Starting with the first weeks: CAS, IB Nature, Habits [German]

Welcome to the podcast where we break down the International Baccalaureate - no fluff, no sugercoating.

We are Lena and Teresa, currently at the beginning of our IBDP Year 1, and in this episode, we share our real, unfiltered experiences navigating the IB, starting with the class structures and daily habits that actually help you stay afloat.

We dive into creative CAS ideas to get you inspired, discuss how to handle the workload wideout burnout, and talk through the things we wish someone had told us on day one.

Whether you are just starting out, stuck in the middle of DP, or curious about the journey, hit play and let‘s tackle the IB together!
