MENGENAI EPISOD INI
Jonas and James recap the Maple Leafs ugliest loss of the season, a 6-5 OT loss to Ottawa in which they lead 5-1 after 2 periods of play. The guys discuss what to do with John Tavares and William Nylander, should they be split up, with Nylander pairing with Matthews and Marner skating with the Captain? The guys also praise the work of Auston Matthews this season, who might be the best player in the NHL right now.
Jonas & Mirtle talk about how Freddy Andersen looks fatigued and with back to back games vs Ottawa later in the week, that pretty much will guarantee that Michael Hutchinson will get his first start of the season on Thursday.
The guys take a look at trade possibilities involving Mikael Grandlund, Eric Staal and Sam Bennett, as the team struggles to find combinations that work on their third line.
Finally the guys take your questions in the latest Leaf Report Podbag on subjects including the fourth line, Vesey, Hutch, Engvall and the newly acquired Alex Galchenyuk.
