119
About a thirty chance of showers today partly cloudy skies,
1786
01:23:54.479 --> 01:23:56.119
highs of around ninety one mo one.
1787
01:23:56.119 --> 01:23:56.560
Final time.
1788
01:23:56.600 --> 01:23:59.520
If I can get Houston's headlines, remind me when I
1789
01:23:59.560 --> 01:24:00.960
need to go at my lottery.
1790
01:24:00.680 --> 01:24:03.439
Take I will because last night's powerball drawing came up
1791
01:24:04.000 --> 01:24:07.079
no winner of the one point one billion dollar jackpot.
1792
01:24:07.239 --> 01:24:11.399
There were ten million dollar winners, none in Texas. But
1793
01:24:11.479 --> 01:24:14.119
if you match all the right numbers in the next drawling,
1794
01:24:14.159 --> 01:24:18.079
which is tomorrow, and you choose the cash option, you
1795
01:24:18.119 --> 01:24:21.000
could make almost six hundred million dollars.
1796
01:24:21.039 --> 01:24:22.880
Okay, I could use it.
1797
01:24:23.079 --> 01:24:23.720
We'll remind you.
1798
01:24:24.920 --> 01:24:27.119
As of yesterday, more than eight hundred new laws have
1799
01:24:27.159 --> 01:24:31.359
gone into effect, some impact crime, schools, drivers, homeowners.
1800
01:24:32.159 --> 01:24:35.640
I know we talked to the lead. Nothing has been decided.
1801
01:24:35.640 --> 01:24:38.680
Now put away. It's sill illegal, Jesus.
1802
01:24:39.159 --> 01:24:40.760
I know we talked about the Ten Commandments in the
1803
01:24:40.800 --> 01:24:44.439
classroom person schools kind of things. But one of the
1804
01:24:44.439 --> 01:24:49.439
new laws that I found fascinating hoa green lawn rules,
1805
01:24:49.479 --> 01:24:52.119
saying that hoas can no longer expect someone to have
1806
01:24:52.119 --> 01:24:54.039
a green lawn because that's just not attainable.
1807
01:24:54.520 --> 01:24:58.039
Now, listen, you said there's hundreds of these things, eight hundred, okay,
1808
01:24:58.079 --> 01:24:59.640
and this is the second time you brought up the
1809
01:24:59.680 --> 01:25:02.039
law thing, which leads me to believe that you have
1810
01:25:02.119 --> 01:25:06.000
some sort of a personal situation here about your lawn.
1811
01:25:07.000 --> 01:25:08.720
I just think it's so random that we had to
1812
01:25:08.960 --> 01:25:09.800
put that into a law.
1813
01:25:09.920 --> 01:25:12.560
Have you received some sort of notification about the appearance
1814
01:25:12.600 --> 01:25:13.640
of your lawn, not that I know.
1815
01:25:13.680 --> 01:25:15.199
If I think we spray paint it, it's fine.
1816
01:25:15.279 --> 01:25:19.239
Okay, Today's telephone Tuesday.
1817
01:25:19.520 --> 01:25:20.319
Let's celebrate.
1818
01:25:20.479 --> 01:25:20.720
Why.
1819
01:25:20.920 --> 01:25:24.399
Well, apparently today, the day after Labor Day, is when
1820
01:25:24.479 --> 01:25:27.880
businesses supposedly get the most phone calls all year long.
1821
01:25:28.039 --> 01:25:31.880
I'll be calling our HR department today, not on.
1822
01:25:31.800 --> 01:25:34.520
Any of you said it, just like, what did I do?
1823
01:25:34.680 --> 01:25:37.479
No, it's just I can't get it. I can't get
1824
01:25:37.479 --> 01:25:40.880
anything done online. So maybe I am contributing to telephone Day.
1825
01:25:40.960 --> 01:25:42.520
You are. It's it to the long weekend.
1826
01:25:42.560 --> 01:25:45.439
You're adulting. It's after the long weekend. It's also most
1827
01:25:45.560 --> 01:25:47.000
kids are back in school today.
1828
01:25:47.119 --> 01:25:48.279
I know Houston kids are not.
1829
01:25:48.640 --> 01:25:51.159
But people are starting to plan for the holidays as well,
1830
01:25:51.199 --> 01:25:53.720
and so they want to get this to do list
1831
01:25:53.800 --> 01:25:56.720
cleared out before all the other to do start banking up.
1832
01:25:56.800 --> 01:25:58.720
So that's why the world wakes up today and says, yeah,
1833
01:25:58.720 --> 01:26:00.680
I should probably call about that thing I've been putting
1834
01:26:00.720 --> 01:26:03.000
off since June's Chili going to.
1835
01:26:03.039 --> 01:26:05.840
Read for us this year? Are we doing? That's up
1836
01:26:05.880 --> 01:26:08.640
to Chi Chili Brown. I never told Chili what to
1837
01:26:08.680 --> 01:26:09.399
do with this body.
1838
01:26:09.560 --> 01:26:12.960
I'm just saying that Moe's not experienced the Chili brown game.
1839
01:26:13.039 --> 01:26:17.000
Yet, do it for me, Chili, do it for the kids.
1840
01:26:17.039 --> 01:26:19.680
I think you will make sure you hurry home today
1841
01:26:19.720 --> 01:26:22.840
after school after work, turn on MTV because they're playing
1842
01:26:22.880 --> 01:26:23.560
music videos.
1843
01:26:23.560 --> 01:26:25.479
Again, guys, that's a real thing. I did run home
1844
01:26:25.520 --> 01:26:26.239
once before.
1845
01:26:26.319 --> 01:26:26.720
Guess same.
1846
01:26:26.760 --> 01:26:27.840
That's why I said it you.
1847
01:26:29.000 --> 01:26:31.600
RL Okay, So you guys, Alex ran so you knew
1848
01:26:31.600 --> 01:26:34.880
you had to hit a certain time before that. Okay,
1849
01:26:35.800 --> 01:26:38.760
just like I tell you, hey, coming up at nine
1850
01:26:38.880 --> 01:26:41.720
ten today, I'm going to give away Coheed tickets. You're
1851
01:26:41.720 --> 01:26:44.720
setting that appointment with the listeners. MTV would do that
1852
01:26:44.760 --> 01:26:46.800
with brand new videos and.
1853
01:26:46.760 --> 01:26:48.119
When, oh until you a time.
1854
01:26:48.319 --> 01:26:48.760
Yeah.
1855
01:26:48.800 --> 01:26:52.920
So in nineteen eighty four, when they were debuting Panama
1856
01:26:53.479 --> 01:26:55.800
from Van Halen, it was going to be played at
1857
01:26:55.800 --> 01:26:57.560
three fifteen, three twenty, I believe.
