🚩 Attract long term contractor bookings https://ryan-luke.com/10kcontractorbnbbiz?el=podcast After hosting over 300,000 tourist stays across my Airbnbs, I realised the biggest Airbnb mistake most hosts make isn’t pricing, marketing, or effort — it’s buying the wrong property. If you want calmer, more predictable Airbnb income, this video shows what actually matters. 📍 Get started with the a free trial of the only channel manager I recommend for ContractorBnB simplicity https://www.uplisting.io/?via=ryan-luke In This Video, You’ll Learn: ✅ Why Airbnb demand still matters — but “prime” locations don’t ✅ How contractor Airbnb bookings prioritise access over postcodes ✅ Why 5+ bedroom Airbnb properties change the economics completely ✅ How economies of scale increase Airbnb profit with the same effort ✅ Why parking isn’t optional for contractor Airbnb bookings ✅ Why city-centre Airbnbs underperform for contractor demand ✅ Why drive time beats postcode for long-term Airbnb success ✅ How the right Airbnb property removes chaos before it starts Most Airbnb hosts try to optimise the wrong things.
