In this episode of the Prime Effect Podcast, we are joined by Olympian Libby Trickett. Libby won an astonishing 9 Gold medals across the Olympic Games and Commonwealth games she competed in. Equally as impressive, in the spirit of what we’re all about here at Prime Effect, are her efforts out of the pool as a mental health advocate. Her raw honesty, of her ups and downs in life, makes her one of the most relatable, approachable and likeable former athletes to speak to.
This episode was brought to you by the nutrition and dietetics experts, Fuel Your Life, the wonderful team of wealth advisors at Wealth Depot, and the finance broking experts at SW Brokerage.
