In this episode, I'm sitting down with Shea Ki - Board Certified Coach, mom of two, and host of Inner Work Chats - to talk about something a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs feel but can't quite name: knowing you're meant to help people, without knowing which path is actually yours.
We get into the Lightworker Archetype Assessment I launched late last year, and why "I know I'm called to this work" and "I know how I'm supposed to do this work" are two completely different kinds of clarity. So many coaches, healers, and lightworkers stay stuck chasing a business model that was never built for them, just because it's the one they saw modeled first.
Shea and I chat about:
- What the Lightworker Archetype system actually is, and the years of client patterns that led me to build it
- Why I built it - coaches, healers, and lightworkers kept borrowing business models that fit someone else's gifts, not their own
- The different archetypes and what each one is naturally wired to do - some are built to teach, some to hold space, some to build and structure, some to channel and create
If you've ever felt the pull to help people but talked yourself out of it because you didn't know which lane was yours - this episode is for you 💜
ABOUT SHEA KI
Shea Ki is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), Mom of two, and host of Inner Work Chats. With a master’s-level background in counseling and human development and 15+ years of coaching experience, she helps people hear themselves more clearly, trust what they hear, and create meaningful change from the inside out.
A holistic career changer herself, Shea knows our work can evolve as we do—sometimes even requiring a new title or two along the way. Her show, formerly Career & Life Momentum Chats, became Inner Work Chats as her own work deepened beyond career change into the inner work underneath our outer upgrades.
