00:00:19.239 --> 00:00:22.519
Hello everyone, I am Jeff and welcome to History and Factor.
2
00:00:22.559 --> 00:00:25.039
It's about today pas in the Bacoo media. It's February
3
00:00:25.039 --> 00:00:25.760
the twenty third.
4
00:00:28.079 --> 00:00:33.759
Banana bread. Banana bread. Oh, you've got to master up
5
00:00:33.840 --> 00:00:39.759
bananas and them make them in a tasty bread. Then
6
00:00:39.880 --> 00:00:44.359
you've got to eat them. Then you'll understand how good
7
00:00:44.520 --> 00:00:45.960
banana bread is.
8
00:00:46.920 --> 00:00:51.600
It is National Banana Bread Day. During World War One,
9
00:00:51.840 --> 00:00:53.880
with most of the ships being used to fight the war,
10
00:00:53.920 --> 00:00:56.159
there weren't enough ships to bring the bananas from Hawaii
11
00:00:56.240 --> 00:00:58.320
to the mainland. Hawaiians they didn't know what to do
12
00:00:58.359 --> 00:01:01.159
with all those bananas. They were stacking them. In nineteen eighteen,
13
00:01:01.200 --> 00:01:03.799
the Mallley newspaper it printed a recipe on how to
14
00:01:03.880 --> 00:01:06.519
use bananas to make bread. That worked pretty good at
15
00:01:06.519 --> 00:01:08.760
stay in Hawaiian. But then in the nineteen thirties during
16
00:01:08.760 --> 00:01:11.239
the Great Depression. Yeah, people they didn't want to throw
17
00:01:11.239 --> 00:01:14.239
away any food, so they started using that recipe over
18
00:01:14.280 --> 00:01:18.480
here for overwrite bananas, big head. Now there are lots
19
00:01:18.519 --> 00:01:21.239
of recipes for banana bread. Now, if you bake some today,
20
00:01:21.239 --> 00:01:24.159
it'll make your house smell good. Overall, banana bread, it's
21
00:01:24.200 --> 00:01:26.799
fairly good for you. It's not that bad securly depends
22
00:01:26.840 --> 00:01:28.799
on the recipe. Someone can be a little high in sugar,
23
00:01:29.280 --> 00:01:31.799
so why they a baker? BI just enjoy some banana
24
00:01:31.799 --> 00:01:34.400
bread today. All right, this is going on entertainment On
25
00:01:34.439 --> 00:01:37.519
February twenty third, It's about Your nineteen fifty six number
26
00:01:37.519 --> 00:01:40.840
one album was the Oklahoma movie soundtrack. Kse Starr had
27
00:01:40.879 --> 00:01:43.840
the number one song with rock and roll waltz They.
28
00:01:44.680 --> 00:01:51.400
In the Night was a wonderful scene. Mom was dancing
29
00:01:51.599 --> 00:01:55.680
with Dad to my record machine.
30
00:01:57.200 --> 00:01:58.959
And while they.
31
00:01:59.040 --> 00:02:05.439
Danced, only one thing was wrong. They were trying to
32
00:02:05.719 --> 00:02:09.800
wau to a rocking Rose song.
33
00:02:11.360 --> 00:02:13.439
That was Presley had the number one country song with
34
00:02:13.599 --> 00:02:18.199
I Forgot to remember, to Forget, I thought God to
35
00:02:18.479 --> 00:02:21.439
raton too fog get.
36
00:02:25.479 --> 00:02:30.240
I can't seem to get her from a mind.
37
00:02:33.719 --> 00:02:36.439
I thought I never miss her.
38
00:02:37.800 --> 00:02:41.400
The number one book was Andersonville by McKinley Canter. The
39
00:02:41.400 --> 00:02:45.319
top movie was Lieutenant war Skirtz, a former military officer.
40
00:02:45.360 --> 00:02:48.039
He tried to reenlist, but he failed his medical exam. Well,
41
00:02:48.080 --> 00:02:49.919
his wife, she was really listening with him. Yeah, she
42
00:02:49.919 --> 00:02:52.919
got into the Air Force, gave me a really star officer. Well,
43
00:02:53.000 --> 00:02:54.800
the guy he didn't like being a house husband, so
44
00:02:54.840 --> 00:02:56.639
he tried to do what he could to get her discharged.
