- The Daily Reflection: Invest in a low cost spiral bound notebook and reflect at the end of each school day; What went really well? What didn't go as well as I wanted? What child did I not connect with today? What child do I have concerns about? What can I do tomorrow knowing all the things I've just written? And for further curiosity ... What's one word for today? If today was a color, what was it? etc