1858
01:26:57.680 --> 01:27:00.439
Okay, school got out at ten after three. Oh no,
1859
01:27:00.560 --> 01:27:02.720
I didn't have MTV. Did you think my mom had
1860
01:27:02.800 --> 01:27:03.439
MTV for us?
1861
01:27:03.520 --> 01:27:04.760
Did you have to run to a friend's house.
1862
01:27:04.840 --> 01:27:08.920
Yeah, and we sprinted all the way home, bags flying
1863
01:27:08.960 --> 01:27:11.199
in the kitchen, blah blah blah. Passed the little kid boom.
1864
01:27:11.319 --> 01:27:14.279
Turn on the TV and saw the video. So this
1865
01:27:14.399 --> 01:27:16.479
is fun. I think this is fun like, I mean,
1866
01:27:16.479 --> 01:27:18.359
they're gonna show videos, but it's just for a week.
1867
01:27:19.239 --> 01:27:21.520
It's twenty four to seven though, and it's not even
1868
01:27:21.560 --> 01:27:23.439
on the real MTV. You have to watch MTV two
1869
01:27:23.479 --> 01:27:26.880
or MTV Live. There's some options, but the MTV Video
1870
01:27:26.960 --> 01:27:28.960
Music Awards are on Sunday, so it's like a promo
1871
01:27:29.079 --> 01:27:29.399
for that.
1872
01:27:29.479 --> 01:27:32.760
You can't put it on the regular channel. Oh why
1873
01:27:33.079 --> 01:27:37.880
is ridiculousness pulling in? Is that big a ratings? Jesus true?
1874
01:27:38.119 --> 01:27:40.199
Who has the most music videos on MTV?
1875
01:27:40.600 --> 01:27:43.199
Oh, I guess, I guess Madonna earlier.
1876
01:27:43.800 --> 01:27:43.960
Third.
1877
01:27:43.960 --> 01:27:45.720
Britney Spears is number one with twenty one.
1878
01:27:45.800 --> 01:27:49.680
Hey girl, A man was ejected from a corn show
1879
01:27:49.880 --> 01:27:51.039
in Jersey last week.
1880
01:27:51.159 --> 01:27:55.880
Best story today.
1881
01:27:54.840 --> 01:27:58.079
Somebody had a video they recorded and posted on TikTok.
1882
01:27:58.079 --> 01:28:01.119
If you want to watch students just sitting in.
1883
01:28:01.039 --> 01:28:05.520
A seat minding his own business, minding his own.
1884
01:28:05.399 --> 01:28:07.880
Business, right, it's his own business. He's pleasuring himself in
1885
01:28:07.880 --> 01:28:11.479
front of Come on. At one point, someone jumped down
1886
01:28:11.920 --> 01:28:13.119
to the row above him.
1887
01:28:13.199 --> 01:28:14.279
Punch the guy in the head.
1888
01:28:14.399 --> 01:28:16.119
Not in public ouse. It's frowned upon.
1889
01:28:16.720 --> 01:28:18.560
Security showed up, drag the guy out.
1890
01:28:18.760 --> 01:28:20.800
By the look of this man, you can tell he
1891
01:28:20.880 --> 01:28:23.359
wasn't all there, like some sort of substance was involved.
1892
01:28:23.359 --> 01:28:24.920
It's beyond frowned upon. It's illegal.
1893
01:28:25.640 --> 01:28:28.439
The video contains profanity, but if you'd like to watch it,
1894
01:28:28.479 --> 01:28:29.920
I'm sure Chili can texted to you.
1895
01:28:30.319 --> 01:28:31.760
It's like masturbating on an air clip.
1896
01:28:32.680 --> 01:28:35.199
I saw a video that recently too, takes a lot.
1897
01:28:35.439 --> 01:28:36.880
Those are Houston's headlines.
1898
01:28:38.600 --> 01:28:42.840
Corn does not get me going in that direction doing
1899
01:28:43.560 --> 01:28:45.279
maybe against some people going I don't know, to each
1900
01:28:45.319 --> 01:28:50.000
there this guy like on Marvin Gaye concert or something,
1901
01:28:50.159 --> 01:28:52.720
or maybe I'm there with you, buddy.
1902
01:28:52.760 --> 01:28:55.279
I horned a lot, but hey, who am I? Horn?
1903
01:28:55.319 --> 01:28:59.239
Does not get me in the movie say I could not.
1904
01:29:00.359 --> 01:29:04.439
I'm sorry, you're a bathroom morinday, I don't know. Yeah,
1905
01:29:04.479 --> 01:29:04.840
all right.
1906
01:29:04.800 --> 01:29:09.319
Which, well, the Chapel Bill era started poorly in North
1907
01:29:09.319 --> 01:29:10.359
Carolina last.
1908
01:29:10.199 --> 01:29:11.800
Night, calling it Chapel Bill.
1909
01:29:12.119 --> 01:29:15.600
It's Chapel Hill, North Carolina, so they called Chapel Bill. Gotcha,
1910
01:29:15.760 --> 01:29:19.079
that's what they're calling it. TCU blew out North Carolina
1911
01:29:19.119 --> 01:29:21.560
forty eight to fourteen and Bill Belichick's first game as
1912
01:29:21.600 --> 01:29:23.359
head coach there. It's the most points that you UNC
1913
01:29:23.479 --> 01:29:25.720
is allowed and a season opener in their school's history,
1914
01:29:26.600 --> 01:29:28.560
and in the NFL, we've only got two more sleeps
1915
01:29:28.680 --> 01:29:31.960
until the regular season begins in the NFL, a Thursday
1916
01:29:32.039 --> 01:29:32.960
night kickoff game.
1917
01:29:33.159 --> 01:29:35.239
In baseball, Astros, you gotta win.
1918
01:29:35.319 --> 01:29:37.399
Yesterday they beat the Angels eight to three. They split
1919
01:29:37.439 --> 01:29:39.479
their four game series with LA. Tonight, they're gonna open
1920
01:29:39.520 --> 01:29:41.119
up a three game series with the Yankees at dyk
1921
01:29:41.159 --> 01:29:42.960
In Park. Franber Valdez will be on the mound for
1922
01:29:42.960 --> 01:29:45.359
the Strows going up against New York's Max Freed. First
1923
01:29:45.359 --> 01:29:46.960
pitch is at seventeen. You can listen to it on
1924
01:29:46.960 --> 01:29:49.800
our sister stations, Sports Talk seven ninety News Radio seven
1925
01:29:49.880 --> 01:29:53.319
forty k TRH. That what's going on in sports?
