MENGENAI EPISOD INI
Why do so many people feel frustrated with politics, and what would it take to build a system that genuinely serves the public?
In this thought-provoking episode of Beyond the Draft, host Imma welcomes Evan Jaqua, international business development specialist, entrepreneur, and founder of the Solutions Party, to discuss political reform, democracy, journalism, and his vision for a more prosperous future.
Having lived and worked across different cultural environments, including the United States, Japan, South America, and China, Evan brings a broad international perspective to the challenges facing modern society. His experiences have shaped his belief that, despite our cultural and political differences, people share many fundamental aspirations: freedom, prosperity, and a brighter future for their children.
Evan argues that meaningful progress requires more than changing which political party holds power. He believes the systems themselves need to be examined, from election processes and political accountability to journalism, economic opportunity, and the influence of special interests.
Through the Solutions Party, he proposes ideas intended to address these challenges and encourage people to focus on practical solutions rather than political division.
This conversation invites listeners to question familiar assumptions, examine the structures that shape public life, and consider how citizens can contribute to a more accountable and forward-looking society.
