Sean and Brendan revisit Big (1988), the beloved comedy that helped establish Tom Hanks as one of Hollywood's most enduring stars. They explore Hanks' unforgettable performance, the film's production and behind-the-scenes stories, and the iconic moments—from Zoltar to the FAO Schwarz piano—that have made Big a favorite for generations. But beneath the comedy and childhood wish fulfillment, they also examine the film's deeper exploration of childhood innocence and adult responsibility, and how differently some elements play for audiences today. Along the way, they discuss memorable quotes, the film's lasting impact, and Tom Hanks' remarkable career before putting their knowledge of his filmography to the test in a new game. More than three decades later, Big remains funny, heartfelt, and a surprisingly thoughtful reminder that growing up isn't always everything we imagined it would be.
