What you need to know about negative thoughts is that negative emotions feed negative thought and vice verse. It is important to not view negative thoughts as simply bad thoughts, but have enough compassion for yourself to forgive yourself for thinking them.
This requires mindfulness, presence, and a strategy for how to not think negative or at least how to get over negative thoughts when you begin having them. Part of a spiritual awakening is expanding your consciousness and awareness until you are good at replacing negative thoughts with positive or neutral ones. Dealing with negative thoughts is not always easy but it is a key part of spirituality.
In this video I will teach you how to free the mind of negative thoughts, empty mind, stop overthinking, and stop spiraling when they get ahold of you.