1926
01:29:55.119 --> 01:30:01.760
Outstanding work, Alex outstanding. I sound like new One had
1927
01:30:01.800 --> 01:30:04.479
a new little liq. You learn a little bit now
1928
01:30:04.479 --> 01:30:05.039
it's shredding.
1929
01:30:05.079 --> 01:30:06.399
On the end of that ninety four to five the
1930
01:30:06.399 --> 01:30:10.479
buzz BEASTI boys, no sleep till Brooklyn, very tasty.
1931
01:30:11.439 --> 01:30:13.760
Looks like you picked up a new couple, new rift tricks.
1932
01:30:14.039 --> 01:30:14.600
Long weekend.
1933
01:30:14.640 --> 01:30:18.560
You know I was dabbling. I don't the dexterity. His
1934
01:30:18.600 --> 01:30:19.920
fingers still amaze me.
1935
01:30:20.359 --> 01:30:24.000
Good morning, everybody, rod Ryan's show on this Tattuesday. Oh
1936
01:30:24.079 --> 01:30:28.520
what you haven't seen Chili six picks yet? Are you crazy?
1937
01:30:28.560 --> 01:30:28.960
It is?
1938
01:30:29.319 --> 01:30:33.199
I'm not over selling. It isn't the best pics. Chili
1939
01:30:33.239 --> 01:30:35.359
thinks that he's produced something that was better than these.
1940
01:30:35.479 --> 01:30:38.479
I think these are Chili's best, strongest six picks ever.
1941
01:30:38.479 --> 01:30:40.359
We've been doing this bit for a while too. I
1942
01:30:40.359 --> 01:30:41.880
think these are his best picks. Did he come in
1943
01:30:41.920 --> 01:30:43.279
with a bunch of stripper pictures before?
1944
01:30:44.159 --> 01:30:48.439
Probably, no question.
1945
01:30:48.760 --> 01:30:50.920
Probably your twins said, probably.
1946
01:30:51.359 --> 01:30:54.239
All right, Well listen, thank you guys for spending some
1947
01:30:54.279 --> 01:30:56.560
time with us today. I can't say enough about the
1948
01:30:56.560 --> 01:30:59.279
suburb of Summer Sizzler, brought to us by shelf Federal
1949
01:30:59.319 --> 01:31:03.039
Credit Union. What a game today? What a game today?
1950
01:31:03.399 --> 01:31:06.000
I'm telling you. Is it a Cinderella story?
1951
01:31:06.159 --> 01:31:09.640
Yeah? Yeah, all those things, all those things.
1952
01:31:09.720 --> 01:31:10.159
I don't know.
1953
01:31:10.479 --> 01:31:13.720
Kenneth has just been sleeping and sliding and sliving around
1954
01:31:13.760 --> 01:31:14.520
in this tournament.
1955
01:31:15.079 --> 01:31:16.520
Boy, what a show today.
1956
01:31:17.880 --> 01:31:20.960
What started out as a pretty rocky freshout of d
1957
01:31:20.960 --> 01:31:22.319
head to head and turned out pretty good.
1958
01:31:22.760 --> 01:31:25.399
There was a little rough from the edges, but I knew.
1959
01:31:25.159 --> 01:31:27.199
That I was gonna I knew we were starting with
1960
01:31:27.199 --> 01:31:29.119
two brand new players. I need to smoke out some
1961
01:31:29.199 --> 01:31:31.039
of those questions that mode have been handing me over
1962
01:31:31.079 --> 01:31:33.560
and over again, like she's not getting the hint.
1963
01:31:33.600 --> 01:31:35.520
I'm not using them, and he keeps footing them on
1964
01:31:35.520 --> 01:31:37.880
the list. Use them. I used them up today.
1965
01:31:37.880 --> 01:31:38.399
They were great.
1966
01:31:38.439 --> 01:31:39.239
All right, it was fun.
1967
01:31:40.359 --> 01:31:42.600
Welcome to September, everybody. We'll talk about some of the
1968
01:31:42.680 --> 01:31:44.960
highlights that are coming up in the month of September.
1969
01:31:45.039 --> 01:31:48.840
I think everybody here is excited about Thursday Night. I
1970
01:31:48.840 --> 01:31:51.800
know Alex isn't excited about the actual matchup. But football
1971
01:31:51.960 --> 01:31:56.279
is real. Football is back, NFL football is back. I mean,
1972
01:31:56.359 --> 01:31:58.520
of course you've been talking about what a great college weekend.
1973
01:31:58.520 --> 01:32:01.560
It was awesome. Unless you're a yout fan. It was
1974
01:32:02.479 --> 01:32:04.960
arch Manning was tough, huh, and they were and they
1975
01:32:04.960 --> 01:32:07.720
were tough on him. Give him a second, boy, oh boy.
1976
01:32:07.800 --> 01:32:10.600
I mean I saw the criticism on him, and uh,
1977
01:32:10.640 --> 01:32:11.279
it was rough.
1978
01:32:12.039 --> 01:32:14.640
Hey, if you're an Arch Manning supporter, you gotta go
1979
01:32:14.720 --> 01:32:16.600
through the good and the bad. Okay, I know that
1980
01:32:16.760 --> 01:32:20.840
as a as another Manning supporter. Yeah, yeah, I just
1981
01:32:20.920 --> 01:32:24.760
die for you, boy, and I'll bring you to glory
1982
01:32:24.800 --> 01:32:26.760
and you'll get to talk a bunch of crab about it.
1983
01:32:27.079 --> 01:32:29.560
But you just gotta you gotta take those lumps, and
1984
01:32:29.600 --> 01:32:31.079
this is an early lump for Arch.
1985
01:32:31.399 --> 01:32:33.760
Because I know you and I know that you would
1986
01:32:33.760 --> 01:32:36.079
do disgusting naked things with Eli Manning.
1987
01:32:36.399 --> 01:32:39.319
I would die for that man. Do you is it
1988
01:32:39.479 --> 01:32:42.000
by through usmosis? It's his nephew. Do you kind of
1989
01:32:42.119 --> 01:32:44.960
like him? I'm rooting for him? You are, yes, okay,
1990
01:32:45.000 --> 01:32:46.000
But I never know with you.
1991
01:32:46.159 --> 01:32:48.119
My cousin, who is a yout fan, I was like, well, hey,
1992
01:32:48.119 --> 01:32:49.840
it sucks that you guys got the bad Manning like,
1993
01:32:49.840 --> 01:32:51.199
I immediately fired that off.
1994
01:32:52.520 --> 01:32:54.880
It doesn't I hope he does. Well, it doesn't sound
1995
01:32:54.880 --> 01:32:57.520
like you're rooting for it. I am so like that.
