00:00:00
Speaker 1: And oh all back down.
00:00:09
Speaker 2: There.
00:00:11
Speaker 3: Hey everybody, thanks so much for joining us right here on the right view. Tonight's episode is brought to you by our good friends gold Code, the number one rated precious metals company. You can go to Laura likes goold dot com to learn more. Now, before we get started tonight, you guys know how we do it. We're gonna start with some videos. See what's been going on out there.
00:00:31
Speaker 1: Here we go.
00:00:35
Speaker 4: I'm not gonna speak for your president, speaking for myself, for lifelone Catholic, I wish they stay out of immigration. They don't know what they're talking about, because if they wore my shoes for forty years and talk to a nine year old girl, they are great. Multiple times, we're still in the back of the trailers. Back to the tractor trailer in nineteen dead animis that might be and plenty a five year old boy that baked to death. If they understood the atrocities that happen on open border, I think they're opinning, which and I welcome the discussion with any of them because they don't understand they'll live in Migration is not a victimous crime. Where President Trump had the most secure border in the lifetime of this nation. Right now, lives are being saved.
00:01:13
Speaker 2: He's saving in.
00:01:13
Speaker 4: Thousands of lives a year because he has secure border. Human traffickers are out of business right The cartels are going bankrupt because of that secure border. I wish they'd understand that. Because they did, I think they have a different opinion.
00:01:29
Speaker 3: Amen to that, Tom Holman, that's the borders are. But first of all, how great is it to have a borders.
00:01:36
Speaker 1: Are who actually does a job?
00:01:37
Speaker 3: Remember a couple of years ago, we had a borders are. Her name was Kamala Harris.
00:01:42
Speaker 1: She was going to find the root causes of migration. How did that go down? How'd that work out? Kamala? We're still waiting to figure out the root causes. I got an idea. Here's a cause.
00:01:53
Speaker 3: Allowing people to come here to have babies and then the babies become citizens of the United States. Yeah, those are called anchor babies, you know, Allowing sanctuary policies to stand, allowing people to come here illegally, giving them cards full of cash, giving them free health care, all that stuff just incentivizes this. And Tom Homan is so spot on, And this is the thing I wish more people appreciated when you allow for these coyotes, for these cartels, that basically stopped even worrying about the drugs for so many years because there was so much more money in trafficking humans across our border. The amount of death, injury, and destruction that was caused by that open border is really mind boggling whenever women come up through that dangerous journey, and it's very dangerous just to come up through Mexico through our southern border. I actually went to the southern border. I've seen it with my own eyes. I've seen the border wall and the fence and the locations where.
00:02:59
Speaker 1: These people come across. It is so dangerous.
00:03:02
Speaker 3: A quarter and they actually say closer to a third or maybe even half of women who come up through the southern border are sexually assaulted or raped. They literally have something called a rape tree where there are undergarments from women who have been sexually assaulted there. It is disgraceful, and some of these women are very young, their children. Then you have the locations just over the border where they bring these people in, and a lot of these kids are just by themselves. Imagine being a six year old kid and coming over the border, having your parents send you with a coyote who they pay astronomical amounts of money to to come over the border, and then you're by yourself and you are there in another country where you don't speak the language, you don't know a single person, and your family is then indebted to those coyotes.
00:03:55
Speaker 1: So what do you do as a kid. You have to work for them.
00:03:58
Speaker 3: This is the kind of stuff that was going on for four years with an open border with Joe Biden and the borders are let's put that in air quotes Kamala Harris in charge. It was an absolute disgrace. So anyone advocating for policies like that is just I don't even know what kind of person to call you, because there is no word that is strong enough that I could possibly say.
00:04:24
Speaker 1: It's disgraceful. It is despicable.
00:04:26
Speaker 3: We should never be putting people in harm's way the way they were for the four years of the open border of the Biden Harris administration. Thank you, President Trump, thank you Tom Homan. Thank you to our border patrol agents, thank you to our ice agents. We are incredibly grateful that you are not only securing our country and making sure we're safer here, but ensuring those people never have to go through the hell that so many went through, millions went through for those four years.
00:04:54
Speaker 5: Absolutely crazy.
00:05:32
Speaker 3: Wow, I have a lot of thoughts there. I'm going to go ahead and guess they're not voting for Republicans just I'm just throwing it out there that said, guys, really lovely job. You may or may not have heard that song before. I've heard that song many times. That is Golden from K pop Demon Hunters. My daughter was really into that music for a couple of months, and I'm.
00:06:05
Speaker 1: All set with that song. Listen.
00:06:07
Speaker 3: I want everyone to vote, vote, vote, vote or whatever they're doing there. Yeah, everyone should be. I don't know for what they're advocating, but I think everyone should take a page from their playbook.
00:06:18
Speaker 1: And I love it.
