MENGENAI EPISOD INI
Ever wonder if the anxiety, people-pleasing, or fear you feel about becoming a mother is actually impacting your ability to conceive? 🤔 You're not alone.
In this powerful conversation, Matilde Crocini joins me to explore the profound connection between early childhood trauma (the "mother wound") and fertility challenges. We deep-dive into how trauma gets "stuck" in your nervous system, creating a deep-seated sense of unsafety that can make it incredibly difficult for your body to feel safe enough to conceive.
Matilde Crocini is a Personal Transformation Mentor dedicated to helping daughters of narcissistic mothers in breaking the cycle of pain they are experiencing and reclaiming their life. She is also a Priestess in Her Studies of Divine Feminine, in Meditation and Journey Work; Reiki Master; Yoga Teacher; Host of Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers Podcast; Wife and Mother. Her mission is to support women in healing their mother wounds and fiercely moving from a life of surviving to a life of thriving.
🔑 Key Takeaways You'll Discover:
- The Mother Wound's True Impact: How sacrificing your authenticity to survive an unsafe mother-daughter relationship manifests as anxiety, lack of confidence, and other patterns that follow you into adulthood.
- The Fertility-Trauma Block: Understanding why a dysregulated nervous system (chronic survival mode) can create a block to conception and make you fear repeating your mother's mistakes.
- Is it Intuition or Fear? Learn how to distinguish between true intuitive guidance and the fear patterns of your trauma. Hint: the body has a map!
- The 3 Pillars of Healing: [GUEST NAME] breaks down the essential framework for regulating your nervous system and reclaiming your true self: Awareness, Attunement, and Authenticity.
- A Way Out: Discover the hope of repair and how doing this inner work can bring profound peace, safety, and rest—gifts that extend far beyond your fertility journey.
If you find yourself saying, "I don't want to turn into my mother," this episode is your roadmap to breaking those painful generational patterns and stepping into a safe, authentic, and regulated state before—and during—motherhood.