1996
01:32:57.520 --> 01:32:59.359
That was a tough That was a tough first game
1997
01:32:59.399 --> 01:33:01.560
to have to start. I wanted to do.
1998
01:33:01.840 --> 01:33:03.319
I wanted to do a little exercise here in the
1999
01:33:03.359 --> 01:33:05.800
studio and I'm gonna apologize because it's a bit of
2000
01:33:05.840 --> 01:33:08.359
a sight gag, but I still think it'll work.
2001
01:33:09.039 --> 01:33:09.640
On the radio.
2002
01:33:09.720 --> 01:33:10.760
And I know there's a lot of you that are
2003
01:33:10.800 --> 01:33:12.600
watching us on Facebook, and I know there's a lot
2004
01:33:12.600 --> 01:33:15.840
of YouTube watching and viewing going on, and I wanted
2005
01:33:15.840 --> 01:33:18.359
to try something on the air because if we're going
2006
01:33:18.399 --> 01:33:21.039
to have this long lasting relationship, I want to find
2007
01:33:21.039 --> 01:33:26.560
something out here. Mo, Yes, I am going to I'm
2008
01:33:26.600 --> 01:33:30.279
going to do something in the studio here people can
2009
01:33:30.359 --> 01:33:31.159
kind of follow along.
2010
01:33:31.399 --> 01:33:37.680
Just what what just I got a piece of paper
2011
01:33:37.720 --> 01:33:38.079
out here.
2012
01:33:38.199 --> 01:33:39.039
Now you're drawling.
2013
01:33:39.319 --> 01:33:42.760
Oh okay, Jesez, let's drawling. Let's get this out of
2014
01:33:42.760 --> 01:33:43.640
the way right now.
2015
01:33:43.720 --> 01:33:46.760
What What was I just doing drawing?
2016
01:33:49.359 --> 01:33:51.039
What was I just doing? I would say, you were
2017
01:33:51.119 --> 01:33:53.520
drawing a picture. I was just drawing a picture. I
2018
01:33:53.560 --> 01:33:54.359
was just drawing a picture.
2019
01:33:55.399 --> 01:33:59.159
I didn't know if the hiccup came when it was
2020
01:33:59.239 --> 01:34:01.520
just lottery or.
2021
01:34:01.720 --> 01:34:04.840
If what I was doing impediment I was trying to ask,
2022
01:34:05.359 --> 01:34:07.199
So what I was doing again?
2023
01:34:07.239 --> 01:34:10.159
I was just kind of doodling on a piece of draw.
2024
01:34:17.840 --> 01:34:23.439
Why because I thought, I thought, because because it's a
2025
01:34:23.479 --> 01:34:25.199
lottery that you're talking about right now.
2026
01:34:25.239 --> 01:34:28.000
And I thought the L in the lottery was somehow
2027
01:34:29.039 --> 01:34:31.279
was somehow getting.
2028
01:34:30.920 --> 01:34:35.239
Involved in the drawing of the lottery numbers and the
2029
01:34:35.279 --> 01:34:38.119
tickets and the money and the billions of dollars that.
2030
01:34:38.079 --> 01:34:39.359
Are up for grabs right now.
2031
01:34:39.439 --> 01:34:39.800
Huh.
2032
01:34:39.840 --> 01:34:44.720
But even when I am just sitting here and I'm drawing.
2033
01:34:45.680 --> 01:34:47.720
I'm trying to say about the L.
2034
01:34:49.720 --> 01:34:50.720
Just beat himself.
2035
01:34:51.680 --> 01:34:53.640
I'm drawing. I'm just drawing.
2036
01:34:53.720 --> 01:34:56.239
Yeah, I don't know, And the problem is I need
2037
01:34:56.279 --> 01:34:59.800
a doctor because when y'all say it, I don't know.
2038
01:35:00.079 --> 01:35:02.319
I think that what I'm saying sounds just like what
2039
01:35:02.359 --> 01:35:05.359
you're saying. So I might have like a audible issue.
2040
01:35:06.439 --> 01:35:07.800
Hook on PHONEX maybe.
2041
01:35:07.680 --> 01:35:12.960
Maybe would you would you draw a picture or would
2042
01:35:12.960 --> 01:35:15.920
you draw a picture? Let's like break it down. Would
2043
01:35:15.960 --> 01:35:20.000
you draw a picture or or draw a picture? Exactly
2044
01:35:20.039 --> 01:35:24.359
where does the l come in? Because I understand with
2045
01:35:24.520 --> 01:35:25.000
the ing?
2046
01:35:25.399 --> 01:35:26.960
Yeah, okay, so draw?
2047
01:35:27.159 --> 01:35:27.720
Do I draw?
2048
01:35:28.680 --> 01:35:28.880
Did?
2049
01:35:28.880 --> 01:35:29.239
Is that right?
2050
01:35:29.399 --> 01:35:29.600
Round?
2051
01:35:30.159 --> 01:35:34.119
If we're in a shootout, yeah, and we're taking your gun,
2052
01:35:34.640 --> 01:35:38.520
your guns out, it's a it's a draw. It's draw
2053
01:35:39.520 --> 01:35:42.079
when the when when the score is.
2054
01:35:42.079 --> 01:35:45.920
Zero zero, is that called a draw? It's a draw?
2055
01:35:46.479 --> 01:35:48.319
There you go. If it's if it's zero zero, it's
2056
01:35:48.359 --> 01:35:50.640
not a draw, right, it's a draw.
2057
01:35:51.880 --> 01:35:55.000
Okay, it's hurting my head.
2058
01:35:55.279 --> 01:35:57.119
I feel like I can tell that I can see it.
2059
01:35:57.279 --> 01:36:00.720
Yeah, because I can't. It's it's just and watching your
2060
01:36:00.760 --> 01:36:09.800
lips to be over. I'm just yeah, just win the
2061
01:36:09.840 --> 01:36:11.560
billion dollars. Let's move on.
2062
01:36:11.920 --> 01:36:12.239
Listen.
2063
01:36:13.439 --> 01:36:15.920
I at this point in my career, you think that
2064
01:36:15.960 --> 01:36:18.520
i'd be saying things correct? I can't remember what it
2065
01:36:18.560 --> 01:36:21.520
was like the urinal and I was I was just goes, he.
2066
01:36:21.520 --> 01:36:24.359
Goes, urinals. You're saying, are you calling that a urinal?
2067
01:36:24.640 --> 01:36:25.800
I go, yeah, it's a urinal.
2068
01:36:26.760 --> 01:36:28.079
What is it?
2069
01:36:28.079 --> 01:36:30.399
It's urinal? You put urine in it?
2070
01:36:31.239 --> 01:36:31.439
Urin?