45
00:02:57.120 --> 00:03:01.000
Star Tom Yule, Sherry North, and Rita Marina. Let's see
46
00:03:01.039 --> 00:03:04.199
what happened. On February of the twenty third, eighteen thirty six,
47
00:03:04.240 --> 00:03:07.319
in San Antonio, Texas, the Battle of the Alamo began.
48
00:03:07.759 --> 00:03:10.719
Mexican general sent that and over twenty one hundred Mexican
49
00:03:10.759 --> 00:03:14.120
soldiers decided to take out a couple hundred Texas freedom fighters. Yeah,
50
00:03:14.120 --> 00:03:15.680
they were held up in the Alamo. It was a
51
00:03:15.719 --> 00:03:18.360
mission that turned into a fortress. Now, on this very
52
00:03:18.360 --> 00:03:20.639
first day, there were just a couple of small skirmishes,
53
00:03:20.719 --> 00:03:23.360
nothing big. Now the battle is going to last thirteen days,
54
00:03:23.400 --> 00:03:25.400
so it'd be interesting to see how it turns out.
55
00:03:26.280 --> 00:03:29.120
Eighteen ninety six, Leo Hirschfeld, he invented the Titsy role.
56
00:03:29.639 --> 00:03:32.599
Now I named his caramel and chocolate creation after his
57
00:03:32.680 --> 00:03:36.520
daughter Claire. Yeah, her nickname was Titsy. World War Two,
58
00:03:36.599 --> 00:03:39.479
in nineteen forty five and the Battle of Ewogima, the
59
00:03:39.599 --> 00:03:41.800
United States Marine raised the US flag on the top
60
00:03:41.879 --> 00:03:44.919
of Mountain Serabacci. Now it's one of the most iconic
61
00:03:44.960 --> 00:03:47.280
and famous images of World War Two. Now when you
62
00:03:47.319 --> 00:03:49.199
see him raising up that flag, you think the battle
63
00:03:49.240 --> 00:03:51.479
must be over. No, not even close. They actually had
64
00:03:51.520 --> 00:03:53.840
to keep fighting until March twenty sixth. All they had
65
00:03:53.879 --> 00:03:55.599
done at that point is captured the highest point on
66
00:03:55.639 --> 00:04:00.199
the island. Nineteen fifty four, the first mass inoculation the
67
00:04:00.280 --> 00:04:02.680
polio vaccine were given out. It was at the Arsenal
68
00:04:02.719 --> 00:04:06.240
Elementary School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Did any of you ever
69
00:04:06.280 --> 00:04:08.719
know that? Yeah, Jesus was a pop song. Yeah, he
70
00:04:08.759 --> 00:04:09.960
wrote a huge pop song.
71
00:04:12.759 --> 00:04:15.039
In Heavens Hollow me.
72
00:04:17.680 --> 00:04:22.279
Hiking calla will be Dom on Earth?
73
00:04:22.759 --> 00:04:23.079
It is.
74
00:04:27.240 --> 00:04:28.639
I wonder if I had to go to confession for
75
00:04:28.680 --> 00:04:31.519
not playing the whole song. Nineteen seventy four, a Catholic
76
00:04:31.639 --> 00:04:34.560
nun over in Australia, Sister Janet Mean Yeah, she was
77
00:04:34.600 --> 00:04:36.560
recording a Christian album and she just liked, you know what,
78
00:04:36.639 --> 00:04:38.079
I'm just gonna put the Lord's Prayer on there as
79
00:04:38.079 --> 00:04:40.120
one of those songs. Well, I went to number one
80
00:04:40.120 --> 00:04:42.560
in Australia today, it went to number one in the
81
00:04:42.639 --> 00:04:44.639
United State, went to number four in the United States.
82
00:04:44.920 --> 00:04:47.600
Get this, Jesus He did get songwriting credit for it. Yeah,
83
00:04:47.639 --> 00:04:49.959
he wrote all the lyrics. Sister Janet, she gave all
84
00:04:50.000 --> 00:04:51.600
the money that was made from the song to charity.
