The Conviction Response: Run to the Cross (April 19, 2026)
Pastor Lucas Chance explores the powerful role of the Holy Spirit in bringing conviction—not condemnation—as the first evidence of God at work in our lives. Reflecting on the events surrounding Easter, he contrasts fear and repentance through the responses of Peter and John. We find that true transformation begins when we respond to conviction by running toward the cross, not away from it. Through repentance, we encounter the freedom, forgiveness, and new identity found in Jesus—where our sin is left behind and we are made new.
