In our fast-paced world, many of us find ourselves questioning our life's purpose. We often chase external validation, leading to burnout and disconnection from our true selves. In this post, we’ll explore how to discover your Dharma—your true calling—through insights gathered from a recent conversation with wellness visionary Rory Callaghan. Rory's journey from burnout to a fulfilling life of purpose offers valuable lessons for anyone seeking to reclaim their well-being.
Understanding Dharma: What Is It and Why Does It Matter?
Dharma is often described as one's purpose or duty in life. It encompasses what brings you joy, fulfillment, and a sense of belonging. For many, the quest to find their Dharma can feel overwhelming, especially in a society driven by productivity and external expectations.
Rory Callaghan emphasizes the importance of aligning with your Dharma to live a life filled with authenticity and joy. He notes that understanding your Dharma often begins with self-reflection.
## Practical Steps to Reconnect with Your True Self