85
00:04:52.360 --> 00:04:54.720
Now before today, it had a perfect safety record. In
86
00:04:54.759 --> 00:04:57.079
two thousand and eight, though they had an Air Force
87
00:04:57.120 --> 00:04:59.680
B two bomber crashed on the island of Guam. Now
88
00:04:59.759 --> 00:05:02.519
look the crew they did escape unharmed. But it is
89
00:05:02.519 --> 00:05:05.319
the most expensive airplane crash in history. Yeah, the B
90
00:05:05.439 --> 00:05:13.079
two bomber at that time cost one point two billion dollars. Joke, joke, joke.
91
00:05:13.160 --> 00:05:15.040
Shug Dish SHIBIRF Day.
92
00:05:15.360 --> 00:05:18.839
We gonna he left Dish Shibfday. We got simpatage.
93
00:05:18.879 --> 00:05:21.279
He was like, this SHIBIRF Day, and you know you
94
00:05:21.279 --> 00:05:23.040
don't give up the birthday.
95
00:05:23.680 --> 00:05:26.079
So I was born on February of their twenty third.
96
00:05:26.399 --> 00:05:29.199
Actor Peter Fonda. Peter is born in New York City
97
00:05:29.240 --> 00:05:32.160
in nineteen forty. His dad was actor Henry Fonda. His
98
00:05:32.199 --> 00:05:34.079
older sister actress Jane Fonda.
99
00:05:34.240 --> 00:05:34.480
Peter.
100
00:05:34.639 --> 00:05:36.519
He went to college at the University of nebasket O
101
00:05:36.600 --> 00:05:39.480
Maha to study acting. Why well, that's where his dad
102
00:05:39.480 --> 00:05:41.839
grew up. Now, Peter, he really hit big when he
103
00:05:41.879 --> 00:05:44.079
co wrote and starred in the movie Easy Rider. Then
104
00:05:44.120 --> 00:05:47.720
he did Yili's Gold, Ghost Rider, Wild Hogs three, Tender Yuma.
105
00:05:48.319 --> 00:05:50.600
He had two children from his first wife. They were actors.
106
00:05:50.600 --> 00:05:53.160
Bridget Fonda and her brother married his second wife for
107
00:05:53.160 --> 00:05:55.399
thirty six years, and he married his third wife and
108
00:05:55.480 --> 00:05:58.639
twenty eleven Peter. He died from lung cancer in twenty nineteen,
109
00:05:58.639 --> 00:05:59.720
at seventy nine years old.
110
00:06:00.240 --> 00:06:04.279
I said, mon, say what I said. You can do
111
00:06:04.360 --> 00:06:05.160
what you wanted.
112
00:06:06.519 --> 00:06:09.279
Next time you suit a coming man. You've got a
113
00:06:09.399 --> 00:06:18.040
run upside? Why are you walt this killing?
114
00:06:18.160 --> 00:06:22.000
Don up set out how sixty one?
115
00:06:22.680 --> 00:06:25.879
That was blues rock guitarist and singer Johnny Winter. He
116
00:06:25.920 --> 00:06:28.839
was born in Beaumont, Texas, in nineteen forty four. His
117
00:06:28.959 --> 00:06:32.480
younger brother, Edgar Winter. Now, both were born with albinoism.
118
00:06:32.519 --> 00:06:35.279
They both had really poor eyesight. Now Johnny he started
119
00:06:35.279 --> 00:06:37.759
releasing records when he was fifteen years old. Probably had
120
00:06:37.759 --> 00:06:40.199
his big success though yet, producing other artists and playing
121
00:06:40.240 --> 00:06:42.560
guitar on their records. But I guess he did alright.
122
00:06:42.639 --> 00:06:46.639
Solo Highway sixty one, Rolling and Thossin ain't nothing to me.
123
00:06:46.839 --> 00:06:49.120
I know some of his hits. He got married nineteen
124
00:06:49.199 --> 00:06:51.800
ninety three. Johnny died from emphasium in twenty fourteen, at
125
00:06:51.839 --> 00:06:55.800
seventy years old, two days after his last concert. Actress

127
00:07:00.079 --> 00:07:02.399
She did get She did a whole lot of theater.
128
00:07:02.439 --> 00:07:05.000
We're talking a lot. Finally hit big on TV. YEP.
