EPISODE SUMMARY
It’s one thing to land a high-value client — it’s another to deliver at the level that ensures they keep coming back. In this episode, you get a play-by-play look at how to prep, shoot, and deliver for major corporate events without losing your creative edge or your mind. Learn exactly how to orchestrate your team, gear, and workflows so you don’t miss a beat (or a single critical shot).
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE
- Pinpoint where your strongest leads are coming from — and how to double down on what works.
- Build a preparation system designed specifically for fast-paced multi-day event coverage.
- Set client expectations around deliverables, timing, and behind-the-scenes support for real-world impact.
- Master key technical choices like lens selection, manual settings, and backup systems to avoid preventable headaches.
- Collaborate with associates for event coverage that blends unique artistic perspectives without chaos.
- Protect your data (and your reputation) with backup and redundancy protocols even when you’re traveling.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Fast, thoughtful responses win clients — every time.
- Never trust “I’ll fix it later” as a business strategy.
- Two shooters with different styles multiply your client’s value (and your shot list) on every project.
- Manual everything: settings, white balance, backups — this is how you control the outcome and sanity.
- Corporate events aren’t boring if you approach every scene like a story you want to tell, not just capture.
