Warmup questions:

• We always like to start with a celebration. What are you celebrating today?
• Is there a story that will help listeners understand why you are doing what you do?

Questions/Topics/Prompts

• You incorporated the motivation equation into one of your trainings. What inspired you to use the formula?
• How was it received?
• You mentioned to me that there were some questions from participants and I’d like to dig into those. I think the first one was about relationships, so let’s start there. Before I launch in, I’m curious about how you think relationships might impact the motivation equation…
• We can go from here wherever the discussion takes us