129
00:07:05.120 --> 00:07:07.879
She started in Home Improvement. She played Tim Allen's wife Jill,
130
00:07:08.439 --> 00:07:10.800
and she did Strong Medicine. Some of her movies were
131
00:07:10.879 --> 00:07:14.879

132
00:07:14.959 --> 00:07:16.600
was just on Netflix, like a year or so ago.
133
00:07:17.240 --> 00:07:19.199
She was married once for thirteen years and they had
134
00:07:19.199 --> 00:07:42.279
three children. At Soward Jones. He's seventy. He is born
135
00:07:42.319 --> 00:07:45.079
in Southampton, England. Now he's turned in the United States
136
00:07:45.160 --> 00:07:46.399
right now. If you want to go see him, check
137
00:07:46.399 --> 00:07:48.399
out and see if he's coming near your town. Some
138
00:07:48.439 --> 00:07:50.319
of his big hits from back in the nineteen eighties
139
00:07:50.319 --> 00:07:53.199
were what is Love? Things can only get better? Life
140
00:07:53.199 --> 00:07:56.279
in one day, no one else to blame. Now, I
141
00:07:56.319 --> 00:07:58.519
think with all the electronics and I think they actually
142
00:07:58.519 --> 00:08:00.720
call him a synthpop artist. I'm not sure, not like
143
00:08:00.839 --> 00:08:04.160
an electronics anyway. I already married nineteen seventy seven and
144
00:08:04.160 --> 00:08:21.600

171
00:09:38.320 --> 00:09:40.639
got married in twenty ten and they have two daughters.
172
00:09:41.720 --> 00:09:44.159
Thirty one year old actress Dakota Fannings. She was born
173
00:09:44.159 --> 00:09:47.039
in Conyers, Georgia. Now she was seven when she first
174
00:09:47.120 --> 00:09:48.399
hit and big in the movie it was called I
175
00:09:48.440 --> 00:09:51.360
Am Sam. Now she's thirty one. She's already made over
176
00:09:51.360 --> 00:09:53.919
fifty movies. Now, I know she's done a lot since then,
177
00:09:53.919 --> 00:09:55.879
but I still think her best movie was Man on Fire.
178
00:09:56.279 --> 00:09:58.759
But she did a good job in War of the Worlds, Twilight,
179
00:09:58.879 --> 00:10:01.879
soccer movies, Once on a Time in Hollywood. Nope, she
180
00:10:01.919 --> 00:10:05.120
hasn't married yet. Still pretty young. Now, if you want
181
00:10:05.120 --> 00:10:07.480
to bake banana bread today, but you don't have any
182
00:10:07.559 --> 00:10:09.679
ripe bananas, what you do is you take your bananas
183
00:10:09.720 --> 00:10:11.320
and you place them in a brown paper bag with
184
00:10:11.360 --> 00:10:13.720
some other fruit like an apple. Yeah, it speeds up
185
00:10:13.759 --> 00:10:18.120
the ripening process. Save fruits just naturally released in ethylene gas. Yeah,
186
00:10:18.159 --> 00:10:21.240
that speeds up ripening. Well, thank you for listening today,
187
00:10:21.240 --> 00:10:22.879
and don't forget to follow us on whoever you're listening to.
188
00:10:22.960 --> 00:10:25.799
His on poet John Keats, he died today in eighteen
189
00:10:25.840 --> 00:10:28.919
twenty one, at twenty five years old. He said love
190
00:10:29.000 --> 00:10:32.240
is my religion. I can die for it. Kind of
191
00:10:32.399 --> 00:10:34.799
wonder at twenty five if he didn't do that. All right,
192
00:10:34.840 --> 00:10:38.679
Today's Country Underground Radio Artist of the Day it's Clay Rigden.
193
00:10:39.039 --> 00:10:41.159
We're gonna end with his song ninety eight Proof, So
194
00:10:41.279 --> 00:10:43.159
you guys have an awesome day and we'll talk tomorrow.
195
00:10:44.080 --> 00:10:54.240
Let's race that classes Jones and say.
196
00:10:54.960 --> 00:10:56.320
This whiskey w.
197
00:11:00.000 --> 00:11:09.039
News in town. Now Greene gone down and bring you
198
00:11:09.519 --> 00:11:12.240
back from where you're gone. You're long.