00:06:19
Speaker 3: Let's go, let's all sing like that all across the country. Maybe the RNC needs to take a note from this. I wish we would have done something like this when I had been there, because it's very catchy.
00:06:29
Speaker 1: Guys, so well done.
00:06:32
Speaker 3: Everybody, go vote, vote, vote, make sure you get out in these midterm elections and vote, vote, vote, because we can't let these absolute lunatics take control of things on the left, I think you know what I mean.
00:06:44
Speaker 6: Okay, why are these authoritarian, dictatorial governments spending so much time and so much money making sure that and cut off the people's internet in an instant Because it is the most important part of the information war to control what people see, what they know, and what they understand. And it's even more important to make sure that the entire world is being controlled by what these governments want people to see and understand.
00:07:21
Speaker 1: One thousand percent. And thank you for saying that.
00:07:24
Speaker 3: You know, we don't always agree on a lot, but I'm going to agree on that right now. Because when you finally start to realize that the power actually comes by way of people controlling your access to information and one information you are able to receive, you start to kind of look at things a little bit differently. There are a lot of folks out there who maybe have one source for their information that is incredibly dangerous, and I'm talking about right here in the United States of America. I believe he was discussing the fact that, you know, you have places like Iran where they have fully cut off internet access. I think it's been months now to the people there in Iran, they have no way to actually see what's happening in the outside world. But you think a place is like North Korea, I think a place is like China. There's a heavy limit put on what people in China are able to access in the country, and it's because they don't want them understanding what's going on around the rest of the world or within their own country and communities. So I fully agree with that it is a really dangerous place to exist. And yet you have to ask yourself, are you falling for some of those same tactics.
00:08:38
Speaker 1: Are you being fed specific information?
00:08:42
Speaker 3: If you think there is not a concerted effort out there by the likes of the folks from Iran, from this crazy regime, you're kidding yourself. You don't think China has a hand in things that's being fed to your Instagram reels, whatever it is, you're kidding yourself. They've been part of all of this for a long time. So take a beat, take a breath, and realize that you may want to spread out your information source just a little bit, get some different viewpoints, get some different hot takes. I wouldn't go with just what some of these very specific crazy people online are feeding you. You gotta branch out just a little bit.
00:09:22
Speaker 1: That's the only way to do it.
00:09:23
Speaker 3: So one fully agree with that. You Wow, well, that's nice. That's really nice to hear that. Apparently at a church service. Sounds like in Ireland somebody wanted Donald Trump.
00:09:57
Speaker 2: To be did.
00:09:59
Speaker 3: That's not really nice, not very godly of you. It's also not funny because I heard some people laughing there. People did actually try to kill Donald Trump, not once, but multiple times now and the idea that anyone would make light of that is really disgusting. So you might want to check yourself, check in with Jesus for a moment for saying something.
00:10:26
Speaker 1: Like that out loud at a church service.
00:10:30
Speaker 3: As apparently a leader there in the church of some variety. I don't know what kind of church that was, A priest, a pastor, I don't know what your position. That's pretty bad, that's pretty low. Then again, maybe you've been getting your information from the wrong sources too. And now we're joined by former national spokesperson for the RNC, Elizabeth Pipco, as well as political commentator Stephanie Hammel. Liz and Stephanie love having both of you on the show always, especially in times where there's a lot going on. There's a lot going on with Iran. It was kind of a big weekend, Stephanie. There was a US ship that was warning an Iranian flagship not to go through the strait. They did not listen, and so the President said on Sunday that the US stopped them right in their tracks.
00:11:23
Speaker 1: By blowing a hole in the engine room of this cargo ship before they seized the vessel.
00:11:28
Speaker 3: This is the first known use of force under this naval blockade. And this is all happening in the midst of possible new negotiations with Iran. And I'm still trying to figure out if these people in Iran do not have control of the Strait of Hormuz, if they don't even have the ability to communicate with one another around their country. We know the internet's been down there on purpose because the regime shut it all down months ago. At this point, they don't have a navy, they don't have an air force, they don't.
00:12:03
Speaker 1: Really have anything. What cards is it.
00:12:06
Speaker 3: I'm wondering from your perspective that the Iranian regime, I guess it's the IRGC right now, who's in control of things in the country. What cards are they pretending they're holding right now in these negotiations with the United States of America.
00:12:24
Speaker 7: Laura, that's a great question and something I've been thinking about.
00:12:28
Speaker 1: Do they know who they're.
00:12:29
Speaker 7: Messing with here? And are they suicidal? Those are the things you have to ask. I mean, we know that they're bad actors, and it is tough to take them serious when it comes to these negotiations because they're bad actors, and so, yes, the situation is fluid, but we know that President Trump and in administration is going to come out on top. And what happened over the weekend shows you that they're not messing around. So I think that the Iranian regime will come together and they're going to have to figure something out unless the suicidal as I mentioned.
