MENGENAI EPISOD INI
This episode's guest is Michel Bachmann, global community weaver from Switzerland. His work in the social impact space began as co-founder Impact Hub Zürich, where he also led the transition of the global Impact Hub network towards a distributed organization with 100+ spaces across the world. Since then, has worked with numerous global networks to grow community and cultivate a culture of genuine co-creation for the regeneration of our planet, and co-authored a powerful Community Weaving Framework (www.community-weaving.org) as partner of Together Institute.
In this conversation, we talk about how Michel's work within the field of systems change has evolved over the last decade, the challenges of creating a community FOR community weavers, as well as his own leadership journey as a "community entrepreneur".