199
00:11:14.080 --> 00:11:16.919
That's the Stone culture I'm living.
200
00:11:17.159 --> 00:11:18.440
Ninety eight tru
1
00:00:19.239 --> 00:00:22.519
Hello everyone, I am Jeff and welcome to History and Factor.
2
00:00:22.559 --> 00:00:25.039
It's about today pas in the Bacoo media. It's February
3
00:00:25.039 --> 00:00:25.760
the twenty third.
4
00:00:28.079 --> 00:00:33.759
Banana bread. Banana bread. Oh, you've got to master up
5
00:00:33.840 --> 00:00:39.759
bananas and them make them in a tasty bread. Then
6
00:00:39.880 --> 00:00:44.359
you've got to eat them. Then you'll understand how good
7
00:00:44.520 --> 00:00:45.960
banana bread is.
8
00:00:46.920 --> 00:00:51.600
It is National Banana Bread Day. During World War One,
9
00:00:51.840 --> 00:00:53.880
with most of the ships being used to fight the war,
10
00:00:53.920 --> 00:00:56.159
there weren't enough ships to bring the bananas from Hawaii
11
00:00:56.240 --> 00:00:58.320
to the mainland. Hawaiians they didn't know what to do
12
00:00:58.359 --> 00:01:01.159
with all those bananas. They were stacking them. In nineteen eighteen,
13
00:01:01.200 --> 00:01:03.799
the Mallley newspaper it printed a recipe on how to
14
00:01:03.880 --> 00:01:06.519
use bananas to make bread. That worked pretty good at
15
00:01:06.519 --> 00:01:08.760
stay in Hawaiian. But then in the nineteen thirties during
16
00:01:08.760 --> 00:01:11.239
the Great Depression. Yeah, people they didn't want to throw
17
00:01:11.239 --> 00:01:14.239
away any food, so they started using that recipe over
18
00:01:14.280 --> 00:01:18.480
here for overwrite bananas, big head. Now there are lots
19
00:01:18.519 --> 00:01:21.239
of recipes for banana bread. Now, if you bake some today,
20
00:01:21.239 --> 00:01:24.159
it'll make your house smell good. Overall, banana bread, it's
21
00:01:24.200 --> 00:01:26.799
fairly good for you. It's not that bad securly depends
22
00:01:26.840 --> 00:01:28.799
on the recipe. Someone can be a little high in sugar,
23
00:01:29.280 --> 00:01:31.799
so why they a baker? BI just enjoy some banana
24
00:01:31.799 --> 00:01:34.400
bread today. All right, this is going on entertainment On
25
00:01:34.439 --> 00:01:37.519
February twenty third, It's about Your nineteen fifty six number
26
00:01:37.519 --> 00:01:40.840
one album was the Oklahoma movie soundtrack. Kse Starr had
27
00:01:40.879 --> 00:01:43.840
the number one song with rock and roll waltz They.
28
00:01:44.680 --> 00:01:51.400
In the Night was a wonderful scene. Mom was dancing
29
00:01:51.599 --> 00:01:55.680
with Dad to my record machine.
30
00:01:57.200 --> 00:01:58.959
And while they.
31
00:01:59.040 --> 00:02:05.439
Danced, only one thing was wrong. They were trying to
32
00:02:05.719 --> 00:02:09.800
wau to a rocking Rose song.
33
00:02:11.360 --> 00:02:13.439
That was Presley had the number one country song with
34
00:02:13.599 --> 00:02:18.199
I Forgot to remember, to Forget, I thought God to
35
00:02:18.479 --> 00:02:21.439
raton too fog get.
36
00:02:25.479 --> 00:02:30.240
I can't seem to get her from a mind.
37
00:02:33.719 --> 00:02:36.439
I thought I never miss her.
38
00:02:37.800 --> 00:02:41.400
The number one book was Andersonville by McKinley Canter. The
39
00:02:41.400 --> 00:02:45.319
top movie was Lieutenant war Skirtz, a former military officer.
40
00:02:45.360 --> 00:02:48.039
He tried to reenlist, but he failed his medical exam. Well,
41
00:02:48.080 --> 00:02:49.919
his wife, she was really listening with him. Yeah, she
42
00:02:49.919 --> 00:02:52.919
got into the Air Force, gave me a really star officer. Well,
43
00:02:53.000 --> 00:02:54.800
the guy he didn't like being a house husband, so
44
00:02:54.840 --> 00:02:56.639
he tried to do what he could to get her discharged.