00:13:02
Speaker 3: Which I mean kind of seems Liz, like, what's going on here? We know these are not reasonable people, right, you had twenty one hours of talks the first round of conversations in Pakistan where you had the Vice president, you had Jared Kushner, my brother in law, and then you had Steve Witkoff. They're trying to negotiate a peace deal with these people and The one thing that they consistently seemed to say they were not going to agree to was to not developing a nuclear weapon. They can't, can't do it, Liz, they say, well, we're gonna still kind of keep that open. No, the answer is no, So I kind of agree with Stephanie. These people must be suicidal. This ceasefire is supposed to end tomorrow. President Trump has basically said, look, if we don't have a deal, then we're going back to work. Then we're gonna open fire again. We're gonna just bomb the hell out of you. And you remember some of his posts leading up to this ceasefire were pretty aggressive. But the one thing that we have to get out of this deal is that these people cannot develop a nuclear weapon. But I just think maybe we're not even going to be able to reason with them if they cannot come to terms with that.
00:14:20
Speaker 1: One very important thing is no, you're.
00:14:22
Speaker 2: Right, it's very possible that we don't.
00:14:24
Speaker 1: Right.
00:14:24
Speaker 2: There's a reason diplomatic talks failed initially because what we have to remind people constantly, despite them trying to convince us that Donald Trump is, you know, this war obsessed president, it's actually the opposite. This is a man who tried to negotiate for a year before this even became a conversation. He wants every single possible conflict to be resolved diplomatically. That's always been his goal. It's why people point to him as the messenger of No More Forever Wars, because he believes that diplomatic talks should always be tried before anything militarily even should be discussed. So, yeah, there's a very high likelihood that we don't get to any kind of a deal because this is a regime that has proven its sol time and time again to not want a diplomatic resolution. You and Stephanie both said, are they suicidal? I think they actually might be. I've had to explain to people the conflict in the Middle East between Hamas and Israel. Why was so hard for people to understand what was going on there, And it's that Israel actually protects civilians in their country. Hamas does not. Hamas literally uses civilians because they like when that number, that death hole actually goes up because it makes Israel look bad. The same thing happens in Iran. The leadership in Iran, they are actual monsters. They don't care about civilians in their country who could die in this war. I personally think Donald Trump cares a hell of a lot more about the actual innocent civilians in Iran than the leadership does. So for them, if they can get some of their leaders out and they can have civilians perish in any kind of a war with the US, that's still a win for them, because they will try to make the US look bad. That's all that they care about. Innocent life actually means nothing to them. They're not value innocent life like we do here at home.
00:15:53
Speaker 1: Well, that's very clear.
00:15:54
Speaker 3: I mean they killed some like forty thousand of their own citizens. Back in January when there were all these protests against this tyrannical regime.
00:16:02
Speaker 1: Stephanie, we saw that happen.
00:16:05
Speaker 3: The President actually today put out a post because there are eight women who are supposed to be executed. They're in Tehran, and the President said to the Iranian leaders, who will soon be negotiating with my representatives. This is assuming those negotiations happen. I would greatly appreciate the release of these women. I'm sure they will respect, they will respect the fact that you did, so, please do them no harm. Would be a great start to our negotiation. Thank you for the attention to this matter, President Donald J.
00:16:41
Speaker 1: Trump.
00:16:42
Speaker 3: These are eight women, Stephanie, who dared to speak out against this regime. This is a regime that has just last year had the most public executions then they have had since nineteen eighty nine. They had one than six hundred thirty nine people who they executed last year. That is not even including the forty thousand or so like I mentioned, were killed just outright in January in the wake of those protests. Where are the Hollywood feminists, though, Stephanie, Where are the women on the left who claim to care about women, who claim to be the party of women when this sort of thing is going on over in Iran. I haven't heard them give any credit to President Trump over that post, over the fact that he, as Liz just pointed out, seems to care a hell of a lot more about human life in Iran than the people who were in charge quote unquote of that country right now.
00:17:42
Speaker 8: One hundred percent.
00:17:43
Speaker 7: Laura and you guys are so right that President Trump does care more about the innocent people of Iran than the Iranian regime. And then they've made that very clear, and you are right again, Where are the feminists. Where are the human rights activists? They're nowhere to be found. They don't care about this issue because they don't find it politically convenient because as we know in twenty twenty six, everything is about going against Trump and his policies, even if they agree with them, just because it's all about politics. And it's truly sickening to see how the people of Iran are treated, and it is a major human rights crisis, and I mean, it needs to stop. But I mean there's at this point in time, there is no solution until they actually have new leadership, real leadership that cares about their country and their people.
00:18:32
Speaker 3: And Liz, you know, you pointed out too the stuff with the executions, I think is just grotesque. And I mean, we have no appreciation here in America for what that's like, because we are so much more of a civilized society, a free society, than anything people can even imagine goes on in a place like Iran.
00:18:53
Speaker 1: But a lot of what I feel.
