Not Another Personal Trainer - Episode #12

The fitness industry is full of quick fixes, fad diets and coaches promising life-changing results in 30 days. But what happens when you strip away the marketing and focus on what actually works?

In this episode of The Clockwork Junkie Podcast, I sit down with personal trainer Shauna from *Not Another PT* for an honest conversation about health, fitness and the realities of helping people make lasting changes in their lives.

We discuss the powerful connection between physical health and mental wellbeing, the truth about nutrition, sustainable weight loss, training for the long term and why consistency will always beat extremes.

We also talk about the darker side of the fitness industry. The copy-and-paste coaching plans, social media gurus, unrealistic promises and the difference between trainers who genuinely care about their clients and those simply chasing money.

What stood out most about Shauna was how down-to-earth, open and knowledgeable she is. This wasn't a conversation about six-pack abs or fitness trends. It was a conversation about becoming healthier, stronger and happier in a way that actually lasts. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've spent years trying different diets and workout plans, there's something in this episode for everyone.

A refreshing, honest and practical discussion about fitness, mindset and building a healthier life.