45
00:02:57.120 --> 00:03:01.000
Star Tom Yule, Sherry North, and Rita Marina. Let's see
46
00:03:01.039 --> 00:03:04.199
what happened. On February of the twenty third, eighteen thirty six,
47
00:03:04.240 --> 00:03:07.319
in San Antonio, Texas, the Battle of the Alamo began.
48
00:03:07.759 --> 00:03:10.719
Mexican general sent that and over twenty one hundred Mexican
49
00:03:10.759 --> 00:03:14.120
soldiers decided to take out a couple hundred Texas freedom fighters. Yeah,
50
00:03:14.120 --> 00:03:15.680
they were held up in the Alamo. It was a
51
00:03:15.719 --> 00:03:18.360
mission that turned into a fortress. Now, on this very
52
00:03:18.360 --> 00:03:20.639
first day, there were just a couple of small skirmishes,
53
00:03:20.719 --> 00:03:23.360
nothing big. Now the battle is going to last thirteen days,
54
00:03:23.400 --> 00:03:25.400
so it'd be interesting to see how it turns out.
55
00:03:26.280 --> 00:03:29.120
Eighteen ninety six, Leo Hirschfeld, he invented the Titsy role.
56
00:03:29.639 --> 00:03:32.599
Now I named his caramel and chocolate creation after his
57
00:03:32.680 --> 00:03:36.520
daughter Claire. Yeah, her nickname was Titsy. World War Two,
58
00:03:36.599 --> 00:03:39.479
in nineteen forty five and the Battle of Ewogima, the
59
00:03:39.599 --> 00:03:41.800
United States Marine raised the US flag on the top
60
00:03:41.879 --> 00:03:44.919
of Mountain Serabacci. Now it's one of the most iconic
61
00:03:44.960 --> 00:03:47.280
and famous images of World War Two. Now when you
62
00:03:47.319 --> 00:03:49.199
see him raising up that flag, you think the battle
63
00:03:49.240 --> 00:03:51.479
must be over. No, not even close. They actually had
64
00:03:51.520 --> 00:03:53.840
to keep fighting until March twenty sixth. All they had
65
00:03:53.879 --> 00:03:55.599
done at that point is captured the highest point on
66
00:03:55.639 --> 00:04:00.199
the island. Nineteen fifty four, the first mass inoculation the
67
00:04:00.280 --> 00:04:02.680
polio vaccine were given out. It was at the Arsenal
68
00:04:02.719 --> 00:04:06.240
Elementary School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Did any of you ever
69
00:04:06.280 --> 00:04:08.719
know that? Yeah, Jesus was a pop song. Yeah, he
70
00:04:08.759 --> 00:04:09.960
wrote a huge pop song.
71
00:04:12.759 --> 00:04:15.039
In Heavens Hollow me.
72
00:04:17.680 --> 00:04:22.279
Hiking calla will be Dom on Earth?
73
00:04:22.759 --> 00:04:23.079
It is.
74
00:04:27.240 --> 00:04:28.639
I wonder if I had to go to confession for
75
00:04:28.680 --> 00:04:31.519
not playing the whole song. Nineteen seventy four, a Catholic
76
00:04:31.639 --> 00:04:34.560
nun over in Australia, Sister Janet Mean Yeah, she was
77
00:04:34.600 --> 00:04:36.560
recording a Christian album and she just liked, you know what,
78
00:04:36.639 --> 00:04:38.079
I'm just gonna put the Lord's Prayer on there as
79
00:04:38.079 --> 00:04:40.120
one of those songs. Well, I went to number one
80
00:04:40.120 --> 00:04:42.560
in Australia today, it went to number one in the
81
00:04:42.639 --> 00:04:44.639
United State, went to number four in the United States.
82
00:04:44.920 --> 00:04:47.600
Get this, Jesus He did get songwriting credit for it. Yeah,
83
00:04:47.639 --> 00:04:49.959
he wrote all the lyrics. Sister Janet, she gave all
84
00:04:50.000 --> 00:04:51.600
the money that was made from the song to charity.