00:18:56
Speaker 3: Has been happening as it relates to this war and the information reaching people, especially by the way, Liz, people on the right here in the United States, there is no doubt that there is a concerted effort from people within Iran, from the regime in Iran to push a certain narrative. I would say, you probably have China backing that as well. I'd say you probably have Russia backing that as well. The people who are getting this crazy information over here. For example, like President Trump had to come out and say I didn't decide to do anything with Iran because Israel forced me to the fact that we're even talking about that, That people are even buying into that kind of narrative and some of these people online is very concerning. But I hope people appreciate that there is money coming in from these other areas, these other countries, and these people who have a vested interest and seeing us fractured as a country, fractured on you know, as Conservatives as a party, as a Republican party. But it also just this kind of distracts people from what's going on and what's really happening within this country. I've been very frustrated personally, Liz, to see people actually buying into this whole campaign of nonsense. Hundreds of thousands of innocent children are being trafficked every year right here in the United States and there's no greater crime against humanity. For years, Angel has been one of the few studios willing to shine a light in this darkness and demand that the world pay attention. Their new film, Still Hope tells the true story of a young girl who is trafficked, rescued, and then face something most people never think about, the long, painful road to healing, And it doesn't in a way that is genuinely compelling, beautifully made, and impossible to look away from. Most of us saw the Sound of Freedom and felt that outrage. But Still Hope asks the next question, what happens after the rescue, Because saving a child is just the beginning. Rebuilt their life, restoring their innocence, helping them find peace after unimaginable trauma. That's the battle that comes next, and it's one we don't talk about nearly enough. This is the kind of film that stays with you. It's powerful and action packed, proof that important stories can also be extraordinary cinema. You're gonna be at the edge of your seat, You'll cry, You'll leave feeling inspired to take action and reminded of what we're fighting for. This is still happening right now, so we cannot look away, and we cannot be silent. Stream Still hope on Angel today. Share it with your friends and family. Let's make sure these children's stories are told so healing, hope and change can follow. All Right, I'm so excited to share something that has really made a difference in my daily life. 00:22:13
Speaker 3: What really makes strong cells stand out is the star ingredient in a DH. This is a powerful compound that feels every single cell in our bodies. Think of it as the spark plug for cellular energy. Unfortunately, as we age, our levels of NADH start to decline, and with over thirty trillion cells in our bodies, we know healthier cells mean a healthier, more vibrant me. Strong cell doesn't just throw random ingredients together and.
00:22:40
Speaker 1: Hope for results.
00:22:41

00:23:33
Speaker 3: When the price of gold and silver were rising faster and faster by the day, people kept asking me if they missed the boat.
00:23:39
Speaker 1: They thought gold and silver were too expensive.
00:23:42
Speaker 3: Well, if you were asking for lower prices, here they are and they might not last for so long. Look, I think the recent pullback makes sense. When things rise that fast, they usually need to recalibrate. That's why I encourage you to request your free information kit from my partners at gold cod. They're the number one gold and silver company in the country. They have over eight thousand and five star reviews, and they have the best gold and silver offer in the business, hands down. The fundamentals are still the same. Go to Lara likes gold dot com to learn more. That's Laura likes gold dot com.
00:24:29
Speaker 2: I completely agree. I won't name names, but I think if you follow President Ronvontuit socially, you know exactly who were concerned about. Look, there's there are reason people do things that they do, and I think we should all understand that. I have a lot of faith in the American people, who I think know exactly what's going on. People do a lot of things for the wrong reasons, including just simply for clicks. Yes, there's a lot of bad actors out there who are influenced God for been paid for, you know, at minimum, told to do what they're doing. By Russia and China whoever else wants the demise of our society. But they're also just people out there who do things for clicks and who do things for attention, who know that we are a very divided country right now, let's say, a very polarized country. Social media is I don't think it's ever been more popular than it is right now, and it's a great place to make money and get attention and to rile people up. And that's unfortunately what's happening when lives are on the line. It's not just innocent civilians in Iran that we've been talking about. It's also American soldiers who are risking it all to go over there and protect us here and every innocent civilian around the world who would have to unfortunately face a nuclear Iran in the future. So I hope people realize what's going on. I personally never underestimate the American people. I think it looks like people are a lot more focused on something if you go online than if you actually step outside and have a conversation with your neighbor or you know, your waitress at a restaurant or your kid's teacher, and then you realize that what's online is not actually the real world. But again, people are very, very negatively influenced right now. People make money in all sorts of horrible ways, people get attention in all sorts of horrible ways, and it's very easy to fall into all that. So it's scary to know what's happening. But I hope people really if you talk to your neighbor, and you talk to your friends, and you talk to anyone who doesn't live twenty four to seven online, they know where Ron is a threat. They know America's the greatest country on the face of the earth. They know Donald Trump has America's best interest as art, and they know, like every president who came before him, he knows that he has to try at least to obliterate this regime and this possible threat against American civilians that will harm us for many, many years to come. Thank God for him having the courage to do so. But again, the average person knows exactly what's going on here, and a lot of these people are not even worth discussing because what they're pushing is so so so far from our actual reality.
