Today on the Mark 2.0 Podcast sit back and learn about the world of Community College from an expert who worked at the college I went to Santa Monica College. Carl Gettleman was faculty at Santa Monica college for over 20 years as an Academic Computing Instructional Specialist and was on the board at Santa Monica College. Carl is a world of knowledge on this subject and a intelligent guy who not only studied at Columbia University and USC he also has a grasp on society, how the world is run and understands the needs of individuals such as community college students.
Be sure to stay tuned for the whole podcast episode as Carl is also the son of Estelle Getty who played Sophia Petrillo on The Golden Girls. We wanted to focus on Carl and his inspiring life and career but we did ask a few things about his fascinating parents and his family.