2071
01:36:31.520 --> 01:36:34.800
All yeah, what urinal journal?
2072
01:36:34.920 --> 01:36:39.319
Oh yeah, that's great. Well I think I was doing
2073
01:36:39.399 --> 01:36:41.600
read my lips. That was yeah.
2074
01:36:42.359 --> 01:36:44.520
I bet that really really.
2075
01:36:44.279 --> 01:36:44.800
Made it mad.
2076
01:36:44.960 --> 01:36:47.079
I may have thrown a te on that car that
2077
01:36:47.159 --> 01:36:49.920
drives around dead bodies a Hurst Hurst.
2078
01:36:50.039 --> 01:36:51.760
I may have called it a Hurst. That's like a
2079
01:36:51.760 --> 01:36:54.199
football last name. I may have called it.
2080
01:36:54.159 --> 01:36:58.560
A Hurst for the first fifty three years of my life.
2081
01:36:59.720 --> 01:37:02.640
There's something about talking for a living that makes you
2082
01:37:02.760 --> 01:37:03.720
sound awesome.
2083
01:37:03.840 --> 01:37:04.359
The same thing.
2084
01:37:04.359 --> 01:37:05.319
It's like milk.
2085
01:37:05.439 --> 01:37:09.399
I think I'm my podcast. Jason goes calling it a Hurst.
2086
01:37:10.479 --> 01:37:13.279
Go yeah, the thing that you drive around a dead person?
2087
01:37:14.119 --> 01:37:17.920
He said, did you say Hurst? I go around like here, yeah,
2088
01:37:18.760 --> 01:37:20.560
because it's a hearst jackass.
2089
01:37:23.439 --> 01:37:24.720
I love it so much.
2090
01:37:25.079 --> 01:37:27.680
All right, thank you.
2091
01:37:27.720 --> 01:37:30.319
Tomorrow is the next drawing draw.
2092
01:37:31.159 --> 01:37:32.560
No more drawling in the studio.
2093
01:37:32.920 --> 01:37:35.000
It's a psyche gag. It doesn't work. Give away some
2094
01:37:35.039 --> 01:37:36.880
tickets though, call in that works.
2095
01:37:37.279 --> 01:37:37.840
You should.
2096
01:37:37.960 --> 01:37:41.399
You should call it right now, call her tin no drawling.
2097
01:37:42.000 --> 01:37:45.479

01:37:56.640 --> 01:37:57.800

2107
01:38:28.560 --> 01:38:30.840
My name's Amadora. Am I calling number ten?

01:38:33.079 --> 01:38:33.600
on today.
2110
01:38:34.840 --> 01:38:36.239
Nice mo.
2111
01:38:36.279 --> 01:38:37.239
Would you please look him up?
2112
01:38:37.560 --> 01:38:37.920
Yeah.
2113
01:38:38.039 --> 01:38:41.600
Cody Cambriat taking Back Sunday, September eighth, seventy one to
2114
01:38:41.680 --> 01:38:42.399
three Music Hall.

01:38:42.760 --> 01:38:46.479
Congratulations, nice, appreciate.
2116
01:38:46.479 --> 01:38:48.000
It is the first time I ever want anything.
2117
01:38:48.840 --> 01:38:50.600
Thanks for hanging out. So this is easy.
2118
01:38:50.680 --> 01:38:52.840
This is the first time you've been on the show ever.
2119
01:38:54.600 --> 01:38:55.439
I mean I've got.
2120
01:38:55.239 --> 01:38:57.079
Through a couple of times, but I went at the winner.
2121
01:38:57.439 --> 01:39:00.640
Well that's awesome, dude, It's about time man. Have a
2122
01:39:00.640 --> 01:39:05.439
great time. Thank you so much for listening, all right, appreciated, brother,
2123
01:39:05.680 --> 01:39:10.039
I want to make sure is it Amador, Amador Amador?
2124
01:39:10.239 --> 01:39:13.479
Of course it's Amador, Amador, Amador, Amador.
2125
01:39:14.119 --> 01:39:16.039
I look forward to being back on the show. I
2126
01:39:16.079 --> 01:39:16.439
really do.
2127
01:39:17.680 --> 01:39:19.159
All right, appreciate it, all right.
2128
01:39:19.039 --> 01:39:24.920
Thank you, brother Amador. Why would I say Amador amm
2129
01:39:25.119 --> 01:39:28.239
silly you? Tara or Tara, No.
2130
01:39:28.319 --> 01:39:31.640
This morning was the worst. His name was Christian and
2131
01:39:31.680 --> 01:39:32.800
you kept calling him.
2132
01:39:32.760 --> 01:39:42.159
Christi Kristen, Christian, sister Kristen. Stop, well, guess what not
2133
01:39:42.199 --> 01:39:50.119
gonna matter because it didn't win amromline.
2134
01:39:47.560 --> 01:39:51.840
Kid's Alix online the US.
2135
01:39:51.960 --> 01:39:54.560
All right, what you got today today's AOL is called
2136
01:39:54.800 --> 01:39:57.640
foreign words and you are going to looking at twenty
2137
01:39:57.680 --> 01:40:01.640
five foreign words that Google could not correctly translate. Oh no,
2138
01:40:02.479 --> 01:40:04.840
you were going to try and see if you can
2139
01:40:05.279 --> 01:40:09.119
guess what these words mean. They mean so in Turkish,
2140
01:40:09.600 --> 01:40:14.640
I'm gonna butcher this, but go got Sagi means skyblt
2141
01:40:14.720 --> 01:40:17.720
What is skybelt referring to? Is it referring to a kite,
2142
01:40:17.800 --> 01:40:19.760
a sunset, a rainbow or a cloud?
2143
01:40:19.800 --> 01:40:21.560
Formation? Formation?
2144
01:40:22.159 --> 01:40:26.319
For sure, everybody knows that, and right or not sucks
2145
01:40:26.359 --> 01:40:29.000
easy so we don't even know an easy one.
2146
01:40:29.560 --> 01:40:30.279
It does not work here.
2147
01:40:30.359 --> 01:40:33.319
So oh it doesn't work now, but you know actually
2148
01:40:33.399 --> 01:40:34.640
that that doesn't spoil anything.
2149
01:40:34.680 --> 01:40:37.760
So now five yeah, twenty five.
2150
01:40:37.960 --> 01:40:41.560
Very difficult to translate.
2151
01:40:41.119 --> 01:40:42.720
Words that Google can't even do. But check it out.
