Key Quotes from the Guest
“It’s not God putting me through hardship. It is literally just this is business. Learn to roll with the punches and have the systems in place so you’re not wavering.” 💼
“Autopay is a given. You must pay autopay. I gave too many people a little bit of leeway… not anymore.” 💳
“Communication is vital. You didn’t communicate that you were unhappy or needed something different, and I didn’t even have a chance to support you.” 🧭
“You’re still going to learn things that are going to change in different phases of your business, even six years in.” 🌱
“You read terms and conditions and wonder why they’re there—it’s because someone went through something and made sure it never happened again.” 📄
“Sometimes as women we think about their situation first, but we’re business owners too. If someone did this to them, they would be livid.” ⚖️
“A lot of our work is invisible. You’re paying for the expertise and the speed in which I can do that and convey that information.” ⏱️
“If you’re booked right now, be booked. Still talk about it and tell people, look—I’m booked and busy. Isn’t that beautiful?” 📅
“Write down the wins your clients have had and compare them to what they invested. That reminder helps you stand confidently in your pricing.” 📊
“If someone isn’t ready to change their habits, you’re going to be chasing and pulling them forward emotionally—and that’s not sustainable.” 🚧