00:26:32
Speaker 3: It's been very frustrating to me, Stephanie to see this out there to see people who I think know better just kind of spewing conspiracy theories online.
00:26:43
Speaker 1: And you probably know what.
00:26:45
Speaker 3: I'm talking about, Stephanie, and you've probably seen some of it. I've had people, and I've mentioned this before on this show in my own family, my extended family, who have reached out to me and been just very adamant that we that they know that some of the reason that we're involved in this is X, Y and Z and it's just crazy stuff. Stephanie and I have to be like her, first of all, where are you getting this information?
00:27:09
Speaker 1: And then as soon as they say it, I'm like.
00:27:11
Speaker 3: Yeah, it's very frustrating and it's very crazy, and I hope people realize, Stephanie, what's going on. What's been your hot take on all that?
00:27:21
Speaker 7: Yeah, on social media, there's a major divide, especially among people I know, people I've respected and respect, and it's just, you know, you can disagree with President Trump on this issue, right, Like a lot of us are four piece we don't want to see conflict. But Iran has been a problem for over two decades and we've seen Democrats and Republican presidents alike.
00:27:46
Speaker 8: Trying to go after them, I mean in different.
00:27:48
Speaker 7: Ways, if you will, like if you think back up, like Barack Obama, for example, he said he was taking on Iran, but then you know, he gave him, you know, billions of dollars and a pathway to a nuclear weapon. But you know, he still said that he wanted to take on Iran. With that being said, you know, I don't know where some of these social media influencers or you know, media people that we respect, where they're getting their information from.
00:28:14
Speaker 8: I think they're wrong.
00:28:15
Speaker 7: And for them to even consider that maybe Trump is coming from the wrong place or being influenced by the wrong people, I think is just disingenuous. President Trump has shown us over the years that he wants to put the American people first, and if Iran is a threat, as we know that they've been, they're going to have to take that on if we want to continue peace around the world.
00:28:35
Speaker 8: And Iran has been.
00:28:36
Speaker 7: Funding terrorists and terrorst cells for so many many years. I mean, they're the biggest state sponsor of terror. Obviously you have to control that. And so you know, I'm no foreign policy expert on Iran, and a lot of these other people aren't, So I would trust our military and the administration of the Trump administration that they have the best information and knowledge out there and that they're acting on it. And so yeah, it is really disappointing to see some of the people that I don't want to name in this segment, but I'm sure the people watching this know exactly.
00:29:05
Speaker 8: Who we're talking about.
00:29:07
Speaker 7: It is really disappointing to see how far out there they've gone and how they're falling for the conspiracy theories, not just on this but so many other topics. I mean, it's really going off the rails.
00:29:18
Speaker 2: We also just say how disrespectful it is, Like, I'm sorry, but every single person that we're alluding to here claims to respect our armed forces. Right our military. There are people who risk it all at eighteen years old to enlist to fight for our country. You're basically implying they don't know what they're doing and what they signed up for. Right These are the people we should be praying for right now, and when America has any chance in hell at all at being close to a war and losing any American lives, you would assume that we'd stand together. Regardless of how you feel about the man in the oval office, and it's the opposite that's happening right now. And I think that's the biggest problem. Right It's just extremely, extremely disrespectful, not just to the President, but to the you know, the teenage boys and girls that have given everything to this country are risking everything because they know that they believe in the United States and what we stand for. Again, regardless of who was in that Oval office and who was sending them to take on our greatest enemies.
00:30:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, we are so grateful for them.
00:30:07
Speaker 3: Another person who I feel horribly for is Erica Kirk. I'm just gonna go ahead and say that I think some of the stuff out there online, some of the things that have been said about this woman.
00:30:19
Speaker 1: Are just horrific.
00:30:21
Speaker 3: And I got to see Erica about a week ago at an event with my family, and I apologize to her for all of the just straight garbage that she has had to deal with. I cannot believe that there are people out there who try to come up with some crazy, concocted way that she had some hand in her husband's cold blood and murder.
00:30:46
Speaker 1: I think it's disgusting. I haven't really said much about this, but I think it's disgusting. And shame on.
00:30:53
Speaker 3: Anybody out there who's even posturing in that direction. This is a woman who lost her husband in one of the most awful ways anyone can imagine the entire world watch that She's got young kids who are probably going to have to watch that one day, and somehow you guys are suggesting that she had a hand in this.
00:31:14
Speaker 1: Came on you. I think it is disgraceful and disgusting.
00:31:17
Speaker 3: She didn't show up at a Turning Point event that was held over the weekend, and Jadie Vance had some thoughts for people. He said, the people telling you that Erica wasn't grieving her husband are full of shit, and we need to be honest. If your instinct is to go after a young mother because she's grieving in a way that you find wrong, well why don't you just.