85
00:04:52.360 --> 00:04:54.720
Now before today, it had a perfect safety record. In
86
00:04:54.759 --> 00:04:57.079
two thousand and eight, though they had an Air Force
87
00:04:57.120 --> 00:04:59.680
B two bomber crashed on the island of Guam. Now
88
00:04:59.759 --> 00:05:02.519
look the crew they did escape unharmed. But it is
89
00:05:02.519 --> 00:05:05.319
the most expensive airplane crash in history. Yeah, the B
90
00:05:05.439 --> 00:05:13.079
two bomber at that time cost one point two billion dollars. Joke, joke, joke.
91
00:05:13.160 --> 00:05:15.040
Shug Dish SHIBIRF Day.
92
00:05:15.360 --> 00:05:18.839
We gonna he left Dish Shibfday. We got simpatage.
93
00:05:18.879 --> 00:05:21.279
He was like, this SHIBIRF Day, and you know you
94
00:05:21.279 --> 00:05:23.040
don't give up the birthday.
95
00:05:23.680 --> 00:05:26.079
So I was born on February of their twenty third.
96
00:05:26.399 --> 00:05:29.199
Actor Peter Fonda. Peter is born in New York City
97
00:05:29.240 --> 00:05:32.160
in nineteen forty. His dad was actor Henry Fonda. His
98
00:05:32.199 --> 00:05:34.079
older sister actress Jane Fonda.
99
00:05:34.240 --> 00:05:34.480
Peter.
100
00:05:34.639 --> 00:05:36.519
He went to college at the University of nebasket O
101
00:05:36.600 --> 00:05:39.480
Maha to study acting. Why well, that's where his dad
102
00:05:39.480 --> 00:05:41.839
grew up. Now, Peter, he really hit big when he
103
00:05:41.879 --> 00:05:44.079
co wrote and starred in the movie Easy Rider. Then
104
00:05:44.120 --> 00:05:47.720
he did Yili's Gold, Ghost Rider, Wild Hogs three, Tender Yuma.
105
00:05:48.319 --> 00:05:50.600
He had two children from his first wife. They were actors.
106
00:05:50.600 --> 00:05:53.160
Bridget Fonda and her brother married his second wife for
107
00:05:53.160 --> 00:05:55.399
thirty six years, and he married his third wife and
108
00:05:55.480 --> 00:05:58.639
twenty eleven Peter. He died from lung cancer in twenty nineteen,
109
00:05:58.639 --> 00:05:59.720
at seventy nine years old.
110
00:06:00.240 --> 00:06:04.279
I said, mon, say what I said. You can do
111
00:06:04.360 --> 00:06:05.160
what you wanted.
112
00:06:06.519 --> 00:06:09.279
Next time you suit a coming man. You've got a
113
00:06:09.399 --> 00:06:18.040
run upside? Why are you walt this killing?
114
00:06:18.160 --> 00:06:22.000
Don up set out how sixty one?
115
00:06:22.680 --> 00:06:25.879
That was blues rock guitarist and singer Johnny Winter. He
116
00:06:25.920 --> 00:06:28.839
was born in Beaumont, Texas, in nineteen forty four. His
117
00:06:28.959 --> 00:06:32.480
younger brother, Edgar Winter. Now, both were born with albinoism.
118
00:06:32.519 --> 00:06:35.279
They both had really poor eyesight. Now Johnny he started
119
00:06:35.279 --> 00:06:37.759
releasing records when he was fifteen years old. Probably had
120
00:06:37.759 --> 00:06:40.199
his big success though yet, producing other artists and playing
121
00:06:40.240 --> 00:06:42.560
guitar on their records. But I guess he did alright.
122
00:06:42.639 --> 00:06:46.639
Solo Highway sixty one, Rolling and Thossin ain't nothing to me.
123
00:06:46.839 --> 00:06:49.120
I know some of his hits. He got married nineteen
124
00:06:49.199 --> 00:06:51.800
ninety three. Johnny died from emphasium in twenty fourteen, at
125
00:06:51.839 --> 00:06:55.800
seventy years old, two days after his last concert. Actress
126
00:06:55.839 --> 00:06:59.279
Patricia Richardson. She's seventy four. She was born in Bethesda, Maryland.
