Mentors

They are inescapable in the geek landscape: mentors. Old, scruffy men who will tell you how to live your life. We have four examples of mentors, one of them is terrible, and three of them are not terrible, but... not that great of a mentor either.

This week's titles are:

07.24 The Matrix (movie, 1999)

19.10 Professor Layton and the Curious Village (game, 2007)

30.14 ‘Stick’ (Daredevil season 1, episode 7, TV, 2015)

39.22 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1-7 (comic, 1984)

Our intro theme is called The Lift and it is performed by Seventh Gear.

And that horrible song at the end of the episode is 'Skipping Stones' by Master Splinter, during the Out of our Shells tour. Look it up on YouTube. It's wonderful. And terrible.