00:31:39
Speaker 1: Stay in your lane and mind your own business.
00:31:42
Speaker 3: You don't know how you would react if you were in Erica's situation. No one does, and I hope no one ever has to experience that. So anybody trying to judge this woman, I think he's absolutely shameful and disgusting. So that is just my personal take on that. I'm just sick of all the people out there who continue to kind of double down on some crazy ideas.
00:32:05
Speaker 1: One of the things some of these people sent.
00:32:06
Speaker 3: Me was about the bull all the bullet wasn't even the right caliber bullet enough. They've opened up the information to people. Yes, it was stop with all the nonsense, stop with all the craziness, just to move on to other crazy stuff.
00:32:21
Speaker 1: James Carville, I don't know what's going on with him.
00:32:23
Speaker 3: He at one point was maybe like a top Democrat political consultant, campaign strategist. I don't really know what's going on with him, but he's very entertaining and he kind of Stephanie says the quiet part out loud. He just told everybody exactly what the Democrats plan to do when they regain power, so they say, in the midterm elections. And I hope everybody listens up very clearly to this. This is what I've been warning, this is what so many of us have been warning about. And we said, if you give them the opportunity to get the majority in the House and the Senate, here's what they're going to do. And he laid it out. Grant statehood to Washington, d C. And Puerto Rico, so that Democrats can in perpetuity have four extra seats in the Senate. Imagine what a disaster that would be. They want to pack the Supreme Court, take us from nine justices up to thirteen justices for left wing justices, so that they can swing decisions by the Supreme Court their way every single time. He says, they want to reopen the US Mexico border and grant mass amnesty to every single alien currently inside the United States. And here was his advice, Stephanie to politicians, don't run on it, don't talk about it, just do it. We have said, Stephanie for a long time that if we gave the Democrats the opportunity, they were going to do all of these things. James Carvel says, don't even talk about it. Just when you guys get in there, this is what we're going to.
00:33:50
Speaker 7: Do, Laura, James didn't invent these ideas. This is something that the Democrats have been talking about for a long time, many many, many years, and something I've been concerned about for men many years. And so again you were talking about this divide among Republicans and conservatives and conservative people in the news space. Well, you know, they're quick to criticize President Trump and kind of just throw away up this whole administration. Yet they don't realize what we're up against and what the Democrats would like to do to this country, which is radically transform into something we would never ever recognize. Again, It's okay to have policy disagreements, but to throw away the entire Republican Party because you don't like one thing that the president did and his administration.
00:34:33
Speaker 8: Did, that's just crazy to me.
00:34:35
Speaker 7: The Democrats have made it very clear that they don't like our regular American traditions. They hate the history of America, and they don't like that, you know, the Americans are seen as one of the greatest countries in the world. It's like they constantly want to trash our country, trash our history, and trash our people. And I'm just sick of it. And what's also very concerning is James is saying, well, just tell people what you want to do. Well, the voter has the right to know what you plan to do with this country, Like it shouldn't be a secret. Like if your policies are so great and the.
00:35:08
Speaker 8: American people want it, then you should sell it.
00:35:11
Speaker 3: Yeah, it's actually the opposite of any sort of way anyone campaigns, right, Liz, Like, normally you want your policies out front. You want the way you're going to operate as an elected official to kind of be the face of your campaign. That's what it's all about, is you being the representative for your constituency and you say, these are the policies I'm going to advocate for. Here's how I'm going to represent you whenever you send me to Washington, DC. And yet apparently the key is to in their back pocket, be ready to do all this crazy stuff, but don't talk about it. Don't tell people out on the campaign trail. Just when you get in there do all this crazy stuff. Oh and don't kid yourself for a second. They also want to and I think the first order of business will be impeach President Trump just to say they did it.
00:36:00
Speaker 1: Are going to go after him.
00:36:01
Speaker 3: They're going to try to undo all the good that he has already done in concert with all this other crazy stuff.