127
00:07:00.079 --> 00:07:02.399
She did get She did a whole lot of theater.
128
00:07:02.439 --> 00:07:05.000
We're talking a lot. Finally hit big on TV. YEP.
129
00:07:05.120 --> 00:07:07.879
She started in Home Improvement. She played Tim Allen's wife Jill,
130
00:07:08.439 --> 00:07:10.800
and she did Strong Medicine. Some of her movies were
131
00:07:10.879 --> 00:07:14.879
Julie's Globe, Blondie Viva Last Nowhere, County of Line that
132
00:07:14.959 --> 00:07:16.600
was just on Netflix, like a year or so ago.
133
00:07:17.240 --> 00:07:19.199
She was married once for thirteen years and they had
134
00:07:19.199 --> 00:07:42.279
three children. At Soward Jones. He's seventy. He is born
135
00:07:42.319 --> 00:07:45.079
in Southampton, England. Now he's turned in the United States
136
00:07:45.160 --> 00:07:46.399
right now. If you want to go see him, check
137
00:07:46.399 --> 00:07:48.399
out and see if he's coming near your town. Some
138
00:07:48.439 --> 00:07:50.319
of his big hits from back in the nineteen eighties

00:07:53.199 --> 00:07:56.279
in one day, no one else to blame. Now, I
141
00:07:56.319 --> 00:07:58.519
think with all the electronics and I think they actually
142
00:07:58.519 --> 00:08:00.720
call him a synthpop artist. I'm not sure, not like
143
00:08:00.839 --> 00:08:04.160
an electronics anyway. I already married nineteen seventy seven and

Adventure of Shark Boy and Lava Girl in three D.
151
00:08:38.279 --> 00:08:40.159
I wouldn't normally mention that, but it wasn't three D.

Put your best dress on.
165
00:09:23.480 --> 00:09:23.799
Steve.
166
00:09:23.840 --> 00:09:27.679
He's been married since two thousand and six. Actress Emily Blunt.
167
00:09:27.759 --> 00:09:29.960
She was born in London, England, and she's forty two.
168
00:09:30.639 --> 00:09:32.960
She really hit big in her second movie, it was
169
00:09:32.960 --> 00:09:35.399
The Devil Wears Prada, and she did Looper, The Girl
170
00:09:35.440 --> 00:09:38.240
on the Train, nominated for an Oscar for Oppenheimer. She
171
00:09:38.320 --> 00:09:40.639
got married in twenty ten and they have two daughters.
172
00:09:41.720 --> 00:09:44.159
Thirty one year old actress Dakota Fannings. She was born
173
00:09:44.159 --> 00:09:47.039
in Conyers, Georgia. Now she was seven when she first
174
00:09:47.120 --> 00:09:48.399
hit and big in the movie it was called I
175
00:09:48.440 --> 00:09:51.360
Am Sam. Now she's thirty one. She's already made over
176
00:09:51.360 --> 00:09:53.919
fifty movies. Now, I know she's done a lot since then,
177
00:09:53.919 --> 00:09:55.879
but I still think her best movie was Man on Fire.
178
00:09:56.279 --> 00:09:58.759
But she did a good job in War of the Worlds, Twilight,
179
00:09:58.879 --> 00:10:01.879
soccer movies, Once on a Time in Hollywood. Nope, she
180
00:10:01.919 --> 00:10:05.120
hasn't married yet. Still pretty young. Now, if you want
181
00:10:05.120 --> 00:10:07.480
to bake banana bread today, but you don't have any
182
00:10:07.559 --> 00:10:09.679
ripe bananas, what you do is you take your bananas
183
00:10:09.720 --> 00:10:11.320
and you place them in a brown paper bag with
184
00:10:11.360 --> 00:10:13.720
some other fruit like an apple. Yeah, it speeds up
185
00:10:13.759 --> 00:10:18.120
the ripening process. Save fruits just naturally released in ethylene gas. Yeah,
186
00:10:18.159 --> 00:10:21.240
that speeds up ripening. Well, thank you for listening today,
187

twenty one, at twenty five years old. He said love
190
00:10:29.000 --> 00:10:32.240
is my religion. I can die for it. Kind of
191
00:10:32.399 --> 00:10:34.799
wonder at twenty five if he didn't do that. All right,