2152
01:40:42.720 --> 01:40:44.079
See how many of these you can get. The Weld
2153
01:40:44.079 --> 01:40:46.399
Famous Rod Ryan Show page, the Buzz dot Com Thank
2154
01:40:46.399 --> 01:40:52.199

2155
01:40:56.479 --> 01:40:59.039
Ninety four five the Buzz, Good Morning rod Ryan Show,
2156
01:41:01.039 --> 01:41:04.840
even if it kills me, Good morning, brod Ryan Show.
2157
01:41:08.319 --> 01:41:11.439
The last email I got an email, Roger. The last
2158
01:41:11.479 --> 01:41:14.800
email was Friday afternoon PM.
2159
01:41:14.840 --> 01:41:19.600
I was already checked out. He's already checked out on
2160
01:41:19.680 --> 01:41:22.199
the one weekend? Yes, right? Can I get out of here?
2161
01:41:22.359 --> 01:41:23.520
Celebrate a half day?
2162
01:41:23.520 --> 01:41:23.720
Here?
2163
01:41:24.319 --> 01:41:24.640
They did?
2164
01:41:24.680 --> 01:41:26.159
We did get a half day. Yeah, a full day.
2165
01:41:26.279 --> 01:41:27.079
Good full day work.
2166
01:41:27.119 --> 01:41:30.840
Look at us, spit in the extra time. Good afternoon, brother, Rod.
2167
01:41:31.640 --> 01:41:34.119
Two thirty pm Friday, we have thirty teams in.
2168
01:41:34.159 --> 01:41:37.279
We need six more to be sold out. Have a
2169
01:41:37.279 --> 01:41:38.159
great weekend, Roger.
2170
01:41:38.680 --> 01:41:41.840
On Friday, we needed six teams to sell out the
2171
01:41:41.880 --> 01:41:43.359
boobs Rock Golf Tournament.
2172
01:41:43.680 --> 01:41:47.119
I am sure a couple came in over the weekend.
2173
01:41:47.199 --> 01:41:50.199
I'm sure of it. So if there's a couple of two, three,
2174
01:41:50.279 --> 01:41:53.239
a couple of two three left. That's what's available. If
2175
01:41:53.279 --> 01:41:54.640
you wanted to golf with us.
2176
01:41:54.600 --> 01:41:58.239
There's still packages available to become a sponsor, and if
2177
01:41:58.279 --> 01:42:01.239
you want to volunteer and if you want a sponsor
2178
01:42:01.279 --> 01:42:03.760
a hole or become like a big sponsor that comes
2179
01:42:03.760 --> 01:42:06.159
with you know, opportunities to golf and all of that.
2180
01:42:06.199 --> 01:42:09.159
There's different levels to come in at all different levels
2181
01:42:09.159 --> 01:42:12.359
to come in at. Money wise, you've got a business
2182
01:42:12.359 --> 01:42:14.319
out there, what a great way to promote your business.
2183
01:42:14.520 --> 01:42:17.560
I'll promote your business. If you're gonna help us out,
2184
01:42:17.560 --> 01:42:18.439
why wouldn't I help you?
2185
01:42:18.600 --> 01:42:21.520
For sure? So yeah, talk to the boss. Maybe you
2186
01:42:21.560 --> 01:42:22.159
are the boss.
2187
01:42:22.239 --> 01:42:24.359
Make a move, man, get involved with the golf tournament
2188
01:42:25.000 --> 01:42:26.079
party on a golf course.
2189
01:42:26.640 --> 01:42:27.439
Yeah, all the.
2190
01:42:27.399 --> 01:42:31.439
Information is right next to Chili six picks. That's like,
2191
01:42:31.479 --> 01:42:34.880
that's that's like the spot right now. It's Chili six picks.
2192
01:42:35.600 --> 01:42:37.359
I mean, you know the looking at girl. Oh, I'm
2193
01:42:37.399 --> 01:42:38.640
a hiak's birthday today?
2194
01:42:38.800 --> 01:42:43.520
Really, Jesus Christ, is fair? You tell me it's not fair.
2195
01:42:43.560 --> 01:42:46.079
She's like a vampire. No, no, no, don't look it up.
2196
01:42:46.119 --> 01:42:47.720
I know it. Don't look it up.
2197
01:42:47.760 --> 01:42:51.359
Tell me she's not fifty yet, or just's.
2198
01:42:50.960 --> 01:42:56.359
Fifty nine she's fifty nine, running around or too damn panties,
2199
01:42:56.720 --> 01:42:57.880
still making videos.
2200
01:42:58.039 --> 01:43:00.520
Girl on a yacht, the key.
2201
01:43:00.439 --> 01:43:07.000
Dance, right, fifty nine. Now, she didn't post anything yet.
2202
01:43:07.119 --> 01:43:10.279
Obviously we're recognizing that it's her birthday. I'm looking at girls,
2203
01:43:10.680 --> 01:43:13.840
so that's her run around yet and everything. You know,
2204
01:43:13.920 --> 01:43:16.760
she's gonna put look at my titties and fifty nine.
2205
01:43:17.039 --> 01:43:19.960
You know that post is coming today, and it's probably
2206
01:43:20.000 --> 01:43:22.920
coming from the Maldevs, which is probably already half over
2207
01:43:22.960 --> 01:43:23.319
her birthday.
2208
01:43:23.319 --> 01:43:24.479
I don't even know where the Maldavs is.
2209
01:43:24.680 --> 01:43:28.880
And she's she's somewhere exotic right now, Lake Como.
2210
01:43:29.159 --> 01:43:31.439
Does she hang out there Italy? Yeah?
2211
01:43:31.600 --> 01:43:34.159
Yeah, right next to the Maldevs.
2212
01:43:34.199 --> 01:43:38.600
Wed. I think it is never been.
2213
01:43:39.000 --> 01:43:39.840
I don't know where it is.
2214
01:43:40.119 --> 01:43:44.880
Yeah, it's not in America. America's I mean, she's fifty nine.
2215
01:43:44.920 --> 01:43:47.439
Those jugs are about ten and a half eleven maybe
2216
01:43:47.520 --> 01:43:47.920
this year.
2217
01:43:48.399 --> 01:43:52.680
Those things don't even drive. Yeah, it's the thing. She's crazy.
2218
01:43:52.960 --> 01:43:56.720
The bikini pictures her and the other one the Billy
2219
01:43:56.760 --> 01:43:57.560
Ray Cyrus.
2220
01:43:57.319 --> 01:44:02.319
Girlfriend, Oh yes, so beautiful Elizabeth Curly.
2221
01:44:03.000 --> 01:44:05.680
Yeah, the rut it's just that they're not it's not fair.
2222
01:44:05.800 --> 01:44:09.359
It's almost not fair that they're running around.
2223
01:44:09.079 --> 01:44:09.880
Like that at their ages.
2224
01:44:09.920 --> 01:44:10.840
It should be they burned it.