00:36:07
Speaker 2: They also know he wouldn't be removed if they impeached them. They also know he can't run again, and they know that all that matters to them is really just angering they're base. Even further so that they come out and vote, so they come out in protest. All they want is to oppose Donald Trump and to oppose Republicans. It's all they've ever wanted. These are folks that no longer feel that they have any kind of responsibility or loyalty to those that elected them. Like you said, this is not how you campaign. And if it was the right way to campaign, and they thought that the American people were interested in these policies, and that the policies that James Carr will mention there would have, you know, helped them win, they'd be mentioning them. But they know the majority of people don't want this. They don't want an overhaul to the way that our country has worked for many, many years and has worked pretty damn well. What they want is to go in ignore all of their constituents and get something done. They would make it even harder for Republicans to ever run again. That's all what they care about is going home and realizing that they won, some kind of fake back that they have against Republicans in their head. And the reality is, I don't think most Americans really even care. Yes, there's a far right and there's a far left, but most Americans just want their kids to feel safe walking home from school. They want money in their pocket. They want our country obviously to know that we can take on any of our foreign enemies and adversaries that we have out there. That's really it. Those are very basic values and they have no interest in this. They don't care about our versus d They care about, you know, things going well for their families. But most of our elected officials, like everybody says, went crazy in twenty fifteen, Trump derangement syndrome is not a joke. It's an actual syndrome that takes over people's minds. They believe that they should do whatever it takes to hurt Donald Trump to score some kind of fake win against Donald Trump. I can only imagine they'll be doing this long after he's already gone from that oval office. But it's what helps them sleep at night, it's what gets their protesters out as loud as possible in voting for the most far left, fringe policies. They can imagine it's what they're going to continue to do because what, like I said, it's what gets them clicks, it's what gets money for their campaigns, what riles people up. I think decency has gone out the window quite a little while ago. Bless you, Laura, and that's sorry. That matters at this point. By the way, there's like a Jewish thing that we say when someone sneezes this, we said, you're sneezing because that was the truth. So you see, that was the truth that everyone should know it.
00:38:17
Speaker 1: It was the truth.
00:38:17
Speaker 3: And also not not only are they trying to win some like crazy battle against Donald Trump, but they're trying to hang on to power in perpetuity. This is all about gaining power and keeping power, and to hell with anybody's right to kind of vote on things in the future.
00:38:35
Speaker 1: I mean, look at what's happening in Virginia. You know, I don't know at this point.
00:38:39
Speaker 3: By the time this show airs, maybe the decision will be made in Virginia. But there's a vote today where the people in Virginia have to decide whether or not they're going to you know, redistrict. And instead of it being six Democrat districts and five Republican districts, they're advocating for basically ten Democrat district and one Republican district. I can't think of anything crazier, especially for a purple state like Virginia, Stephanie, that just seems like to me, this is just a power grab. And that's what this all is about at the end of the day. It's we never want to find ourselves as Democrats in a position where we have another Donald Trump come along, who talks since who does things that threaten our way of life, who threatened you know, threatens our party and exposes us.
00:39:29
Speaker 1: For who we are.
00:39:30
Speaker 3: So we have to figure out a way right now as Democrats to gain this power. Let's grant mass amnesty to all these illegal aliens. Why would you want to do that, same reason you don't want voter id, same reason you want a jerrymander and redistrict a place like Virginia that's a purple state. It's not a blue state, it's a purple state. Their last governor was a Republican. You're doing that because you want to hang on to power and you want to have it without anyone challenging you, or any way for any to challenge you far into the future.
00:40:02
Speaker 7: Yeah, Democrats are power hungry, and as you pointed out, when they are in positions of power, they try to abuse that power, take advantage of it. And gain the system. And Virginia is a great example of that. And of course it's really concerning because you know, this is not just what Democrats want to do there. They want to do that in every state and at the presidential.
00:40:23
Speaker 8: Level, if you will.
00:40:24
Speaker 7: So yeah, I mean it is totally disturbing, and they want to do it in a way that it shuts down the average American voter because you know, if they're dairymandering and changing the way people vote, I.
00:40:37
Speaker 8: Mean, it's just it's totally unfair.
00:40:39
Speaker 7: But you know, they can't win the right way because their ideas are terrible, so they have to cheat.
00:40:44
Speaker 3: Yeah, and I love everybody on the left is like, oh, well, this is just in response to Texas. This is because you Republicans did this in Texas. Excuse me, Texas had an influx of two and a half million people in the course of a couple of years. They absolutely had to redistrict. They had to do something about their entire state. And also, it's a red state. There's no question as to whether or not this is a possibly blue state or purple state.
00:41:10
Speaker 1: It's a red state.
00:41:11
Speaker 3: It's always been a red state, it always will be a red state. So I love that they try to counter with that. But okay, guys, before we go, I do want to kind of give people a little bit of hope because I feel like we do a lot of negative because there's a lot of crazy stuff out there. I think that the move that Eric and I've made to take devices away from our children and I'll allow them to have it is great. And I know that it's been proven now by Stanford because they paid thirty five thousand people to quit Facebook and Instagram for six weeks. And guess what happened is depression dropped, anxiety dropped, happiness went up, and women under twenty five who were on Instagram actually saw the biggest gains. Let's get back out into nature. Let's get back out to doing things face to face with people. Guess what happens whenever you don't have a device to just get like lost in the loop of like reels.
00:42:06
Speaker 1: Or whatever it is.
00:42:08
Speaker 3: You go out and you take a walk, or you go meet up with friends, or you read a book, or you do something with your time that is so much better than just getting lost in like the drowning you know, just abyss of Instagram, Facebook, social media in general, I'm a big proponent of this study, especially because Americans apparently spend four and a half hours a day on their phone and check their phone. This is the craziest part to me, one hundred and forty four times a day.
