72 | Inside Nomad Summit: What's Coming to Chiang Mai 2027

What's changing in the digital nomad world – and what does that mean for Nomad Summit 2027?

In this special episode, Palle turns the tables on his usual co-hosts, Christoph Huebner and Alexandra Mielnicka, and puts them in the guest seats. They look ahead to the next Nomad Summit in Chiang Mai and share what they're planning, what they learned from previous events, and how the community itself is changing.

They talk about the growing focus on location-independent entrepreneurship, the return of AI matchmaking, plans to expand the Buildathon, the role of AI and "counter-AI," and why Chiang Mai remains the home of Nomad Summit.

Plus, Christoph and Alexandra reveal what really makes them feel an event has been successful – and it has much less to do with what happens on stage than you might think.

Key Takeaways

• AI will remain important in 2027, alongside questions about what works beyond AI.
• The real measure of success is the connections and community that continue beyond the main conference.
