This week's episode drop is with Lee Fuller, founder of MENtality, a community and a vision to bring together men from all walks of life to talk, learn, and grow. Covering everything from health, mental health, fitness and more, MENtality was created during Lockdown with a goal to become the next big Mens Health.
This episode we talk openly about Lee's journey with his own mental health, from alcoholism, getting sober, being emotionally bankrupt, to how just asking for help sent him on his road to recovery, with a mindset to change the game of mens mental health.
With three kids, Lee is determined to pass on his learnings to his little ones, whilst also educating those around him.
A super open and heart warming discussion about growth.