00:42:36
Speaker 2: Liz, Oh my god, I feel like I'm a part of driving that sat up, which is terrifying. But I'm pretty sure I'm the reason for that. I actually thought about you yesterday. We were on a flight with my ten week old child. It was glued to the TV screen on an airplane. I didn't even know she would realize that that was a thing yet, and she was absolutely mesmerized by whatever was on there. It didn't matter if it was all heay game or you know, the news, or some kind of kids cartoon. She would mesmerize. She was staring, would not look away. Now, I know the challenge that lays ahead and keeping these reins away when she actually realizes what they are and starts asking for one. But look, I can guarantee you this would have been the result. I would bet a lot of money that this is exactly what's making us all depressed and anxious and scared and sad and all these other horrible horrible feelings that many of us have to experience more than we otherwise would because these apps and these phones are attached to our hand basically, and it's all we think about and talk about, and like you said, apparently are probably swiping these apps, are opening our phone more than we even realize. I have certainly found myself exiting Instagram just to one second later click on Instagram once again in case I might have missed something in my thirty minutes of scrolling. It's so embarrassing and it's so pathetic. I don't know what it will take to get all of us to realize this is stupid and go back to the days of the flip phone. But I think for a healthier society, we can all probably admit that these things have to go.
00:43:54
Speaker 1: Well.
00:43:54
Speaker 3: There are restaurants out there, Stephanie, that are incentivizing patrons to put their phones away.
00:44:00
Speaker 1: They literally have like a space.
00:44:01
Speaker 3: I would do this in a heartbeat, because I find, especially with my husband, he doesn't even realize he's doing It. Will be at dinner and I will be middle of a conversation and all of a sudden I look down and he's like this, and I'm like babe, Oh my god. He's like, Oh, it's almost like it's not a body experience.
00:44:18
Speaker 1: He doesn't even realize.
00:44:18
Speaker 3: So they are restaurants right now out there across the country where you can go and they literally are like, please leave your phone here in a lock box.
00:44:26
Speaker 1: I would go there in a heartbeat. And guess what. The people who go to these restaurants talk about the fact that.
00:44:32
Speaker 3: They're not worried about taking pictures, they're not worried about checking in on things. They're just there in the moment, enjoying. What an amazing thing to say.
00:44:42
Speaker 1: I like that idea.
00:44:43
Speaker 7: I think that it's probably a little over the top to put your phone in a lock box.
00:44:47
Speaker 8: I actually don't.
00:44:48
Speaker 1: I'm for it. I gotta put Eric Trump's phone in a lock box.
00:44:51
Speaker 7: I usually go use my phone at restaurants or usually when I'm socializing with friends or family, because I think it's really rude. And you know, I do have to keep my phone around me because I have two small kids, so just in case there's an emergency if they're not with me.
00:45:03
Speaker 8: And I'll agree with you too.
00:45:04
Speaker 7: My husband is on his phone quite a bit, but it's usually work stuff. Also annoying, and I also nag them about it that, like can you just put your phone away while we're eating. As for social media, I think that there are pros and cons, right, like, thanks to social media, we're all together and these the segment will air on social media for people to watch, which is like sharing of information. And I've made a lot of good contacts and had a lot of you know, career and opportunities because of social media. With that being said, you know, social media is impacting people in so many negative ways, right when we're comparing our lives to other people's highlight reels, not remembering that we have our own highlight reels, and so it is great to turn it off. That something that I've been able to do over the past few years as a new mother is just kind of stay away from social media, but also accepting the fact that I'm part of this social media probably negative circle. But you know, so many people use it for news and finding out information. I tribute President Donald Trump's win a lot to social media and a lot of independent journals who are able to share information. So it definitely has its pros and cons. I think people really need to understand what they're dealing with and the impact that it might have on their health, especially young people, so that they can limit themselves without having the government intervene or any of that sort.
00:46:20
Speaker 1: Well, we'll see what happens with it.
00:46:22
Speaker 3: As a mom, I continue to talk about the fact that if we had some sort of an age minimum for social media, I think there are so many moms out there who I've talked to who would be one hundred percent on board for it. Because you don't want to be the only one who tells your kid, no, you can't have it, but everyone else can. You're then putting your kid in a weird social situation that I don't know is the best. But if no one is allowed to have it until a certain age, then maybe that's the win for all of us.
00:46:50
Speaker 1: I don't know. We'll see what happens.
00:46:51
Speaker 3: All this stuff is new, it's all like a slippery slope and crazy. But I appreciate both of you, Stephanie and Liz for joining us to talk about all of this to everybody at home. As always, make sure you like subscribe here and follow. We'll see you back here next time for more of the right view and wom back down.
00:47:13
Speaker 8: Baby man, there ain't no any way,
Speaker 1: And oh all back down.
