'Widow’s Bay' Episodes 6–7 Deep Dive: 'Our History' and 'Seasickness'

Victor returns with his sister Celia on Need Some Introduction to discuss the latest double-episode drop of Apple TV+ horror-comedy Widow’s Bay, plus quick podcast updates (subscribe, Patreon Nolan rewatch, upcoming June releases and Cape Fear, and wrapping Euphoria and Your Friends & Neighbors). Celia shares brief thoughts on The Testaments, and they compare reactions to Widow’s Bay so far, praising its character-based comedy within escalating horror, especially Patricia’s standout performance. They break down Episode 6 (“Our History”), a 1702 flashback bottle episode introducing the island’s origins, and Episode 7 (“Seasickness”), featuring Richard Warren exhumed alive, a tense boat escape past the island’s boundary, Wick’s backstory, Patricia involving Sheriff Bashir, and a final painting detail suggesting a child fell from an escape boat—fueling theories about a surviving bloodline and Patricia’s possible central role.
