YOUR SENSITIVITY ISN'T THE PROBLEM - IT'S YOUR SUPERPOWER!
Have you ever been told you're "too sensitive," "too emotional," or "overthinking everything"? What if those qualities weren't weaknesses at all—but some of your greatest strengths?
In this inspiring episode, Christine Blosdale sits down with Sally Reid, Quantum Alignment Coach and author, to explore why highly sensitive people often struggle to trust themselves - and how reconnecting with your intuition can transform your business, relationships, health, and life.
Together they unpack the hidden beliefs and unconscious rules that quietly shape our decisions, the damaging effects of negative self-talk, and why so many people stay stuck despite doing "all the right things."
Sally introduces the idea of becoming a "Super Noticer" - someone who naturally picks up on subtle patterns, energy shifts, and opportunities that others often miss. Rather than suppressing your sensitivity, you'll discover how to harness it as one of your greatest personal and professional assets.
You'll also learn Sally's practical TRUST Method, a simple framework for overcoming overthinking, making aligned decisions, and building greater confidence in yourself.
If you've ever doubted your intuition, struggled with people-pleasing, or wondered why success still feels out of reach despite your best efforts, this episode offers practical wisdom and empowering insights to help you reconnect with your inner authority.
