Prime Effect - Trailer

We believe everyone needs to access the tools to build their own mental fitness to live an easier life. Sport stars aren’t lucky - they’re the product of years of building a mentally fit approach to help them succeed in all parts of their life.

In this podcast, we deep-dive into the experience of current and former elite athletes and look at what helped them achieve their success and handle those inevitable setbacks. We lift the lid on inner-sanctum experiences from our sports-star days - stories that are often hilarious, never heard before, real and raw - all demonstrating the consistency that’s needed to achieve peak mental fitness to cope with everyday challenges and improve performance.

We connect their tried-and-tested strategies back to the evidence-based positive psychology that our mental health programs are built on and show how our listeners can adopt these tools into all parts of their life, every day.

Our guests and Prime Effect ‘Athlete Ambassadors’ include NRL stars, Rugby Unions Stars, AFL Stars, Olympians and Paralympians, as well as other successful Australian professionals.