2225
01:44:11.159 --> 01:44:13.760
So uh so, Happy birthday to your day.
2226
01:44:13.800 --> 01:44:17.479
Fifty nine is fifty nine. She'll probably do next year
2227
01:44:17.520 --> 01:44:18.199
in the Maldives.
2228
01:44:18.359 --> 01:44:23.720
You know, Big sixtieth the male devs. That was really cute.
2229
01:44:24.600 --> 01:44:25.399
Get technical with me.
2230
01:44:26.319 --> 01:44:28.279
Sorry, I'm drawering over her.
2231
01:44:29.960 --> 01:44:33.199
All right. Welcome to September, everybody. Can you believe it's September?
2232
01:44:34.359 --> 01:44:35.399
Long weekend is over?
2233
01:44:35.760 --> 01:44:38.520
Obviously when we talk about September, it's like, okay, it
2234
01:44:38.640 --> 01:44:41.279
ushers in with a nice long weekend, Labor Day weekend.
2235
01:44:41.720 --> 01:44:44.720
No more white, Nicole said, she's wearing white. Don't tell
2236
01:44:44.800 --> 01:44:47.479
me what to wear already. Money doesn't know fashion. I
2237
01:44:47.520 --> 01:44:49.760
already got yelled at on an email from the call.
2238
01:44:50.039 --> 01:44:54.000
She's like, don't tell me what colors I can wear,
2239
01:44:54.199 --> 01:44:54.760
or when I.
2240
01:44:54.720 --> 01:44:57.199
Could wear them or where I can wear them. Okay,
2241
01:44:57.520 --> 01:45:00.560
all right? Is that still a thing? Is that just
2242
01:45:00.600 --> 01:45:00.800
an all?
2243
01:45:01.800 --> 01:45:02.359
Is it now?
2244
01:45:02.479 --> 01:45:03.000
Is it a thing?
2245
01:45:03.119 --> 01:45:03.680
I don't care?
2246
01:45:03.880 --> 01:45:04.199
All right?
2247
01:45:04.279 --> 01:45:06.760
What are we looking forward to in the month of September.
2248
01:45:06.840 --> 01:45:11.800
Welcome aboard football. September second. The NFL season kicks off Thursday,
2249
01:45:12.239 --> 01:45:15.800
when the Eagles host the Cowboys Alex's favorites.
2250
01:45:16.199 --> 01:45:19.239
Gross, What do you do? You love football? Do you
2251
01:45:19.399 --> 01:45:22.399
not even recognize that as a game? Just root for injuries?
2252
01:45:23.760 --> 01:45:24.439
You do not?
2253
01:45:24.880 --> 01:45:26.880
Don't root for him, but if they happen, I'm just like,
2254
01:45:27.039 --> 01:45:30.439
it's real shame. Do you watch? Yes? Yes, because I
2255
01:45:30.479 --> 01:45:34.000
will gamble on it. Okay, could you pick? I do
2256
01:45:34.239 --> 01:45:36.279
a bunch of prop bets. Okay, So you would never
2257
01:45:36.279 --> 01:45:37.239
pick the outcome of that.
2258
01:45:37.199 --> 01:45:41.279
Game, probably not, maybe an over or under? Okay, So
2259
01:45:41.479 --> 01:45:43.239
Jake ferguson any time touchdown scores.
2260
01:45:43.319 --> 01:45:44.800
The season starts on Thursday.
2261
01:45:45.840 --> 01:45:49.880
The Chiefs play the Chargers in Brazil on Friday.
2262
01:45:51.119 --> 01:45:52.800
What time would that lock in? Buddy?
2263
01:45:53.119 --> 01:45:55.439
Has there been a Brazilian game on the schedule before that?
2264
01:45:55.479 --> 01:45:58.479
I didn't know about Packers Eagles Brazil?
2265
01:45:58.800 --> 01:45:59.039
Yes?
2266
01:45:59.479 --> 01:46:03.159
Remember the Eagles were black Germany. No, they also played
2267
01:46:03.159 --> 01:46:05.359
in Germany. It was a German game, but the Eagles
2268
01:46:05.359 --> 01:46:08.239
had to wear black because they were like, there's gang activity.
2269
01:46:09.039 --> 01:46:11.520
People don't like it if you wear the green in
2270
01:46:11.680 --> 01:46:13.800
the home teams stadium or whatever.
2271
01:46:13.800 --> 01:46:14.079
It was.
2272
01:46:14.119 --> 01:46:16.560
So the white and I think the pack the Packwards
2273
01:46:16.560 --> 01:46:19.000
were white, Eagles were black. Okay, let's go back all right.
2274
01:46:19.079 --> 01:46:21.079
NFL season number one thing in September.
2275
01:46:21.199 --> 01:46:24.720
Dude, we have football number one every week until twenty
2276
01:46:24.760 --> 01:46:25.439
twenty six.
2277
01:46:25.359 --> 01:46:27.239
College football started. I know you guys were nuts on
2278
01:46:27.279 --> 01:46:30.840
college football that started this weekend. The US Open is
2279
01:46:30.880 --> 01:46:34.279
still going on, right, so that runs through this Sunday.
2280
01:46:36.000 --> 01:46:38.520
I guess people get excited about the Ryder Cup, Oil
2281
01:46:38.560 --> 01:46:40.159
and guess Gregil get excited about.
2282
01:46:39.960 --> 01:46:43.239
It because the USA against the rest of Europe. So like, okay,
2283
01:46:43.239 --> 01:46:45.079
so can I wear white to the Ryders' Cup?
2284
01:46:45.119 --> 01:46:45.920
What sport does that?
2285
01:46:46.079 --> 01:46:46.680
Golf? Gold?
2286
01:46:46.720 --> 01:46:47.039
Okay?
2287
01:46:47.239 --> 01:46:50.000
And it's always the home team that usually wins. It's
2288
01:46:50.039 --> 01:46:52.279
in the US, so okay.
2289
01:46:52.319 --> 01:46:55.840
That starts on the twenty sixth Beth Page Black, I believe, Okay,
2290
01:46:56.840 --> 01:46:59.319
it seems silly to talk about movies anymore.
2291
01:47:00.439 --> 01:47:01.560
There is a really are excited about it.
2292
01:47:01.560 --> 01:47:03.640
There's not a Thor or an Iron Man or anything.
2293
01:47:03.680 --> 01:47:07.920
And it's like, if it's not Superheroes or if it's
2294
01:47:08.159 --> 01:47:09.960
K pop Demon Hunters. I don't think you guys get
2295
01:47:09.960 --> 01:47:10.920
excited anymore.
2296
01:47:11.279 --> 01:47:13.319
That's all Alex and I get excited.
