BOLD PREDICTIONS: Carnell Tate BREAKOUT GAME STILL COMING & Anthony Hill Wins Rookie of the Month

The Tennessee Titans face the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday and Carnell Tate is due for a massive game. Tate has been on the cusp each and every week, but the up and down play of Cam Ward has cost him. This is the week that Tate gets multiple scores and makes up for lost time. On defense, Anthony Hill just won defensive rookie of the month in the NFL and he is set to finally make his first turnover play(which he should have already). Hill will have rookie lumps, but he is an excellent source of excitement for Titans fans when there aren't many. Tyler also gives his plays on the the Titans line and score.
