Our Future Is Kind Episode 81
In this episode of Our Future Is Kind, Michael Neece speaks with Sally Stockreisser, emotional empowerment coach and ⭐Our Future Is Kind CO-AUTHOR⭐, about transforming stress, self-criticism, and emotional patterns through neuroscience and self-kindness. Sally shares how retraining the brain can help people create healthier emotions, build resilience, and unlock their potential.
The conversation explores why kindness starts with how we treat ourselves, how curiosity can create compassion, and how small practices can lead to meaningful change. Sally also shares practical ways to become your own best friend, build emotional awareness, and create a kinder future for yourself and others.
Kindness Challenge: Take a moment to practice kindness toward yourself by asking, "How can I be my own best friend right now?" Choose one small action that supports your well-being, whether it is taking a break, offering yourself encouragement, or showing yourself the same compassion you would give someone else.
Stay Inspired : Find inspiration by surrounding yourself with stories and examples of kindness, whether through books, communities, or everyday acts of compassion. Sally recommends exploring the Ripplecore app, reading On Kindness by Linda Cohen, and noticing the simple kindness and openness often shown by children.
