이 에피소드에 관해
This episode is all about my recent endevours into facing things that are highly uncomfortable to me. The Song I was talking about regarding that is "Everybody´s free" by Quindon Tarver and Josh Abrahams. And I highly recommend you give it a listen.
Then we talk about how making a plan can make a situation so miuch better. You dont even have to do anything but plan for what you would do to feel better... it´s like magic!
Thank you for spending a portion of your day with me and I will talk to you on the next episode.
If you liked it, let me know. I’d love to hear from you!
Also feel free to share all your thoughts with me and leave a review on whatever platform you are listening in on!
Intro Song is : "where did the sun go" by Lor
And I highly reccomend listening in on all their other music too!
