Perseverance, Patience, Perspective, and Power with 3x Olympian, Amber Neben (Episode 92)

Okay Gravellers, she has been hit by a car, broken her pelvis, had skin cancer, multiple stress fractures, and STILL is a 3x Olympian. That's right - this week we are talking to Amber Neben. Amber is an undeniably badass woman and cyclist. Neben has some serious wisdom to share, getting first place in both the UCI world time trial championship in 2008 and 2016.

Of course, Kathryn and Kristi chat with Amber about her experience as a woman in professional athletics. Further, as Amber transitions into that perimenopausal time, she shares her "trial and error" attitude in terms of deciphering what works for her body during this metabolic shift. Can you guess what her hot tip is? EAT!
