This episode dives deep into the growing research and world of psychedelics as a healing source, an alternative practise and way to expand our consciousness. As more compelling research emerges about the powerful role psychedelics have on creating huge shifts about the way we see ourselves, our beliefs and our connections, we break down how this works in the brain, the power of altered states of consciousness and how it fundamentally shifts our experience of the world around us. As this field surges, we help you understand why this research is so crucial at this time, and how to think about and take psychedelics safely. We're joined by Psychedelic Researcher, Chris Timmerman, Phd and Creative Director, Psychedelic Artist and founder of Tayos, Eileen Hall.
