OKC Thunder Makes INTERESTING Two-Way Add | What Happens to Otega Oweh? | Expectations for Rookie

Oklahoma City Thunder shake up their two-way contracts, reportedly adding defensive specialist Micah Peavy and signaling big changes for Otega Oweh after his season-ending Achilles injury. With roster spots in flux, is this the strategic depth OKC needs for a demanding NBA schedule, or just the first domino in a bigger plan?

The conversation focused on Peavy’s potential as a versatile wing defender, his fit and how OKC’s developmental system maximizes G League talent. Insights include the Thunder’s approach to injury management, expectations for rookie Thomas Sorber’s NBA readiness, and why organizational history—even for rehabbing players—sets OKC apart. Can Peavy’s defense elevate the second unit? Will Sorber and Topić become key contributors after extended absences? Tune in for Rylan Stiles on what these moves mean for the Thunder's playoff ambitions.