2297
01:47:15.039 --> 01:47:16.239
Dem all right.
2298
01:47:16.319 --> 01:47:18.439
So for the old people out there, I'm one of you.
2299
01:47:18.640 --> 01:47:23.439
Spinal Tap two September twelfth comes out it's gonna be horrible,
2300
01:47:23.800 --> 01:47:28.119
but I'm gonna want to watch it. Colin Ferrell and
2301
01:47:28.159 --> 01:47:30.159
Margot Robbie have a big movie, it's supposed to be
2302
01:47:30.199 --> 01:47:31.319
a big deal comes out of the.
2303
01:47:31.359 --> 01:47:33.560
Nineteenth The Big, Bold, Beautiful Journey.
2304
01:47:33.720 --> 01:47:36.800
Oh if if you haven't seen promos for it yet,
2305
01:47:36.840 --> 01:47:39.279
you will, Okay, And then.
2306
01:47:39.159 --> 01:47:41.079
It's a big deal. When Leonardo DiCaprio has a.
2307
01:47:41.000 --> 01:47:42.520
Movie coming out, right, maybe coming out.
2308
01:47:42.560 --> 01:47:43.399
He has a movie.
2309
01:47:43.159 --> 01:47:47.560
Coming out, it's on the twenty sixth, and it's Paul
2310
01:47:47.640 --> 01:47:51.640
Thomas Anderson's new movie, One Battle after Another. All Right,
2311
01:47:51.640 --> 01:47:55.159
When Leo's in a movie, I agree, it's big. He's
2312
01:47:56.319 --> 01:47:58.199
he's our Robert de Niro.
2313
01:48:00.800 --> 01:48:03.479
Sure, was Robert Demiro ever a sex symbol?
2314
01:48:03.880 --> 01:48:06.319
No, But Scorsese is their guy.
2315
01:48:06.359 --> 01:48:10.239
They're Scorsese guys, and Leo is the new Scorsese guy,
2316
01:48:10.720 --> 01:48:11.399
you know, even.
2317
01:48:11.279 --> 01:48:12.920
Though Demiro is still being used.
2318
01:48:13.840 --> 01:48:16.239
I feel like there's a bit where they're arguing about
2319
01:48:16.239 --> 01:48:18.920
their director and who's been in more movies with scores,
2320
01:48:19.960 --> 01:48:22.560
which I think Demiro still has the no on the
2321
01:48:22.680 --> 01:48:28.039
lee maybe only murders in the building. I've already checked
2322
01:48:28.039 --> 01:48:30.960
out of that. Like four seasons ago, you mentioned the
2323
01:48:31.039 --> 01:48:34.399
VMA's are on Sunday. They're showing They're showing videos on
2324
01:48:34.439 --> 01:48:36.319
some of these other MTV networks.
2325
01:48:36.319 --> 01:48:37.359
You gotta go search and form.
2326
01:48:37.520 --> 01:48:39.479
But they are going to show videos twenty four to seven.
2327
01:48:39.640 --> 01:48:43.800
Not on MTV, just MTV two, MTV the O show
2328
01:48:44.359 --> 01:48:44.880
MTV is.
2329
01:48:44.960 --> 01:48:49.000
VH one is still the channel. Nobody can answer that,
2330
01:48:48.960 --> 01:48:53.000
I think, so okay, time into my head. I would
2331
01:48:53.000 --> 01:48:53.479
not answer it.
2332
01:48:53.600 --> 01:48:57.880
Remember when, remember VH one was like the old people
2333
01:48:57.960 --> 01:48:58.680
video channel.
2334
01:48:58.960 --> 01:49:01.520
They used to show videos on the That was cool. Yeah,
2335
01:49:01.920 --> 01:49:04.800
video VH one used to be dope. It was awesome.
2336
01:49:06.479 --> 01:49:09.039
The Emmys are coming up on the fourteenth. Hell yeah, dude,
2337
01:49:09.119 --> 01:49:10.760
can't wait. Which one is that?
2338
01:49:10.920 --> 01:49:11.079
Is that?
2339
01:49:11.199 --> 01:49:14.119
Movies? Obviously Emmys is TV.
2340
01:49:14.560 --> 01:49:15.159
I don't know.
2341
01:49:15.319 --> 01:49:18.399
Nate Bargatzi is gonna host. They'll do a great job.
2342
01:49:18.840 --> 01:49:21.720
Dancing with the Stars comes back. They've been advertising that.
2343
01:49:21.760 --> 01:49:24.479
Hell yeah, yeah, Dancing with the Stars comes up on
2344
01:49:24.520 --> 01:49:25.079
the sixties. Yeah.
2345
01:49:25.119 --> 01:49:27.000
They still make us feel like we need to know
2346
01:49:27.399 --> 01:49:30.319
the celebrities. We need to know, like what TikTok star
2347
01:49:30.520 --> 01:49:31.439
is going to be dancing.
2348
01:49:31.840 --> 01:49:33.840
I think some of Alex's Mormon wives are going to
2349
01:49:33.880 --> 01:49:34.439
be on this year.
2350
01:49:34.880 --> 01:49:37.920
Not my warm watch yeah, I heard how you should
2351
01:49:37.960 --> 01:49:40.000
have the one what my watches it and I watched
2352
01:49:40.000 --> 01:49:40.359
it with her.
2353
01:49:40.439 --> 01:49:41.680
I hear you chattering about it.
2354
01:49:41.720 --> 01:49:44.039
Side note if anybody watched unknown number this weekend, would
2355
01:49:44.079 --> 01:49:44.960
like to chat about it with me?
2356
01:49:45.000 --> 01:49:46.720
And my wife watched it, so I watched it. Well,
2357
01:49:48.439 --> 01:49:49.680
the first real day of fall.
2358
01:49:49.800 --> 01:49:52.000
It's not fall yet, it's still summer, but the first
2359
01:49:52.039 --> 01:49:55.039
real day of fall is Monday, September twenty second. If
2360
01:49:55.079 --> 01:49:58.439
you want the really specifics of case, somebody will well.
2361
01:49:58.439 --> 01:50:00.760
Rod, you know it starts at two nineteen pm.
2362
01:50:01.279 --> 01:50:03.479
Well that would be one nineteen, smart guy, because we're
2363
01:50:03.520 --> 01:50:07.000
on Central Standard time boom, So at one nineteen on
2364
01:50:07.039 --> 01:50:12.119
the September twenty second, that'll be uh, summer over gone.
2365
01:50:12.319 --> 01:50:15.880
My anniversary's also this week and weekend or year, month month,
2366
01:50:16.000 --> 01:50:18.720
Your anniversary the September tenth.
2367
