MENGENAI EPISOD INI
Things Women don’t talk about
This series is about "Things Women Don’t Talk About" and it’s made of conversations with a woman guest around topics seldom discussed, whether difficult or "not serious enough" to be broadcasted, mundane or sacred, dark or light, taboo or fun, because no subject is off the table!
These conversations are recorded "live", seldom edited and are now shared in my podcast. And anywhere else the guest feels like sharing!
Growing up sad and lonely as a sensitive child in a dysfunctional family, Joie Seldon’s search for fulfillment as an adult ultimately led her to realize that her emotions were her savior. Her journey as an actor and acting teacher, student of metaphysics and ten years as a somatic psychology therapist led to her life’s purpose as an emotion educator. She is the author of EMOTIONS: An Owner’s Manual and a life coach for spiritually oriented professionals, with clients at NASA, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Blue Shield and more. Working globally, Joie helps clients release internal conditioning that blocks external success, and take actions that align with their values and life purpose. This fall she will launch the Emotion Evolution Institute, offering certification courses in Evolutionary Emotional Intelligence.
IIE Podcast, Emotions are Your Super Power, with Joie Seldon
Emotions are often viewed as a weakness, and women bear the brunt of that belief. Our emotions are dismissed or denied. Yet, so much of the conflict and discord in today's world stems from a lack of knowledge, understanding and healthy processing of our emotions. Emotions offer us a wealth of information that we can utilize to make wise choices, forge strong relationships and fulfill our greatest desires.
