In this episode, I reflect on my early career journey, starting a brand (@thisisscope) during the pandemic with Michael Ng. I was mentored by him who embodied creativity and determination. Together, we navigated the challenges of running a social issues-driven brand, eventually facing creative burnout.
In our conversation, Michael and I unpack the nuances of creative burnout and the importance of nurturing safe spaces for creativity to thrive. Now leading a team of creatives at Our Grandfather Story, Michael's insights underscore the value of supportive workplace cultures that understand the unique needs of the creative process.
I hope this episode on The Creative Process resonates with you in your own creative journey.
