Talking with kids about tough topics isn't always easy.
Neither is keeping current on what's happening in the youth culture.
Will you bring up a subject too soon or too late? How can you be proactive and not reactive? How can you engage in a conversation that feels like an engaging dialogue for a youth and not a lecture to endure?
With music, videos, movies, and shows streaming from a billion different people and sources around the world, how can you possibly keep up with the lyrics, messages, and movements?
You can't! That's why Axis is the research assistant and conversation aide you need.
In the second part of my interview with Kelli Rankin, you'll learn how Axis is helping parents, educators, youth pastors, and caring adults guide young people to apply Biblical wisdom to today's world.
A sampling of the resources Axis provides are:
- "How to Talk to Gen Z about Gender and Sexuality"
- Quick read blog articles
- Facebook group for parents
- Weekly newsletter, "The Culture Translator"
- Deeper dives into topics through Courses
Parents, teachers, youth pastors, and caring adults are using these resources to grow their awareness and empower themselves to be proactive and not reactive.
You can be equipped to start and continue conversations with the youth in your life on issues that matter -- in the moment and for eternity!
Visit Axis and consider becoming a donor to help keep these resources coming!
