On this Make a Difference Minute, Limestone County Sheriff Joshua McLaughlin shares how the Sheriff’s annual Drive for Kids golf tournament helps provide Christmas gifts for children in foster care.
While many sponsors and donors may never see the children receiving their gifts because of privacy considerations, Sheriff McLaughlin wants every supporter to understand the difference their generosity makes.
With more children needing help than available funding can sometimes cover, every contribution matters. Sheriff McLaughlin explains that every penny raised goes toward purchasing gifts and helping children experience the joy of Christmas.
Whether you live in Limestone County or elsewhere, you can help make Christmas brighter for a child in foster care.
