Unlocking Focus, Health & Authenticity with Adam Greenfeld, Co-Founder of Thesis & Creator of Stasis
In this episode, Ilana sits down with Adam Greenfeld—co-founder of Thesis and creator of Stasis, to talk about focus, food, feelings… and Burning Man.
Adam opens up about his personal journey with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Together, he and Ilana dive into the brain science behind dopamine, cortisol, and why the “crash” from medications like Adderall can be so intense.
They also explore the rising rates of attention issues in kids, how food can impact mood and focus, and why Adam’s ultra-disciplined daily routine is the opposite of what most people imagine. Plus: how journaling, saunas, and a little dust from Burning Man changed his life.
This one’s packed with raw insight, nerdy science, and practical tools to help you feel more on—without burning out.
