MENGENAI EPISOD INI
🎙 In this episode of Systemize Your Success, I sit down with Emilie Schario, VP of engineering at Anaconda and the co-founder of the agentic engineering platform Kilo AI.
Together, we explore a way to automatically choose and deploy the right AI tool for each problem.
We cover building workflows that adapt automatically as AI models change, and we explain how to delegate work to AI with the same clarity and feedback loop you would use for a new staff member. This episode will help you to choose the right AI solution and deploy it in a way that ensures it works from the start and carries on working correctly for years.
Don’t forget to subscribe to make sure you never miss an episode and get the show notes, full transcript, and my best plug‑and‑play systems for free so you can systemise faster and free up more time for real, human work – you can get it all at https://www.systemizeyoursuccess.com
KEY TAKEAWAYS
💡 Future-Proof Your AI Automation: Tech changes fast, so build workflows around your business processes rather than specific AI tools. This ensures you can easily swap in cheaper, smarter solutions as they emerge.
💡 Delegate to AI Like a Human Intern: Giving tasks to AI requires the same clarity as onboarding a new employee. Document step-by-step processes, start with small, low-risk tasks, use a human to test the process, then assign it to AI and use feedback loops to pick up any errors early.
💡 Check ROI Before Building: Just because AI lets you build custom solutions in minutes doesn't mean you should always use it. Run new ideas through a strict ROI filter to ensure AI is the right answer. Sometimes it still makes more sense to buy an off-the-shelf solution.
