What if the very things you think disqualify you from serving others are actually the ingredients that make your contribution priceless?
In this episode of the Simple Reflections Podcast, I’m rejoined by my friend Jacqueline “Mama J” Hollows to explore closing a beloved social enterprise, starting again, and trusting life’s nudges into new roles, including her trusteeship with A Band of Brothers.
We talk about supporting changemakers to be both deeply impactful and properly paid, the unseen ripple effects of small acts like prison letter-writing, and why nothing you’ve lived is ever wasted.
Jacqueline shares how letting go of “the prison lady” identity revealed a fuller, braver version of herself, and why being all of you is the greatest service you can offer.
I’d love to know: where in your own life are you being nudged to show up more fully as yourself, even if you don’t yet know how it will all unfold?
